During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

Hello dear travelers, We live here in the middle of the forest. The lake is a few meters from the front door and in the heart of Bavaria! We live simply but beautifully and enjoy the feeling of living in a very special place every day. However, a car/bicycle is an advantage here, as we are not connected to the public transport network. The nearest bus stop is 2 km away.

We felt very comfortable in the beautiful apartment. It is well decorated, spacious and very clean. We didn't miss anything, as all kitchen utensils, household items and even hygiene items are available. The apartment has an excellent location for a hiking holiday or a visit to nearby Chiemsee. Upon our arrival, guest cards were already available for us, with which you can get numerous smaller discounts in the area. We also found a few drinks, fruits and sweets. If you have trouble sleeping without shutters, you should take a sleeping mask with you, as the apartment only has pleats and curtains. The apartment is even assigned its own parking space. The booking is made with AirBnB via "Bayernbuchen". Nevertheless, the contact with the host is easily possible via email. We enjoyed our vacation in the apartment and will be happy to come back.

We have rarely felt so comfortable and so well cared for. This apartment really leaves nothing to be desired. It is a quiet side street on the mountain and you can sit comfortably on the balcony and enjoy the tranquility and the view. However, you need a car to get around, but that is also described, so we would come back immediately!

We felt comfortable from the first minute, starting with the warm welcome and the beautifully furnished apartment. Even though we already know the area, we have received helpful tips. We didn't miss anything. The apartment invites you to spend a longer time in the beautiful Chiemgau. The week went by way too fast and we would love to come back. Thanks for the great hospitality

We had a great time with Katharina and Juliane. The apartment is totally new, clean and very well equipped. The lake is within 20 minutes by bike or 10 minutes by car. Right at the accommodation, you are in the beautiful nature and surrounded by animals. Communication with the two hosts was also very easy and courteous. We can recommend the property!

Beautiful apartment and very sweet, helpful hosts! We were greeted by a high-quality furnished, top modern and clean apartment, which is located in a new, very well-kept house. After the vacation, our son probably told the kindergarten about the apartment he liked so much. In the basement, the apartment has its own washing machine and dryer, both of which are ready for use at any time. Despite the proximity to the highway, the apartment is quiet. Bakers, butchers and a small supermarket are within walking distance. The location of the apartment makes it possible to explore the area around the Chiemsee as well as the entire Bavarian foothills of the Alps up to Austria. Carolin and Stephan always had an open ear, were always easy to reach and were there to help with advice and action. Their friendly manner made the stay even more pleasant. We'd love to come back!
