It is located on a pedestrian street in the Lower Albayzin, 300 m. from Plaza Nueva, a largely pedestrian UNESCO heritage district. Habitación tipo suite, con baño completo dentro de la habitación, recién reformada. Mi hijo Leo se ha independizado y actualmente vivo con mi hija Belinda y aprovechamos para alquilar su habitación. En el centro de Granada, en un barrio que a pesar de estar a 5 minutos de la Catedral, no es turístico, es residencial, por lo que disponemos de todos los servicios necesarios. Zona peatonal, aunque se puede acceder con el coche para descargar, hay parking de pago alrededor. Sin ascensor, piso 1.

The room is one of 3 climatised rooms that we rent out. The rural house is located on the outskirts of the Andalusian town of Güéjar Sierra. You are a 10 minute walk from the main square with lots of bars. Sierra Nevada is 5 minutes away for walking. The ski slopes are a 20 minute drive away, as is Granada. The beach is one hour from the house. From the terrace you have a view of the reservoir and above it a spectacular sunset. From June to September we place a jacuzzi.
