A Perfect Stay in St. Martin! Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, always making sure we had everything we needed. The house itself was amazing—clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with great attention to detail. It had everything we needed, including air conditioning and all the comforts of home. The location couldn’t be better—very close to Super U, a gas station, McDonald's, and even Fort St. Louis. Everything was nearby, making it super convenient to explore the island. The neighborhood felt safe and peaceful, and we truly felt at home. You can tell they really care about their guests. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Wat een prachtige plek, met een nog mooier uitzicht op het water en Pinel Island. Op deze plek kom je helemaal tot rust, de buitenruimte met genoeg zitplaatsen en het kleine zwembad is echt geweldig, meer heb je niet nodig. Binnen is de ruimte van alle gemakken voorzien, airco, plafondventilatoren, handige keuken, goede bedden en fijne badkamers. Als je een stukje richting de zee loopt kom je ezeltjes en wilde paarden tegen, werkelijk fantastisch! Ze houden erg van wortels. Verder heb je zeker een huurauto nodig om wat van het eiland te zien, boodschappen te doen of naar een restaurant gaan. Deze plek is echt een verborgen parel waar je je heerlijk thuis zult voelen. We just got back from an incredible trip in SXM celebrating a milestone birthday with friends at this absolutely amazing villa! The villa is designed beautifully and so very comfortable. We were a group of three couples and it was the perfect amount of space. Melissa was an excellent host! We have traveled extensively and she was truly the best. She went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We hired the chef she recommended and enjoyed delicious gourmet meals! All of her restaurant recommendations were top notch. We also went on a magical boat ride with a captain she recommended. Lastly, the location is so perfect! It was easy to get to many of the main beaches and super close to shopping. The short kayak ride to Pinel Island was a highlight of our trip, not to be missed!! We loved the option for easy, quick kayak adventures to explore the beautiful surroundings. St. Martin was extra wonderful thanks to Melissa and this fabulous villa! We hope to return someday!

Large house with two bedrooms and bathrooms. Very close to Friars Beach, which is where we spent a lot of of our time. That is a huge advantage. Friendly community as well. Sebastien was a very responsive and friendly host. Thank you for our stay!

AMAZING! This property exceeded out expectations. From the moment we walked on the property we felt like we were in paradise. From the landscaping to the interior, everything was so well done and thought out. The views from this property were simply breathtaking. Taking the kayaks over to Pinel Island was so much fun and very easy. The pool was a wonderful way to start and end our days and was extremely well maintained. Melissa was our concierge for our trip and from the moment we started planning to the day we checked out she was fabulous to work with. All of our groceries were there when we showed up, we had reservations that she made for us at a new beach each day, and dinner reservations were also made by her for each night, this made out days flow seamlessly. If we needed anything or if there were any changes we wanted to make she was extremely prompt and helpful with her responses. We would love to go back and do it all again!

Casa Victoire is one of the best rentals we have ever used for vacation- the pictures do not do it justice and Maly was an amazing host! If you are thinking about staying here just go ahead and click that button and you will not be disappointed. The pool was fabulous overlooking the bay and Pinel Island. Within a few minutes drive of Grand Case and Orient Bay- both with plenty of activities and food. Maly provided so much useful information before arrival and during our stay. The layout worked great for myself and 4 adult children- plenty of space for all. If you rent a car I highly recommend Nono car rental recommended by Maly- car will be waiting on you at the house and they will pick you up at the airport so you can get right to your vacation without worrying about driving as soon as you arrive Thank you Maly- we look forward to our next trip to St Martin!

Nous avons passé 10 jours d’un séjour idéal. Logement très bien situé dans une zone superbe , calme et pleine d’attraits avec la proximité de la baie orientale, la reserve naturelle, Grand Case, etc.. rapidement accessibles en voiture. Carole et Christophe sont des hôtes charmants, tres à l’écoute, ils nous ont aidé à prendre nos repères dans la zone et sont d’excellents conseils. Logement très agréable, fonctionnel, calme, en tout point conforme au descriptif. Parking devant la porte, appréciable quand on rayonne beaucoup comme nous. Nous recommandons vivement.

Patricia was a most fantastic host. SO friendly, and super helpful, there to greet me with thorough orientation upon arrival. I needed help with a few things and Patricia always went above and beyond, even offering things before I thought to ask for them. My appreciation of Patricia’s hosting is matched by the stunning vista of Petit Cle and sea from the beautiful pool terrace, which made for memorable morning tai chi. And the studio itself was most comfortable, including the bed. The location access is a little funky (in part because of the elevation), and be aware there is a flight of stairs up to the studio - all worth it for a stay with so many amenities. Good central location for access to everything from Orient Bay to Pinel ferry and Anse Marcel.

I had a great time at Amandine’s. The place is incredible. It was super clean and comfortable. It was amazing. Amandine was helpful.

Paradise View is located on the first floor of a small block, with a nice coffee shop at street level. The apartment was exactly as the photos, and, as we know the area, was easy to find. As others have said, at the weekends there is a bit of noise from the adjacent Rainbow Cafe, but it finishes about 11 pm so no real concern to us. The staff we met were all very helpful, smiling and happy, and we would definitely stay again

If you’re looking for a quiet place to relax and unwind this place is for you. It’s on a beach but the waters weren’t so calm so I didn’t want to take the chance. Lola is very hospitable & was very responsive and helpful before and after arriving. The studio is just as seen in photos, very clean and has a modern cozy vibe. I’d suggest you rent a car…Lola helped with that before I arrived so I was able to pick up the car at the airport. I think this is a great option for a solo traveler as well.

A truly lovely studio with many wonderful touches and amenities. I especially loved the little balcony and bench to drink my coffee in the morning while enjoying the sunrise and the beautiful view of St. Martin in the distance. Thomas was an excellent host and always very responsive to any questions or requests. The location is absolutely ideal and very convenient to a good grocery store (Best Buy), many fabulous restaurants and some of the most gorgeous beaches, all within easy driving distance. I definitely recommend staying with Thomas in his Creative Studio and I hope to come back again soon!

Marius is extremely responsive and at your beck and call. The location is unbelievable between two beach restaurants that are conveniently accessible (and they will serve your at the hotels personal beach chairs). Walking distance to over 20 restaurants in the Grand Case area. Bring you own beach towels (or buy them) to ensure you have the best beach experience.

Magnifique studio ( très grand ) avec une superbe cuisine. Propreté impeccable. Dans un cadre privé , et accessible à tout . Et hôte très gentille .

Beautiful Airbnb experience! Just as described and better. Our stay was amazing. Everything was pristine, clean and accessible. We had a nice kitchen with everything needed inside. A/C unit. Comfortable bed, clean linens. We especially loved our balcony overlooking the beach. Maxwell was extremely helpful in providing us guidance for visiting the island. He also had very clear instructions on how to access the property and check in was super easy and straightforward. Maxwell is extremely responsive and kind. Couldn’t ask for a better host, highly recommend!

j'ai passé un excellent séjour chez Lucienne . Je me suis sentie comme chez moi dans ce studio spacieux ,décoré avec soins ne manquant de rien. Merci à Lucienne et son mari pour leur gentillesse et leur discrétion.

Le logement proposé par Aurélien était propre et très confortable. Sa localisation permet de se rendre à pied aussi bien à la plage qu'au centre ville. Je le recommande vivement à tous ceux qui veulent faire une petite escapade sur Marigot.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean and beautifully maintained, with a gorgeous balcony that made it even more special. The studio is in a great location—surrounded by shops and restaurants—and it's just a 10-minute walk to Mullet Bay Beach and about a 10-minute drive to Maho Beach. Everyone I met was very friendly and welcoming. The only challenge was finding a taxi, so I ended up arranging a private driver to pick me up and drop me off wherever I needed. Overall, a fantastic experience—I'll definitely be back!

Our stay at Alexis and Steph's condo in Anse Marcel was perfect for us. We had no problems managing the hill and preferred the quiet of Anse Marcel. We walked up and down the hill every morning, enjoyed coffee and breakfast on the patio, and then used our rented car to go explore the many amazing beaches on the French side of Saint Maarten. We walked to Petite Cayes from the condo and had the beach to ourselves. We had one of the best meals at Le Samurai ❤️ and so close to Super U and L'Express in Hope Estate. The condo had all amenities...great AC, amazingly comfortable Queen sized bed, washer, drying rack, and beach chairs/umbrella. The hosts were always super responsive and kind to answer all my questions. We would recommend this place for anyone that enjoys evening of quiet and relaxation.

Super séjour pour nous. Le logement est propre et bien situé. La piscine et la plage privée à proximité sont un plus. Hôte très agréable et disponible à n’importe quel moment, il nous a aidé à faire monter nos bagages. Petit plus : étant avec un bébé, il nous a chercher un berceau. Je recommanderais à mon entourage et je reviendrai volontiers.

My wife and I loved this stay at Mount Vernon. Waking up daily to the beautiful view of Orient bay was priceless. The place was clean , had most things you would need at the kitchen . I loved that they had coffee available there too. The place was very cozy and beautiful. The bed was very comfy which let us rest properly every night . We like the comfort and luxury of having such a nice view every time you look out the balcony. The host was very kind and waited for us at the entrance of the place . You most definitely would need to have a vehicle to be able to get around from there to other places . I would say if you have mobility issues maybe it would be a little difficult because of the flight of stairs , other than that it’s a great stay! We will definitely come back.

I had a great time at Christophe’s place. His parents are so friendly and sweet. They gave us a chance to arrive at the place and drop off our luggages. The place was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. This is a perfect stay for two people wanting to explore the French side of the island. Friars Bay beach was 10 minutes walking distance from the house. This beach became my top 3 of St Martin 😊😁 the food at the cafe is delicious. We felt in love with their dog Oscar. He’s the sweetest!
