Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Grassau

WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

Quiet location, close to major sites.

Even the greeting by Pauline conveyed a good feeling of being welcome. It was like staying with friends.

The apartment is just as great as described. It was super clean, is excellently equipped and very well located to explore the beautiful Chiemgau. Anja, our contact person, did the check-in with us and also gave us good tips. Sabine also inquired about us and was super friendly and interested. Next time, we would book the accommodation again through Airbnb.

The two nights following our Italian holiday brought an incredible amount of peace. An absolutely relaxed, helpful and super sweet host who was able to take care of a lot of worries and we could just enjoy ourselves, even the dog relaxed, like never before in a foreign environment :) clearly - we will come back! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the short but relaxing break!

Best choice for tourists in Innsbruck

We had a wonderful stay at Elisabeth's place! The house is spacious, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. Elisabeth was an excellent host, providing thoughtful recommendations that really enhanced our trip. I highly recommend staying here!

Ideal accommodation for a long weekend to explore the region. Has everything you need. The apartment was very clean and tidy.

Johanna and Flo are super sweet people but the sweetest is Rosalie, she is so cute!!!!! We were very kindly received, everything is SUPER PROPER and NEAT!!!! Nicely decorated, the kitchen is very well equipped for cooking yourself. We have enjoyed the super cozy and nice terrace with beautiful garden and beautiful view of the mountains. Even though we sometimes had a little rain, we could always sit dry on the terrace. You have private parking at the apartment. Across the street, a cozy Konditorei with delicious pastries. And a very nice Pizzeria just around the corner, Jolly Pizzeria with very tasty Pizza. There is also a small supermarket nearby. The area was very quiet and you are right on the Konigssee. You can take beautiful walks and excursions in the area. Everything was PERFECT, we enjoyed our vacation SUPER and felt AT HOME !!!! We highly recommend the apartment and would definitely come back. A wonderful place with many picturesque locations and opportunities for relaxation - both for active vacationers and for families with children. It is particularly pleasing that there are cozy, comfortable and clean apartments in this area, which are fully equipped for a stay of several days. We would like to particularly highlight the friendliness and helpfulness of the landlady as well as the beautiful view from the window.

I was here a few days with my 1.5 year old daughter. Susanna provided extra children's dishes, a children's towel and a toy box with Lego Duplo - great! I felt very welcome. What was also remarkable was that despite the attic, it was pleasantly cool (in June). You can completely darken the apartment - also important with a child. Otherwise, everything was clean, spacious and everything you need was there. You have a great view from the balcony into the mountains and you can get there very quickly. We will be happy to come back.

Really a great and beautiful apartment in a fantastic location. In the morning, breakfast on the balcony overlooking the mountains and the valley. Quiet and relaxing. Christiane was super nice, helpful and you immediately felt in good hands. Absolutely recommended!

The apartment is great, we felt very comfortable! It really has everything you need. Check-in and check-out were straightforward and we were allowed to leave our luggage on the day of departure, so we could spend another day at the lake. Rainer is very warm and helpful. The fruit provided, the sparkling wine to welcome us and the sweets were very nice. We would have really liked to have stayed longer - if we end up at Lake Schliersee again, we will be happy to come back to this apartment!

We had a very good stay, the environment is very peaceful, great if you want to spend a quiet stay near nature and visit Munich. Please note, there is a 20-minute walk between the accommodation and the train station, the only downside :-)

Tanja is an amazing host, she provided clear instructions to the apartment and check-in. When we requested she provided excellent recommendations for scenic car drives. She was very responsive. The apartment was spacious, neat and clean. Very good views in a quiet neighborhood. We truly enjoyed our stay.

This location was great for us as it was close to the town and friends/family we visited. The place was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed including a washing machine. The bed was extremely comfortable and allowed us to be able to sleep really well. Thank you Bettina!
