Holiday rentals with a pool in Grand Case

"Life is good" is a secluded villa with a very interesting set up. it has two separate bedrooms with in suite bathrooms on the top level with a separate kitchen and living room as well as a reasonable size infinity pool on a lower level. This would work well for either two couples or parents with preteens/teens of the same sex. The view is to die for. Indigo bay is a heavily developing neighborhood but this villa stands on the opposite side of the bay from the new hotel construction so it is not affected by it at all. There is a short drive to Indigo Bay beach (small and feels private) and another 5 min drive to a nearby grocery store. It is only 10min away from Simpson bay and 15 min from Marigot. it was easy to communicate with the owner of this villa and their local management company who gave us a warm welcome. we definitely plan to come back and spend more time in this lovely place.

Vous apercevez Pinel et Saint Barth depuis la terrasse, installés dans un agréable salon extérieur couvert La maison, très agréable et simple à vivre, offre tout le nécessaire pour passer d’agréables moments de détentes.

Wat een prachtige plek, met een nog mooier uitzicht op het water en Pinel Island. Op deze plek kom je helemaal tot rust, de buitenruimte met genoeg zitplaatsen en het kleine zwembad is echt geweldig, meer heb je niet nodig. Binnen is de ruimte van alle gemakken voorzien, airco, plafondventilatoren, handige keuken, goede bedden en fijne badkamers. Als je een stukje richting de zee loopt kom je ezeltjes en wilde paarden tegen, werkelijk fantastisch! Ze houden erg van wortels. Verder heb je zeker een huurauto nodig om wat van het eiland te zien, boodschappen te doen of naar een restaurant gaan. Deze plek is echt een verborgen parel waar je je heerlijk thuis zult voelen. Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! The home was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The swimming pool was so nice and refreshing after a long day at the beach, and we loved hanging out by the pool in the afternoons. It was also so fun to see the iguanas that would show up on the deck—they were such a unique and entertaining part of the experience. Pierre was an outstanding host who went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. His kindness and attentiveness made our stay even better. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back again!

The host was very pleasant and made herself available to answer any questions. The home was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our trip. The view was amazing and the pics did it no justice. I will be booking again on my next trip to Saint Marteen♥️

They were very accommodating when we needed to adjust our guest count, which we really appreciated. Everything we could possibly need was provided, making our stay comfortable and stress-free. Julie’s place is a great spot in a quiet location near Anse Marcel beach. We loved the outdoor space and enjoyed cooling off in the pool.

Florence was a great host. The place was just as described, clean and had everything you need, in a great convenient location, within walking distance (5 min) to the beach and restaurants.

Mon meilleur logement à Saint-Martin sur 4 logements visités. Emma est génial, le logement est propre, beau, adapté, moderne et équipé. Jolie balcon avec vue sur le piscine, la montagne et plus loin sur l’Ilet Pinel. Lotissement sécurisé, place de parking devant l’appartement, très jolie piscine de résidence. Accueil chaleureux, hôte super flexible et accueillant. Marie’s place was a great place to stay. The view of the beaches was beautiful. The sound of the waves was great to wake up to. It was close to shopping and other activities on the French side of the island I would stay again.

Our stay at Alexis and Steph's condo in Anse Marcel was perfect for us. We had no problems managing the hill and preferred the quiet of Anse Marcel. We walked up and down the hill every morning, enjoyed coffee and breakfast on the patio, and then used our rented car to go explore the many amazing beaches on the French side of Saint Maarten. We walked to Petite Cayes from the condo and had the beach to ourselves. We had one of the best meals at Le Samurai ❤️ and so close to Super U and L'Express in Hope Estate. The condo had all amenities...great AC, amazingly comfortable Queen sized bed, washer, drying rack, and beach chairs/umbrella. The hosts were always super responsive and kind to answer all my questions. We would recommend this place for anyone that enjoys evening of quiet and relaxation.

Sid a été un excellent hôte, proactif, communicant et très professionnel ! Le Lowlands est un espace merveilleux et un choix de qualité pour un séjour de rêve à Sint Marteen ! Bien positionné, attractions dans un rayon très proche et environnement agréable.

One of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed in. The location is perfect, with fantastic oceans views. You hear the waves hit the beach but nothing else. The studio is fully equipped and spacious. I spent 10 days and I felt at home there. I would drive to the super U five minutes away in the car where there is an amazing stocked supermarket you would find in Europe and normal prices. The pool is amazing and you are next to beach. Linda was there to check me in an out. Really friendly and she left a few items in the fridge for me.
