Excellent experience!! The house itself is amazing, but all the attention and care the hosts give to the guests is something that elevates the stay to another level. My husband was on his birthday and put some heart cutouts, my son did not feel very well on the day of checkout and were super flexible worried about his well-being, leaving us calm for a late exit after his recovery. Only compliments, we will certainly return. Thanks for all care and kindness.

It was a gift to have the experience of spending Valentine's Day and my birthday in this unique place. We were extremely well received, and you even end up becoming friends with each person who makes everything happen. Borgo is a place of extreme elegance, every corner, every detail was made with love, care and sophistication! I can only give one piece of advice, have this experience!!!!!

Spectacular house, cleanliness, comfort and service and sympathy of Mr. Jacob is something surreal. I was in 5 people and 3 4-legged puppies. The space and security for my three Yorkies was what attracted me. Returning to Canela, I won't even look for another place. I will certainly return to Mr. Jacob's house.

If you are looking for a quiet, quiet place of connectivity with nature, this is certainly the right place. Casa is beautiful, you notice affection and care in every corner. In front has a pond with a small square, very attentive neighbours. Rosa, very attentive and agil in the contacts, responded promptly to each request. We felt at home, were days of many affective memories.

The apartment corresponds to the advertised, is comfortable, spacious and is in a beautiful region. We did not have time to use the pool and playground of the building, so we cannot comment on it. Everyone in the family enjoyed their stay.

Good accommodation with an excellent location and good disposition, the capacity is for 10 people maximum and one of the double beds is an armchair bed. it looks like it was an excellent property, although maybe it could use a bit of maintenance

The perfect hotel, the super attentive staff. Very clean and has a very central location. We had a problem because we bought the stay with breakfast and a few days later they sent us a message canceling the breakfast without changing the value of the stay and inviting us to cancel if we wanted. They sent many automatic messages in chronological disorder. I guess they're just implementing Airbnb at the hotel and they're pretty disorganized. If it weren't for that, the facilities are very good, I recommend it!

Very beautiful place, a wonderful view, very cozy and quiet acacia cottage. There is no better place to have breakfast overlooking a small farm, with horses, sheep and ducks in the field. All kitchen equipment worked and there were essential items, oil, salt and coffee. Very relaxing and comfortable whirlpool, the bed was very good too, there was a good quality smart TV and a lovely fireplace in front of the bed. The only thing that could improve a little would be the bathroom shower, which had low pressure and some holes with colder water, but nothing too bad. I would definitely go back.

Stay was just wonderful. From the time of arrival, my family and I have been greeted with cordiality and attention. The atmosphere was cozy, clean and perfectly decorated. The beds were comfortable, and the silence at night ensured invigorating nights of sleep. In addition, the location was perfect, close to everything, but with guaranteed quiet. I had a wonderful stay! The apartment is exactly like in the pictures – clean, well decorated and super cozy. The location is excellent, close to everything I needed during my trip, with markets, restaurants nearby. The host was very attentive, responded quickly to messages. The entrance was easy and everything was very well organized. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to those looking for comfort, practicality and a touch of affection in the details!

We love the cottage, it's exactly as in the photos, very clean and organized, with everything we needed. The place is calm and peaceful, great for those who, like us, want tranquility. The hosts always responded quickly and the housekeeper also helped us quickly when we asked for help with the fireplace. As for the arrival, you have two options, we went by both, I recommend taking the option by Canela, it is easier to get there and the road is better, it takes about 3km of dirt road, but it is super quiet, organized road, it does not harm anything, we even left at night and returned quietly. Super recommend the cottage.

My girlfriend and I love the stay! The place is excellent, very well organized, clean and welcoming. A special highlight is the breakfast basket, prepared with great care and attention to detail. The host was also super accessible and attentive throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend it and come back!

Excellent accommodation, space as shown in the photos, very cozy, kitchen equipment is available that offers all the comforts for a quiet stay, totally clean and organized space, all the comfort of having suites that make it easier especially when there is more than one couple using the accommodation, bed linen, blankets, pillows, impeccable towels bringing all the comforts to everyday life. Good location, even though it's not so close to the covered street, a few blocks away, we do everything on foot, supermarket almost in front of the place, and for the traffic in the city it's a bonus to be able to do several things on foot. Naira provided all the necessary support and always responded and guided us when necessary. We definitely recommend it and will return to the accommodation when we return to the city.

Amazing place, perfectly as in the photos, everything beautiful, clean, fragrant, warm water, comfortable, in short! Impossible not to recommend. Access to the cabin is all paved, far enough from the center to be quiet, but close enough to be easily accessible if you want to go for a walk at night. Marco is super attentive, he already waited for us with the fireplace lit and gave us instructions on how to get there. Not only the cabin, but the whole structure around it is incredible! We'll definitely be back!
