Therese and Jim were awesome hosts and their property was amazing. Everything was as expected and our time there was awesome. Highly recommend this for any large group.

Kristen was a wonderful host. She was quick to respond to my messages and the cottage had everything you could want. From the trails, to the hot tub we made sure to enjoy the entire property. Although the weather didn't cooperate we still had so much to do at the cabin. I think we had the indoor fireplace lit almost the entire time! Thank you for a lovely visit! The dogs are still tired from exploring your property lol. they loved the trip as much as we did!

Our trip to Vienna, Ontario, was a wonderful experience. We stayed at an Airbnb called Windy Hills, which is a beautiful log cabin with our own entrance on the upper level. The walls inside are entirely covered in wood, giving it a cozy atmosphere. While there wasn't a kitchen, we were provided with a mini fridge and a microwave. Additionally, there was no TV, which allowed us to enjoy some quality time together without distractions. We visited some horses with the hosts, Doug and Conny, relaxed in the hot tub, and played board games. It was a much-needed getaway from home and work.

The cottage was a little tight for 6 adults, but having the super cute bunkie for us two "elders" made it very comfortable. It's also rustic, rather than high end, just as a cottage should be. Appreciated the Brita, but the tap water is very drinkable. Two fridges also appreciated!! The deck and property are large with space for frisbee and ball tossing. I put up my hammock! And the fire pit! More than enough chairs in a comfy shaded part of the yard, plus easy to buy firewood along the highway. It's a quiet, pleasant neighborhood, easy access to the beach as long as you can handle stairs. The beach is a little rocky but some of us wore water shoes. Lake Huron is wonderful no matter what. If you want sand, take a day trip to Grand Bend. Nuria and Sandra were very good at communicating and we have nothing but good things to say. Hope to return next year!!

We had a wonderful weekend using Karyn's place as a home base. Karyn was very responsive to our questions and helpful in providing suggestions on what to do in the area. The house itself is cute, clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Bonus that it was dog friendly!

Shelly's place was exactly what we needed for a weekend away! The cabin was warm and cozy when we arrived and the wood burning stove kept us toasty for our whole stay. The bed was super comfortable and we loved exploring the surrounding woods with our dogs. It was so nice to be able to relax and unwind in the quiet woods, and yet be near Goderich to explore the multitude of locally owned shops and restaurants. We're looking forward to returning here in the future!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect—peaceful, scenic, and just what we needed for a relaxing getaway. The highlight was definitely the bonfire setup—it made our evenings cozy and memorable. Communication with the host was smooth and prompt throughout. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy nature!

Karl and his wife were amazing hosts and super accommodating when we needed to make a last min change to our arrival date. The cabins are on a beautiful property with beach access. We loved the bonfire pit and in the morning watching the sun rise over the lake... seriously beautiful. Would totally recommend if you are looking for an inexpensive and peaceful getaway. Lexington had some good coffee shops and restaurants which was about 10 min drive south from the cabin.

We loved this cabin! Peaceful, rejuvenating, comfortable and such a beautiful landscape! Planning to return in the winter. If you need to take a breath from your hectic lifestyle, this is the cabin to come to!! Henry was a fantastic host and made sure we were happy from start to finish. Would definitely recommend!

Our group of 16 had a fantastic time at the cottage, we plan to come back next summer!

Had a wonderful quick weekend trip with my young family at Skylar’s beautiful cottage! Excellent location minutes from grand bend , beautiful and stylish cottage with comfortable beds and bathroom. I appreciated the access to a highchair, pack&play, and some children’s toys and utensils. A fully stocked kitchen made cooking a breeze, and a walk down to the beach made for some beautiful memories swimming in Lake Huron. Thanks for being so accommodating, Skylar ! We loved our stay and would definitely recommend!

We had a lovely weekend celebrating my husband’s 39th birthday. It checked everything on our boxes: private, in nature, amazing views, sunsets and listening to waves at night. It’s so peaceful, truly a magical charming cottage. Thank you for sharing it with us! Hosts do a great job at describing the cottage, so if you don’t like spiders, or walking up/down 70 steps don’t choose this cottage however for us it didn’t bother us at all. We actually enjoyed it and it added to the wonderful feeling of escaping from the city - into your own private retreat, to unwind and enjoy the simple things in life. Thanks again!

We enjoyed a quiet, relaxing week at the cottage. Local amenities, including the beach, are only a quick walk away. The outdoor space was as great as the indoor space. Would rent again!

Rob’s place in Grand Bend made my whole family’s Christmas magical. The home is absolutely stunning and nestled in a beautiful neighbourhood!! They had everything we needed it was even decorated for Christmas. I would buy this house if it was an option, I loved it that much. lol
