Lilian was a wonderful host! She provided recommendations, was accommodating to our check-in/check-out needs, and even setup a dryer for us to use. The house was a great space for a group of seven. The location was awesome- so close to restaurants, Plaza Serrano, and more!

Gustavo was a very nice person, accommodating check-in and checkout, and the messaging was very smooth. The view from the balcony of the room is very good, and there is a Starbucks and a supermarket on the first floor.You can also cook in the room.The room was also very clean.The internet speed was also fast. would highly recommend!I would love to stay in CABA again!

Graciela's space was our home for over a month. Pros: - EXTREMELY walkable neighborhood. High density of world class food and coffee shops within 5-10 minutes walk from your front door. - Amenities. On the 10th floor (terrace) there's a heated pool with city view, sauna, steam room, social room/grill, sundeck. It almost feels like you're at a 4-5 star hotel. The gym could use more weights/plates/dumbells, though - EXTREMELY attentive host. Graciela genuinely cares about how you're doing and goes out of her way to let you know about events in BsAs Cons: - Smokers in the vicinity / hallway smells can seep into apt - Small kitchen with only 2 electric stovetops - No solid workspace (dining room table chairs aren’t the most comfortable and outlet placement was a bit convenient) - Apartment has no balcony and faces inward (still has a view, but little to no direct sunlight during the day)

My stay at the place was great. The place is as shown in the pictures: clean, comfortable, and very well-located. The communication with the host was quick and clear at all times, which made check-in and check-out very easy. The apartment was equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Maria’s place was absolutely beautiful and spotless — everything was perfectly clean and well-maintained. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, and Maria herself was incredibly friendly, responsive, and flexible throughout our stay. The view from the room was so peaceful, it made for a truly relaxing experience. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a quiet, comfortable, and welcoming spot!

First time in Buenos Aires. We did practically everything on foot, subway and bus and the location helped a lot for this to happen. Close to everything. The place is extremely clean, pleasant and very comfortable. Extremely clean and quality bedding. We'll be back soon. Thank you so much for the stay. 🙌🙏

The apartment is in a quiet place, with security and access control, good environment, parks 10 minutes away, supermarkets and restaurants next door. It is a spacious place, perhaps in excess for 2 people, comfortable to do telecommuting, the bed and quality of their good quality clothes, and with a gym that includes a coach who advises you. The main bathroom, corridors, walls, ceiling and window of the kitchen are already worn by daily use. We miss, for the price paid, a washer-dryer in the apartment, a dumpster with a lid in the kitchen, curtains that allow light in the room and better soundproofing in windows by high traffic noise and horns in the mornings and nights. The internet had some intermitences, however the speed of the network, access to cable TV, the leaving utensils and products for long stay (soap, paper, detergent and others) and the flexibility of leaving our bags before check-in, a lot are appreciated.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Recoleta, Buenos Aires. The apartment was exactly like the pictures—very comfortable and thoughtfully designed. The working space was especially functional, complete with USB ports and outlets that worked perfectly with my U.S. devices, which was a big plus. The location couldn’t have been better—I was able to walk to most attractions, restaurants, and museums in the Recoleta area. The host was incredibly accommodating and made everything easy. Highly recommend!

The apartment is beautiful and very complete. The location is very good, with all kinds of public transport within a few blocks. Close to the bar and restaurant area and surrounded by supermarkets and warehouses. The hostess was very attentive, responded immediately to our doubts. I highly recommend!

The stay was 10 out of 10. The apartment is super clean, beautiful, comfortable, quiet, with utensils and supplies available (without paying more). Even a spotless washing machine (and soap). Laura is super friendly, and always at our disposal. He helped us: receive some packages, he told us where to eat with the 3 Bs, where to go for a walk, we were in a very busy place and thanks to his contact with a transport we were able to return, super flexible at check-in and especially at check-out. Very nice dpto. Everything was impeccable. It's over Avenida Corrientes, which is a huge plus for accessing cinemas, theaters, restaurants, all for entertainment. On the other hand the dpto is very quiet and quiet which allows a good rest. Very friendly the manager of the Miguel building.
