Beachfront holiday rentals in Grand Case

We had a great stay. The unit is even better than in the photos. We encountered a few maintenance issues but host was quick to respond. Stephanie was always reachable and very helpful. The resort grounds are beautiful. Would stay again.

Excellent accommodation! Hyper clean, super well equipped and decorated, in a quiet neighborhood, 5 min from the airport and close (by car) to many restaurants and activities. Alexandrine is adorable, very helpful and attentive. It was a real pleasure to stay at her place. ❤️ And the private pool, what a joy!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Antoine’s place. It is in a great location with the beach, restaurants, and shopping all nearby. We loved sitting outside on the patio in the mornings to enjoy breakfast with the iguanas, turtles, birds, and cats!

Coralie was fantastic!!! She sent us directions so detailed that she even counted the speed bumps for us! Her house was in a beautiful location and decorated so wonderfully. It was right on the water and we loved sitting on the porch watching the waves. The pictures dudnt do it justice. it was so calm and serene. Absokutely the best air bnb we have ever stayed in. She even had electric converters on the kitchen table in case we forgot ours. She thought of everything! We so enjoyed our stay here. Even met some fun neighbors to visit with. Kathy’s place exceeded our expectations and was so hard to leave. Kathy and Zackarie were fantastic hosts who made us feel right at home. It truly felt like a little piece of paradise in a great area. The market right on the street was super convenient, and there were plenty of great local spots nearby, including a must-visit tiki bar down the road called Ratafia. The beach was within walking distance, and it was such a joy to be able to bring our dog. The island is incredibly dog-friendly. There’s really no better place to stay on the island. We’re so glad we found a new home away from home!

Incredible house and location, the pictures on the site do not do it justice. Everything about the house was perfect, the decks face the sunset and two different beaches, that are easy to walk to down designated paths. Both beaches are gorgeous and have great swimming and snorkeling. The house was extremely clean and well equipped, it even has two expresso makers! The pool is beautiful and has a waterfall to a second lower level. The AC worked well and the wifi was extremely fast. The location is amazing, half way between Marigot and Grand Case, which is the gourmet center of the island. Grand case was an easy (one road) ten minute drive. Sarah was a fantastic host, she responded quickly to any questions and sent us photos and videos to make sure that we could find the house. Any request or question was answered immediately and she gave us great recommendations for the area. We are already planning our return to this house next year! We will definitely be back...Thanks, Sarah!

Glen was very accommodating and helpful before and throughout our stay. The place was very safe and clean.

the apartment is very nicely arranged and furnished. Traces of infiltration in the dressing room cannot be held rigorous after tropical thunderstorms. Marie is very responsive, very friendly, and shared many places of restaurants and places to see during the stay. The residence is very quiet, secure. Having your morning coffee in front of the sea is a real joy.

Great appartement, perfectly renovated with a fantastic sea view terrasse where you can enjoy breakfast and dinner. You can easily accommodate a family of 4, and for 2 it is perfect. We will certainly come back.

Villa Almond Blue enjoys an extraordinary view, sublime facing the bay. You can see Pinel and Saint Barth from the terrace, installed in a pleasant covered outdoor lounge The house, very nice and simple to live in, offers all the essentials to spend pleasant moments of relaxation.

We had an excellent week at Villa Cote Mer! I honestly can’t say enough good things. It is better than described. Pictures don’t even do it justice. It is very private and quiet, with a gorgeous view. There are plenty of places to eat within a 10 minute drive. Grocery store is less than 5 minutes. Melissa and Nina have provided a helpful guide to area restaurants, shops, and other attractions that make it so easy. The place was spotless, and the pool was pristine. It was very nice having midweek cleaning with fresh towels and linens. The garden area is gorgeous with many beautiful trees, flowers, and native foliage. The house sits down some from the road making it even more private. We have stayed in many Air BnBs in several international locations, and this one is one of the best! Melissa and Nina have been incredibly responsive and communicative making this a seamless, easy vacation. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit St. Martin!

What a wonderful beachside condo! The place came equipped with all the beach gear and household items. Eating around the village at the restaurants or having wine and cheese board from the village market ; this place was picturesque and everything was a 30 second walk away. Also, the speaker was amazing!

This place was absolutely perfect. Maxwell was the most thoughtful and caring Airbnb host I've ever had. He was super helpful and responded immediately every time. The place itself was spotless and filled with every amenity you could ever want or need for exploring the island. The ocean view was incredible. Would rare this a 10/10 experience !

We stayed at this property for three weeks and our experience was exceptional from start to finish. Even before booking, Leonard, the host was incredibly responsive and approachable, answering all my questions quickly and thoroughly. Max and Chelsea, team working with Leonard, were also professional, helpful, and a pleasure to communicate with. They assisted us with everything from restaurant recommendations to arranging taxi services. The property itself was spotless, very well equipped, and offered a stunning view of the sea. Both the beach and pool were just a few steps away, yet when the doors were closed, we enjoyed peaceful quiet, with only the tranquil sound of the waves. IMO, this unit is the best location on the compound. Orient Bay, only 10-15 minute walk along the beach, is lively, and filled with restaurants, shops, and cafes. However, we loved staying at this quieter spot. Truly, I have no complaints—only gratitude for making our vacation so wonderful!

awesome location, 3 steps to beach. corals nearby with great snorkeling place right behind the house. clean and convenient, close to all action, with dedicated parking and all amenities you would ever need.

We were amazed by this rental. We’ve always had great ones in the past but this one is the most beautiful one we’ve had. Rachel and her husband were amazing people and are taking care of your needs as soon as you get there. The views you have from the patio is amazing and relaxing. We will return for sure.

Priscilia is a great hostess and we loved her apartment! It was a great spot for our family vacation, we got to explore the island but also enjoy the beauty and peacefulness of Anse Marcel . The apartment worked well for us and our two young children - Priscilia even had a crib for the infant. A lovely pool is right nearby and the beautiful, calm beach is a short walk away. Priscilia recommended a delicious Italian restaurant within walking distance which became our son’s favourite spot. A decent grocery store is a short drive away but there’s also a small one within walking distance for any urgent necessities. Thank you so much Priscilia!!

Our family had an incredible stay at Coeur de Melane! Viviane was a spectacular host. The home is right on the edge of Grand Case... just far enough from the main area so it's quiet but a 5-min walk to some of the best restaurants on the island. We enjoyed having coffee and breakfast on the patio each morning. We would definitely stay here again... highly recommended!

Very nice stay at Vincent's! The loft is wonderfully well decorated with its beachfront touch, the sound of the waves, the view of the water, it's really like you're on a boat. We rented a car and 5 minutes from the loft there is the beautiful Baie Rouge beach. Otherwise, a little further, Mullet also very beautiful beach and you can rent chairs and umbrellas for the day. Sandy Ground is very well located, near the airport, from Maho Beach, seeing the planes so close, is really impressive!! We highly recommend Vincent's place, everything is there for a memorable stay.

Michelle and Brent’s spot is absolutely perfect for a couple. You have a beautiful view of the ocean right outside the doors. This is one of 3 villas she has on the property. This studio is below a 2 bedroom space that you share the infinity pool with. I can’t wait to come back and stay with them. The location was perfect and a quick ride to everything on the island. 10/10 would recommend 🤌🤌🤌

From the breathtaking view to your own private pool, this is one of the best Airbnb you could ever stayed in. The location is amazing as it is nestled within a very quiet neighborhood on the Dutch side. Perfect for our family with three young children with plenty of room to enjoy the beautiful island
