Situated in Stickford at the base of the Lincolnshire Wolds this is a great place to explore Lincolnshire. Wonderful dog friendly beaches 25 minutes away with plenty of walking and fishing locally. The historic city of Lincoln is 45 minutes, and the seaside town of Skegness is 15 miles away. The caravan is situated in our garden which has a large pond so children must be supervised at all times. We have 3 dogs, 3 flightless ducks and free ranging chickens so visiting dogs must be on leads.

Stayed with my 4 children who absolutely loved the outdoor space not just what the property has to offer in the garden but the peaceful atmosphere around the house which was such a bonus for us coming from the busy London . Very much enjoyed our stay , and would definitely visit again , thank you :)

Located in a lovely, peaceful location with beautiful countryside. The property was immaculately clean, tidy, beautiful tasteful decoration. Very comfortable and calming feel, with all amenities. Ample parking. Even had its own private courtyard with table and seating - nice sun trap overlooking the paddock and trees. The host Kevin & Ingrid were very helpful and friendly, and not at all intrusive. Ingrid took the trouble to leave fresh milk, and fresh homemade delicacies, along with breakfast. Will definitely visit again. There looked to be good pubs close by, we visited Woodall Spa for dinner which was a short drive away. We only stayed one night, and wished it was longer. Would definitely recommend a visit.

We had a lovely stay, the house is fantastic lots of space very clean and modern. Lovely private garden with good views across the fields. We stayed whilst racing at Cadwell park for the weekend, the location was ideal only 10mins from the track with a really easy drive with no traffic. There was space on the drive to park the trailer in front of the garage, with the tow vehicle parked next to it there was still space for another 2 cars. We just wish we had more time at the house, and time to explore the area. Many thank Nathan
