This tiny house in a tiny western Kansas town offers rest and relaxation. Arrive early to enjoy a beautiful western Kansas sunset and sleep peacefully! This house was built by my high school students and I at Ness City High School. There is a concrete patio with a fire pit to enjoy the evening. Our neighbors to the west often have calves and the neighbors to the north horses in their pasture. Coming so will be a small laundromat to the south of the tiny house. Come be our guest!

Rick and Jim were very responsive and so kind to our team that stayed at the property. We will definitely stay there again if our work takes us back to Great Bend. They were also helpful with connecting us with some locals that we had been trying to contact for a project we were working on in the area. Great accommodations and great hosts!

Meghan and the facility were amazing. She was very reachable with anything we needed and very easy to work with. She was willing to help with our check out time after an unexpected change in plans came about. I feel that is extremely important. We rented this for our family to stay at during our daughter’s wedding weekend. Worked out Fabulous !! With a family the size of ours and all the things going on with wedding stuff a host that understands that, relieves the stress quite a bit. We would highly recommend this facility and Meghan to anyone needing a large space for family or an event. FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!

We stayed at William’s place while working in Great Bend at a local college. This is a beautiful home. Even better than the pictures. The kitchen is well stocked with new appliances that make cooking a breeze. The bedrooms were all comfortable and everyone reported a good night’s sleep. There was ample closet space and each bedroom was decorated tastefully. All 3 bathrooms were sparkling clean and wonderful to use. Plenty of hot water and fluffy white towels. The surrounding area is beautiful. It’s quiet and walkable. The corn fields were beautiful and watching birds during the day and fireflies at night was so fun. This is an excellent place to stay. Highly recommend!
