House holiday rentals in Green Hills, Nashville

We were there for a quick weekend in Nashville and this place was perfect! The unit was clean and the decorations were cute. The unit was more spacious than expected which was a plus. The unit faces the back of the building and it was on a relatively quiet street, and street parking was available for additional cars. Broadway is about a 30 min walk or a 7 minute uber (we ubered since they were relatively cheap; average $12). It was also close to The Gulch which was awesome. The host was responsive when we had a question about parking and even let us check in a little early! I would recommend this place and likely book again!

We LOVED it! The location was wonderful! Close enough to downtown, but a nice quiet area. We took Lyft most places in the evening just for ease. But in all reality, we didn't need to leave! The pool, the hot tub! The whole area was wonderful!

Great location. Close to downtown and 12 South, but in a quiet location and lowkey surroundings. House looked just like its photos. We were comfortable and happy with our choice.

I want to start by saying, a HUGE thank you to Jim and Mary! Jim greeted us in person when we arrived. We had an amazing stay in their wonderful home, waking up to a beautiful view of the lake. They have a private swimming pool but we didn’t get to use it, it would be perfect for summertime. Their kitchen has some supplies you can use, the rooms are spacious and clean, they also have clean towels in the closet. One of the highlights of our stay is Jim’s delicious pecan pie that he personally baked for us! We appreciate their thoughtfulness and for making me and my family feel welcome. They are very responsive whenever we needed help or have questions, also pet friendly, we were able to bring our family furbaby with us. Absolutely we’re willing to stay again in this lovely home.

Anthony is an amazing host, he made the stay super easy and had awesome recommendations for Nashville! Would highly recommend this spot!

I’ve rented Issac home about 3/4 time and every time it’s a joy being there for a few days. Even this time a movie theater was added even though we didn’t do a movie night but just to see that was a big up grade to the house. Phenomenal home I recommended. 10/10

We had such a good time at this house! The kitchen was perfectly stocked to be able to do any or all meals at the house, the bedrooms were great sizes, the couch was wildly comfortable and the backyard was beautiful! Great location, we felt safe walking to a nearby playground and there were plenty of restaurants/breweries in a quick 10 minute drive. Highly recommend!

This home is great! Everything we needed was there for our family of five. And, with the hot tub, pool, game room and well stocked kitchen this place offered much fun and activities right in the home! The location is an easy drive or Uber to downtown; you can be in the heart of Nashville fun in 15 minutes. We very much enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home.

Beautiful above the garage apartment in lovely east Nashville! We traveled with 4 people-2 adults and 2 kids. The kids slept great on the pull out futon. Bathroom had all the amenities (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash included) and large shower. Decorated beautifully. My boyfriend loved the water filter in the kitchen. Location was quaint and peaceful. Ample parking behind the apt for one vehicle. Thanks for having us! Would stay again in the future.

Dana place worked very well for what we needed. The kitchen was easy to cook in and the bathroom was clean and well stock. I would stay there again the next time I go to Nashville.

Sarah’s place is super cute and in a nice neighborhood close to restaurants. I enjoyed my stay and would be happy to stay there again.

We had a fantastic time in the bungalow. The neighborhood was beautiful and walkable to shopping and dining. Would definitely recommend and hope to return.

This was a great experience for me and my family from start to finish. Tiffany and Osman were extremely welcoming and made us feel right at home. Communication was great and when they found out we were driving in from Dallas, they even offered to let us check in a little early. The house was in a great, peaceful location, just minutes away from anything we needed to get to. The house was spacious and comfortable. We were very pleased to see that each bedroom had a television (which is rare at many Airbnb’s). Tiffany and Osman were also very responsive and provided suggestions for local restaurants and even a nearby laundromat so we could wash clothes. We had a great stay and will definitely be staying here again the next time we visit Nashville

I was a little nervous taking my family to Nashville to an AirBnB, only because of not knowing the area. Husband couldn’t make the trip so it was just me and my three kids, two of whom are young adults. This house was in a very quiet setting, seemed like a safe neighborhood too. So my nerves went away after checking in. House was exactly as described. Beds were so comfortable I was wanting a new mattress when I got home!:) The living space and breakfast nook were perfect for family time in the evenings as we took in some of the attractions in Nashville. We walked to Fat Bottom Brewery one evening- it had very good food that was also reasonably priced for 2025. And the kids enjoyed Harry Potter Clue quite a bit. Would definitely recommend this home to others- you will enjoy your stay.

Mary’s place was the perfect pick for sure. We felt right at home, the back deck was a beautiful sanctuary nestled into a quiet yard where the birds 🐦 sing and bees 🐝 hum. This has got to be the very best Air BnB I have ever stayed at and truly felt comfortable and content for the week we stayed there. Mary was very responsive (I couldn’t find the toaster haha) and easy to talk to and communicate with. If you are coming to Nashville, you really should stay at Mary’s. The cutest lil’ homey cottage and I will stay there again if we ever come back. Thank you so much, Mary, you made our home away from home EXTRA special in every way. 🤗

When we first stepped in, we were welcomed by music and scent diffuser. This is one of the most stunning and well decorated spaces I’ve ever seen. All of the amenities were super luxurious. We will never forget how insanely comfortable the bed and couch were. The bed was literally like sleeping on a cloud, which is perfect after a long day out on Broadway. It also is only an 8 minute drive to Broadway. We can’t wait to stay here again.

Such a cute place! Lots of personal touches throughout, clean, well stocked kitchen, perfect cozy neighborhood, I could go on and on. Walkable to restaurants, but anything you needed was only a short drive away. The Farmers Market on Saturday morning is a must do only a block away. A quick drive or uber will put you downtown in the middle of the action, but the place is quiet and peaceful. Perfect. If I ever make it back, this will be my first choice to stay. 10/10 recommend.

Pristine, cozy, home away from home. I don’t have enough characters available to rave about this place. It was so spotlessly clean and the host was very helpful and friendly. One of my biggest searches when looking on Airbnb is a comfy looking bed and this one met those expectations! I hate the feeling of “I can’t wait to be in my own bed” and didn’t have that here!! I loved the little details like the snacks and local recommendations (which we tried and LOVED). And not once did I ever have to say “I wish there was (item)” because everything we needed was available at the house. There are certain things that I make sure to always bring with me on trips in order to feel more at home and somehow these guys managed to check everything on my OCD list. That’s a first for anywhere I’ve stayed ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I enjoyed being able to walk to the trails along the river. My wife enjoyed being able to walk to get coffee.

this was my first ABB experience and they made it amazing!! From having a little coffee maker to soft bed, beautiful room, amazing shower and friendly host!! I will definitely come back! I would definitely recommend them if your looking to go to Nashville!! all and all AMAZING!!

The house was exactly how it was described. It was very clean neat it was perfect for our stay 10 minute Uber to Broadway where all the Honkytonk bars are at and plenty of restaurants in walking distance of the house. Sarah was very responsive and describe the place as it was when we showed up. Thank you again for the great experience of renting your house.

All the basic and simple amenities that you need. Central air is much appreciated! Located close to BNA and a good push-off point to go to any area of Nashville. Although clean and well-appointed, you could tell the property isn’t given certain attention in-between guests. Over-all great stay!
