Very beautiful home, the pool has the best view in Dallas. I can't even describe how awesome this place was!

Great place to stay when we come for volleyball playing at the convention center

The description was very accurate. The AC worked great. We asked for extra pillows and were provided before we arrived! The valet was responsive, they are busy, plan to call before you leave the unit. Beautiful windows, hardwood floors, the gym and pool were a great addition. Every downtown city has a homeless population, we were never bothered by anyone. Felt completely safe. Thank you

Super happy with Brandon’s place!!! It was close to the convention centre- only 1 minute longer than those who paid double to stay at the connecting hotel. Brandon was very quick to respond with any questions we had. We had a problem with our coffee maker- and had a replacement within a couple hours !!! If you are attending a convention @ the Kay Hutchinson convention centre, I HIGHLY recommend checking out Brandon’s listing ☺️. Great value for the location and proximity to the convention centre

Cute spot. Good price for the location it seems. The location is nice in that it’s close to downtown, but it’s still downtown Dallas you’re going to, so plenty of homeless, poor roadwork, and nowhere to park* (aside from the one provided valet spot for a car*). The place itself is fine enough, typical airbnb. The furnishings are cheap but serviceable, the decor is pretty but surface level, and could be a bit cleaner. The included pics of the extra facilities and activities seem a bit misleading maybe too, as they were all padlocked and inaccessible throughout our stay, but then again, we didn’t inquire on their availability. Ultimately a cool alternative to a hotel, but maybe not all that much more value than one.

Chris and his team have proper instructions on all we needed to do. The place looked great!! Bet modern and just like the photos but better. The valet didn't miss a beat the whole trip. When we requested the vehicle it was there. The homeless people didn't bother me, my fiance, or my 2yr old. We will recommend this find to anybody.

Dora’s place was just as the pictures on site. The place was clean and bed was super comfortable. We were there to visit two different friends and the location was same distance in opposite direction, so this was perfect for us. Walked to restaurant to get breakfast only a few blocks away. Would highly recommend this place. Had an awesome pool but we didn’t use it.

From start to finish, Daniela was an outstanding host! She was kind enough to accommodate an early check-in, which made my trip so much smoother. The place itself is phenomenal, clean, beautifully maintained, and exactly as pictured. The pool was definitely a highlight and made the stay even more enjoyable. Communication was top-notch the entire time responsive, clear, and professional. I truly appreciated her hospitality and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The space is great! Please be mindful of parking space in the driveway. This is shared with the neighbor. The Neighbor will have an issue with this and make sure not to park in front of her house either. She didn’t come out friendly at all but we knew that we didn’t come to someone’s else property and not treat it like our own. Respectful and class will always be shown. The property accommodated our family. The host was in contact with us the entire time. Jay answered all questions and made it easy. Checking in and out. They had more than enough towels in the laundry room cabinets and the kitchen was fully equipped with utensils. I overall loved it and follow the rules given and it was no problems. Definitely recommend again for family or work event.

This place has everything you need from relaxation for a nice family getaway. We truly enjoyed our stay here. It is close enough to Dallas to go explore the big city and then come back to enjoy all the amenities at the resort. My kids wanted to stay on the property more than wanting to explore the city…being bored on the property is not possible. We can’t wait to visit again. If you are looking for a family getaway that includes all the fun and quality time, this is your place!

From the moment we walked into this beautiful house, we were impressed. I don’t know where to start… there were packages of toys for the kids to play with and they enjoyed the riding toys so much. The large rooms were very accommodating for our family of 10. We loved hanging outside around the pool/hot tub and used the very clean grill several times during our stay. There were plenty of towels, linens and kitchen supplies. We enjoyed our walks through the nice neighborhood in the mornings. Our hosts were quick to respond when I reached out to them. We would definitely recommend this house and hope that we will be able to visit again some day.

This house was perfect for our large group! Everything was spotless and as described. We especially loved the pool table and pool. The hosts were wonderful and very communicative. We plan to come back!

This place was one of my favorites to stay at. My family and I came down for a few events and this place felt like a home away from home. Grigory was a wonderful host and very responsive. My favorite parts of the house were the kitchen and the backyard. As a person who likes to cook, the kitchen was beautiful and spacious. The backyard was the best hang out spot with the pool/jacuzzi and grill. We truly enjoyed our stay here and we will definitely be back in the future.

Very nice and responsive hosts during our stay in Irving. You’re nestled right in the quaint historic district which is quiet and peaceful. The home was as described in the photos and description. No issues during our stay and we are grateful we had the opportunity!
