Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Grapevine Lake

Michelle was a great communicator and the home was amazing. The backyard oasis was fully utilized under this Texas sun.

I had an incredible stay! The property was clean, stylish, and so comfortable — perfect for me and my guests. We especially loved the pool and hot tub, which made our time even more relaxing and fun. The host was warm, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. I truly appreciated all the thoughtful touches. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

A great experience. Home was clean, well-kept and hosts spent a lot of effort in making sure that stay was positive. Accomodations were very nice. Beds were comfortable, plenty of pool towels, kitchen accessories, etc. Back-yard is very nice with fence around the pool that was a relief to keep toddlers out of pool unless with adults and having turf all over made all of the amenities usable. Lots for children to do and spaces to use. Good use of space. Great location as parts of family easily made it to Fort Worth Zoo and theme parks in Arlington. Hosts took time and effort to effectively communicate and to meet our needs. Neighborhood is quiet and no issues arose during our stay. Would give it more than 5 starts if possible.

Jae's home was perfect for our family of 5. Everyone had plenty of space and we were very comfortable. The house is in a quiet neighborhood but close to the interstate, so we were able to get anywhere we wanted easily. It was a very central location to Fort Worth, Dallas, Grapevine, and Arlington. Even with traffic, it never took us longer than 30 minutes to get anywhere. The 15 minute drive to DFW airport was also a plus. We would definitely stay here again! Awesome and peaceful stay! Perfect size and great price for what we needed! The only complaint I have is that the fridge didn’t really work, but the freezer did and it honestly didn’t take away from our stay! It was quiet, private, easy to get to, clear instructions and plenty of parking space! I also felt very safe staying here as well! Would definitely stay again!

I can’t say enough about this place. Literally fell in love with it. Super clean, location couldn’t have been anymore perfect. This was a last minute choice and was the best decision. The hosts were extremely nice and responsive. The recommendations for sights and food are something I will definitely be back for. I literally felt at home. The bed was so comfy! If you’re thinking about booking just do it you won’t be disappointed.

location was good, right in the heart of night life. check in instructions were obsolete for me But host was very responsive and walked me through check in very easily!

Legacy is one of my fave places in Dallas, and this was the most perfect place to stay. Ample garaged parking which is rare in this area. The apartment was well stocked, clean and beautiful. Walkable to tonnes of eateries, and the balconette was great for watching the fountain show of an evening. Newman was super helpful, friendly and informative. Great host! I'd absolutely stay here on my next trip, Thanks Newman!

I'll start by saying that Daniel is a super host! You will not find a better communicator! The instructions were very precise and accurate. If you read the details that are sent, you will have a very smooth check in with no guess work! This place is as advertised!. I didn't have any issues with any of the amenities. My trip to the Dallas area was for my grandson's graduation and I felt very much at home and very secure while I was there. I will definitely stay there again! ☆☆☆☆☆

I loved this place… Omg, it was so spacious… Beautiful home… We’re from the MS Delta so the back porch was perfect… The bunk beds was an amazing additions, if you have kids traveling it’s a must book… It was close to everything we did… I would definitely recommend… We saw some nice bunny’s as well…

Awesome incredible place overall - loved the space and the total bedroom to bathroom ratio was really nice. One side note, I would recommend just adding the hot tub price into the total advertised price - just for a cleaner overall description of what your getting instead of an add on later

This is a great place to destress…simple and quiet. A few miles out from a small town but it was close enough to grab something to eat and get some snacks at the small grocery store. The hosts were very helpful. Be sure to enjoy the sunset over the rolling hills.

My group of 9 people had a great time staying here. The location was beautiful and the house was comfortable.

5 stars! What an amazing and beautiful property! From the moment we arrived, we were in awe of the peaceful atmosphere and stunning scenery. There was always something to do — from fishing to exploring the grounds, we never ran out of ways to relax and enjoy our time. My son fell in love with fishing here — it quickly became the highlight of his trip! One of our favorite daily rituals was feeding animal crackers to the sweetest donkey, Hank. We also loved spending time with the friendly dogs, Lucky and Scout — their company made the stay feel even more like home. Davis was an exceptional host — kind, welcoming, and extremely accommodating. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. You can truly tell he puts his heart into this place. We were genuinely sad to leave, but we’ll absolutely be booking again. This property is a hidden gem and already holds a special place in our hearts.

My family had a fantastic stay at Kristen’s place! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The check-in process was smooth, and communication with the host was prompt and friendly throughout our stay. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful! You will frequently see wildlife on the property all times of the day! You will need to download the offline version of your maps due to lack of cell service, but also wasn't a problem for us to unplug and relax! The Wi-Fi works great once you make it to the Bunkhouse! Would absolutely recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area and would love to return again. Thank you for being a wonderful host!

Everything was on point from check in to check out. The space was very clean, very comfortable, and being able to sit on the back patio to drink coffee and watch the horses was an unexpected treat. When we travel back to the Denton area, this will be our first look for sure.
