Another excellent stay in Grand Case. Aurelie's place was perfect for my family of four. We love the location. It's right across the street from three great beach bars and a few steps from world-class dining in Grand Case. Easy access to Orient Beach, Pinel Island, Happy Bay, Friar's Bay, and Marigot.

Great stay with a very responsive host!

We had an amazing stay at Sarah’s place! The location is fantastic, and everything was very clean and comfortable. Sarah was also an incredible host, and was extremely helpful and made us feel right at home. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

This villa we stayed in was very clean and as described. Very peaceful for the most part - we heard the neighbors a few times but not too bad. What we especially liked was the proximity to the beach/water - right outside our door basically. Also within walking distance of a grocery store, great restaurants, and a very good bakery for breakfasts especially! I would recommend this place!

If you’re looking for a quiet place to relax and unwind this place is for you. It’s on a beach but the waters weren’t so calm so I didn’t want to take the chance. Lola is very hospitable & was very responsive and helpful before and after arriving. The studio is just as seen in photos, very clean and has a modern cozy vibe. I’d suggest you rent a car…Lola helped with that before I arrived so I was able to pick up the car at the airport. I think this is a great option for a solo traveler as well.

The airbnb was beautiful and exactly what we needed for our honeymoon. The studio sits below a villa that has the private pool, which we had all to ourselves. The view was gorgeous, the interior design was amazing, and the hosts thought of everything. They were very responsive with any needs. We will surely stay here again

Very beautiful area that felt very safe, Bérénice was super responsive and helpful when checking in. Not ocean view but a short walk through the garden to a beautiful beach. Peaceful and quiet area to stay, and not far from Orient beach to go to all the restaurants. It was a great place to spend the week.

The location was breathtaking. You could not get closer to the water unless you’re on a boat. Th home was immaculate and the hostess was very proactive in communicating directions and answering any questions that might arise. We will definitely be coming back to stay if we can get the same home as it was that special! Definitely rent a car as you are remote. A few good restaurants across street (la cigale, and a Thai option)

This Airbnb was a great value for the price. It was well-maintained, had everything we needed, and the host’s thoughtful touches made the stay that much more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet yet convenient spot to stay in the area. It was an overall fantastic experience. The host was incredibly welcoming and provided clear, easy-to-follow instructions for check-in, which made the process smooth and hassle-free.

Marius is extremely responsive and at your beck and call. The location is unbelievable between two beach restaurants that are conveniently accessible (and they will serve your at the hotels personal beach chairs). Walking distance to over 20 restaurants in the Grand Case area. Bring you own beach towels (or buy them) to ensure you have the best beach experience.

What a wonderful beachside condo! The place came equipped with all the beach gear and household items. Eating around the village at the restaurants or having wine and cheese board from the village market ; this place was picturesque and everything was a 30 second walk away. Also, the speaker was amazing!

We absolutely loved our stay! It was so helpful that Max was there to show us where our room was and give us recommendations of things to do. We will most definitely be back!

Beautiful studio (very large) with a superb kitchen. Impeccable cleanliness. In a private setting, and accessible to all. And a very nice host.

Stayed in Sint Maarten for 5 days and so glad we chose to stay at this airbnb! Rented a car for our time there and the apt wasn't far from the airport so it was super convenient. Apt was clean, the area felt super safe, and waking up to the view every morning was beautiful. Laurent was also a super responsive host when we had questions so that was really appreciated. HIGHLIGHTS: -quick 5 minute drive to mullet bay beach (could also walk from the apt, was just pretty hot while we were there haha) and less than 10 minute drive to cupecoy beach. -free parking lot for the building -close grocery stores that made buying water and snacks easy, and a bunch of restaurants that are easy to walk to -would recommend the Take a Break cafe at the bottom of the building for breakfast! Super good pastries and smoothies -head to Dany's at Cupecoy Beach bar for really good rum punches and best view of the sunset we had the whole time we were there (:

The place was beautiful especially the view! My only suggestion would be that a tv should be place in the bedroom, instructions on what the occupants need to do before checkout (trash removal, dirty linens, ect) and English instructions on how to use the 2 in 1 washer/dryer. Grounds were absolutely beautiful and the young lady that checked us in was a sweetheart🤎

Just an awesome place to spend time in Simpson bay. The penthouse was awesome and would love to come back in the future. The kids had so much fun in the water. Simona went out of her way to ensure we had everything to enjoy our trip.

We had an amazing 10 days stay at Véronique’s place. The accomodation looks even better in real life. Spotless clean, great private outdoor lounge area with the jacuzzi, and outdoor shower. The location on the island is centrally located and perfect to discover the surroundings without to much driving. Véronique provided us with great local tips and is a super responsive and friendly host. We travelled with a young todler and the house has everything you need. Merci encore pour ce beau séjour! ☀️

Don’t know what to say honestly. Pictures don’t do justice of the outstanding view this place has to offer. I would absolutely recommend this place for a private get away. Tess and Hugh had great communication and provided great places to enjoy in the surrounding areas. 10/10 experience! ***P.S. the only 1 star review about this Airbnb is completely false. You are surrounded by nature which you can clearly see In photos, so why complain about nature if your looking to get away from the world and be in such a beautiful place like this 😀

We had a lovely stay at Lionel’s charming little villa- Luna made us feel right at home- the dryer was not working so we were unable to wash clothes which would have been nice before we headed to Anguilla and back home, the AC in the master closest to pool seemed to struggle to stay cold but not worth complaining about - just to note maybe needing some maintenance- thank you for a lovely time- highly recommend! Beautiful view- private oasis, just lovely, I never saw or met Lionel but my husband did. Thanks again-
