Friendly staff. Nice atmosphere. Close to City Center. Easy walks to shops or attractions. The only thing that's need to improve carpets are heavily stained. Though the apartment neat and tidy. The amenities like indoor swimming, spa and steam room are great and we enjoyed it. Thank you Istay. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful stay at Oaks — it was beautiful and felt just like home. The staff were incredibly lovely, and I’m looking forward to coming back again.

All in all a very well kept Apartment in a great location with lots of Restaurants in short walking distance. Staff were friendly and professional. Was competitively priced considering the location.

Great location and very stylish flat. It was very handy having an IGA next door! I suppose the only thing missing were some of the little touches you often get with Airbnb’s eg milk in the fridge, small amount of provisions for breakfast. It was very much a serviced apartment which was fine for our needs. I would highly recommend Connies place.

This was a brief stay but I loved being close to the river, I did a scenic run along the river which was beautiful and I was nice and close the the Town Hall, where I needed to be in the evening. Very comfy and well equipped place!

Trudy was very responsive and flexible when our check in time changed. Such a great location being close to the city and lovely coffee shops, pizza & wine bars as well as the beautiful Kent Town Hotel all just a short walk.

We really enjoyed staying in apartment 905. It is centrally located in Adelaide and we could walk pretty much everywhere around the central district. Also near the market which we loved for breakfast at the French patisserie, takeaway from the Algerian guy selling great paella and various options for dinner on a Friday night. The apartment itself is spacious with two bathrooms. The balcony and apartment gets lots of sun, although the view is directly on a car park. I appreciated a good price for booking beyond 7 days. Security is very good and I was pleased to have reception seven days a week where the staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall, an excellent stay.

Peter’s unit was perfect, secure parking, station close by. We were very comfortable in this unit, plenty of hot water, air con, great washing machine that also dries the clothes. There was a great shopping centre 4 minutes away, easy to get to and easy parking. Would definitely recommend.

Peter’s apartment is situated in a fantastic location within the Semaphore shopping strip and the beach is a few metres away. It is clean, spacious, secure and has all the amenities that you need. We enjoyed our stay and will come back!

Elle's place was as described. The spa pool was AMAZING! The location was perfect for us with a beautiful river as you step out and about 20mins walk to Glenelg beach. Chocolates, bubbles, dip and crackers in the fridge were appreciated. Take note that the location is great if you want to fly in and stay near the beach as it is near the airport - but be prepared to hear planes taking off and landing very often (there is an overnight airport curfew though). Ideal for 2 couples with king and queen bedrooms. The sofa bed is not ideal for sleeping but the HUGE couch in the movie room is good for on person to stretch out on. Remember there is only one bathroom - separate toilet so not a big hassle if you are with good friends or family. Have given Elle some suggestions on small improvements that can be made and I am sure she will act on these so her place will be even more perfect than it is. Enjoy your stay as much as we did.

Brand new apartment on the main beach-side street of Semaphore, or indeed Port Adelaide. Impeccably clean. Full of nearby takeaway shops, restaurants and cafes. Lots of cafes for breakfast although they close by the afternoon for evening meal. More restaurants in the nearby Port Centre. It's close to the Osborne Shipyard. Emmanuel was contactable anytime (even guided me on how to operate the induction cooktop when I had trouble starting it). Great place. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
