More beautiful than in the photos, very comfortable, very good with the schedules to arrive early, the area is nice, there was no problem and the noises were not annoying.

Lilian was a wonderful host! She provided recommendations, was accommodating to our check-in/check-out needs, and even setup a dryer for us to use. The house was a great space for a group of seven. The location was awesome- so close to restaurants, Plaza Serrano, and more!

We had a great time in Buenos Aires. Carola was so kind, helpful, and flexible. Place was perfect for the four of us with private space for everyone. And wonderful communal space to enjoy each other and a mate. Location could not have been better. We’ll be back!

Graciela's space was our home for over a month. Pros: - EXTREMELY walkable neighborhood. High density of world class food and coffee shops within 5-10 minutes walk from your front door. - Amenities. On the 10th floor (terrace) there's a heated pool with city view, sauna, steam room, social room/grill, sundeck. It almost feels like you're at a 4-5 star hotel. The gym could use more weights/plates/dumbells, though - EXTREMELY attentive host. Graciela genuinely cares about how you're doing and goes out of her way to let you know about events in BsAs Cons: - Smokers in the vicinity / hallway smells can seep into apt - Small kitchen with only 2 electric stovetops - No solid workspace (dining room table chairs aren’t the most comfortable and outlet placement was a bit convenient) - Apartment has no balcony and faces inward (still has a view, but little to no direct sunlight during the day)

If you’re thinking about coming to Buenos Aires, don’t think. Buy the ticket. Come. Stay here. I’m so serious. You’re two blocks away from uptown bar which is sick, las cabras which has phenomenal asado, and super safe neighborhood. Can uber anywhere for less than $10. Book the trip, the only thing you’ll regret is leaving

This place is very clean, which was important to me because I stayed at a different Airbnb before this one and it was not up to my standards, but the bed is sooooo comfortable, the linens were buttery soft and everything smelled clean and freshly washed. Everything was definitely cleaned before I checked in, bathtub/shower was a little slow to drain but besides that everything was great apartment-wise. Lots to do in this area and it’s very safe and quiet, the park is like 3 blocks away, lots of cafes to eat or have coffee on this street, great Airbnb all in all! Def recommend

Just as it appears in the photos. Everything you need to be comfortable. The bed is very comfortable and an excellent shower.

We had an excellent week in Victoria's apartment! Super comfortable, the windows to the street give a lot of space, and the decoration is very nice. Victoria is very attentive at all times. We love the neighborhood, we always go to Palermo, and the location of this apartment is excellent, with lots of bars and restaurants on the street below and in the surrounding area. Thank you very much!!

Cari handled our check in and she was darling. Responsive and sweet. The apartment was perfect. I immediately felt right at home and we spent a lot of time there. We cooked breakfast most days and a few dinners. The apartment had all the kitchenware I needed to make a full meal for two. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, a nice market and a few specialty shops for meat and veggies. We walked everywhere but Ubers and taxis were easy to catch from the location. I loved the balcony, I had tea in the morning and wine in the afternoons. It is absolutely lovely! Would definitely stay there again.

The accommodation is very comfortable, just like the description! The hosts are very kind, always attentive to every inquiry. On the other hand, the area is great! Definitely a place to recommend 🙂

Very nice dpto. Everything was impeccable. It's over Avenida Corrientes, which is a huge plus for accessing cinemas, theaters, restaurants, all for entertainment. On the other hand the dpto is very quiet and quiet which allows a good rest. Very friendly the manager of the Miguel building.
