Chris was so welcoming and accommodating!! I had a long drive and tough move all the way from Phoenix to Kansas City. I greatly appreciated the reprieve! Chris has done an amazing job making the hotel a really special place to stay and the downstairs bar is lovely!

Chris was a lovely host and very understanding with our late arrival. The former rectory was perfectly described, everything was clean and comfortable, and the shared spaces felt very approachable. We would definitely stay there again, especially to support Chris and his endeavor to protect older buildings.

The Historic Wolf Hotel is everything we wanted and more. It's such a sweet spot in Kansas, with lots of character. The owner greeted us himself, and was so accommodating for a late check-in. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone passing through Ellinwood!
