Fernando, a great host. I already knew it from previous years and she is a kind person with a very good willingness to talk about what you need. The central place and with many shops (pizzas, restaurants, supermarkets, coffee shops, tailors, etc.). The apartment is very nice and tasteful, also with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The only bad thing you can hear a lot of noise from inside the building

We were allowed to check in early and the lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The apartment is cozy and good. Everything worked well. We would highly recommend.

It's in the middle of the main street, so it's easy to go anywhere. Until 12 o'clock at night, you can hear the sound of people drinking through the window, but it becomes quiet after midnight. They're so thoughtful that they even provide detergent for laundry.

This accommodation has everything you need when you visit a place like Granada: Excellent communication from the host and easy access to the accommodation; they have an agreement with a nearby parking lot which allows you to get a better price per day of parking; the accommodation is very close to good restaurants and the most important historical sites in Granada (The Alhambra, the Cathedral, the Albaicín neighborhood, the viewpoint of San Nicolas, among others). Everything worked very well in the accommodation (the elevator, the air conditioners in each room and the refrigerator). The beds are comfortable for a good rest after a day of walking. I really looked for many accommodation options for our trip to Granada and happily this one we chose gave us what we were looking for: comfort and safety at a very reasonable price. It will undoubtedly be our first choice if we return to Granada.

Everything was perfect! The apartment is as it appears in the photos, everything was very nice and clean, the bed was very comfortable. Lots of peace and quiet. We've been very comfortable.

Overall, it was a comfortable stay. The location was excellent, allowing me to walk to most tourist attractions and the city center. Having electronic key access to the apartment was very convenient. The host was always quick to respond to any questions or requests.

Nice place, clean and in a more central area impossible. They were flexible both on arrival and departure time. Also we were carrying pet and baby and they gave us crib and dishes for the dog. I would repeat

We had a fantastic stay. From the very first minute, Roberto offered to show us places to visit. Communication with him has been very fluid. The place has given us exactly what we needed, rest and peace. Looking forward to returning and enjoying nature even more and the pool, which we didn't get to do.

This was our 2nd year staying at Juan’s. The views from rooftop patio is breathtaking and to have the option of breakfast on the patio just makes the start of your day more memorable. Perfect location and they are present and active on site daily to accommodate the guest’s needs. Cannot say enough except that it has been perfect both times for us and we will return next year.
