It is one of the oldest hotels in the Sky chain. It maintains the German architecture and is cozy. Extremely attentive reception staff, excellent valets. The accommodation really delivers what it promises. It's well worth it, we'll definitely be back!

Guilherme very good host, although he did not receive us, he was very friendly and attentive to any concerns. The premier hotel, the spectacular attention as well as the facilities. We really enjoyed our short stay, I would definitely pick it again.

Accommodation exactly as in photos. The location is perfect. We only use the car to go a little further away. The accommodation gate goes straight on the sidewalk, which is less than 1 block from the indoor street. The room has 1 double bed and 1 twin bed. The temperature in the city was 13 to 25 degrees. The room is warm and the blanket supplied our needs. We didn't get cold. Hot shower. Mr Olavo received us super well.

I gave the stay as a gift to my sister and brother-in-law. They loved it! Everything is exactly as in the photos. Comfortable and fully equipped for a good stay. The place was extremely beautiful and fragrant. Easily accessible place close to everything. Gustavo was very cardinal and solicitous. He responds quickly, leaves no questions unanswered, and is an excellent host.

Franciele, extremely pleasant , was always on hand to assist . We had previously stayed at the hotel , I have 2 children and really worth it for those who have children , especially for the well-structured kids space and with helpers from 09:00 to 22:00. The hotel also has a restaurant that offers all meals . Wonderful Hotel Infrastructure, we'll definitely be back.

Our stay was wonderful, the space is exactly as in the photos, easy and efficient communication with the host, quick and hassle-free check-in, the place is wonderful, extremely clean, organized. We'll be back more often for sure! We love our experience. I recommend it to everyone.

Great room with many amenities and perfect for bringing children.

Perfect Stay in Gramado! The property is in the Wish Resort complex, in the best location in the city, it has a super comfortable bed and a great shower for bathing! For discounts in restaurants (including breakfast at the Wish hotel itself) we use an app called Prime Gourmet that people in the city use a lot and we save a lot of money! We used the hotel's heated pool, sauna, a marvel! The parking lot, if you warn that the owner has a rotating space and has a space, they exempt the daily parking fee (45 reais). Just be careful with the hotel concierges! They send a message and try to approach with a supposed “scam” saying they have a gift, but it's a waste of time, they won't even go there! Staying in the flat costs about 4x less and leaves nothing to be desired for the hotel. We love it!

A great experience. An Airbnb with all the amenities of a resort. The site has an excellent structure and educated staff.
