Beautiful home on Beaver Lake. Host was very responsive and went the extra mile to make sure all amenities were ready and working upon our arrival. He even allowed us to use his golf cart and kayaks to explore the lake. Thank you!!

My husband and I stayed for a couple nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We had a good time getting away from the busy world and this was a great place to do that. It is very peaceful here. We enjoyed playing darts and pool!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. We felt right at home. Everything was top notch. It was super clean, the beds were comfortable and the place has everything you need. Robert was a great host as well.

Hands down my favorite airbb experience in Fayetteville, and I’ve stayed all over town. Such a beautiful gem of a place. I so look forward to coming back. Best host ever❤️

A delightful spot, well appointed and sparkly clean with a welcome Bentonville charm. Morning coffee on the large porch, a stroll or a bike ride to town as easy access to trails and restaurants. We closed the day with a relaxing evening in the hot tub enjoying the beautiful flowers. Such a cared for home, exactly as advertised and we look forward to a return visit!

We truly enjoyed our stay! The home was beautiful and spacious and the kitchen was stocked with several basic things that were very helpful in making in functional. It was a wonderful place to stay and we would gladly stay there again.

Great space for my family. We stayed two months and had no problems whatsoever. Susan communicated really well, and everything was clear regarding check in and check out. We loved walking to Wright’s Barbecue and Media Luna for eats or drinks. Also, Confident Coffee had a nice space for working and wonderful baked goods. There is a cool Aquarium store within walking distance. Felt safe. Had no problems. It was a nice, quiet, clean complex.

Great space for a family get together we had and right next to the lake. The owners are very responsive and eager to help. They also have a great boat dock system with plenty of fun water toys to make lake life enjoyable.

Melissa was a great hostess! She replied to messages quickly and was so informative. The home was beautiful and she thought of all the little things, from coffee bar to bubbles for the little one. We will definitely return if we ever need to stay in the area again.

This place is incredible. Even the pretty pictures can't do it justice. It was immaculate and the shared spaces were well thought out with lots of seating and different conversation areas for us guests to hang out and not be on top of each other our entire stay. The kitchen and pantry were well stocked (as someone who likes to cook I appreciate that detail). The wall of shelving in one of the bedrooms was filled with tons of great books, not just props (even an eclectic mix of cook books on the kitchen shelves). Such attention to detail all over the place in this airbnb. Would stay here over and over. Each of the 5 of us in our group is still talking about how beautiful this home is and how perfect our stay was.

We had such a wonderful stay, the hosts were amazing and so responsive. They left us homemade muffins, which were sooo good! The location was perfect , we can’t wait to stay again :)

The host was 10/10! She was absolutely amazing! The location was superb and conveniently located in the middle of all the action (yet private and secure). Perfect for our daughter’s college orientation! We loved listening to the piano bar across the street from the balcony. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the host and accommodations! We will definitely be back! One of our favorite Airbnb’s! Highly recommend!

There were so many things we absolutely loved about this house!!! The location to U of Ark. was unbelievable. Right off MLK, which was such a plus! The house was cozy, clean, and very spacious! We had the porch doors open during the rainstorms and snuggled in for old movies late at night! All the extras you need at an AirBnB we had! Can’t wait to stay again soon! This is probably my favorite house we have stayed at in Fayetteville!

The place was awesome. It was our second time staying there and hopefully we can stay there again when we visit Fayetteville. Jay was awesome and quick to respond to questions. I highly recommend this place

The location is very close to downtown where there are great restaurants. The home is very pleasant with nice beds/linens and comfortable chairs in the living area. The kitchen has everything you need. We enjoyed the back patio in the evenings and loved having the cars in the garage. We will recommend this house and Bentonville to others.

This was our second time to stay here! We absolutely love it!

We love staying at this wonderful place! It’s always clean and comfortable. We love sitting on the outside patio and listening to the birds. They have the sweetest cat that comes to visit on the patio occasionally. This time we saw 2 rabbits, a turtle and 2 deer in the backyard. Stayed here many times and will again!

There were only two things that I would be sure to note- one is that the bedroom door separating the two rooms was hard to shut and when the air kicked on it was a bit loud. The other thing is that the beds were not super comfortable but there were nice linens, blankets and pillows. All the other positives of the space far outweigh these two things but I felt they were worth noting.

Our family really enjoyed staying here. The space is just lovely with special touches throughout. The location was just wonderful! If you looking to stay near the Bentonville square this is the house for you. We walked everywhere. We would definitely stay here again.

We booked with Dean after our original booking became flooded our first night there. Dean was responsive to a request to book, sent someone over to make sure there was no flooding from the weather, and even allowed us to check in early since we were displaced. Dean's place was immaculate and set up to accommodate our family! Our daughters loved the Razorback decorations since we were there for the Super Regional baseball tournament. Check out was quick and easy.

We were only in town for the evening and early morning. I have food sensitivity and normally bring food with me when I travel. I loved the fact that water and juice was available in addition to snack items including gluten free. An added touch was offering guest Netflix and Amazon account for viewing. Very close to downtown but didn’t get to experience as it was raining.
