Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Waterville. The condo is cozy and conveniently located in a quiet complex with easy access to the Rec. Center and the Town Square, where we enjoyed New Year's fireworks. Elizabeth sent us a lot of info ahead of time and was responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay here again. The house was amazing, the view off the back porch was gorgeous so many things to do around the house. Very responsive to questions, place was so clean looked exactly like how it was described. All around such an amazing experience can’t wait to go back!!

Loved staying here and having the water right outside, so beautiful. My pup loved running laps around the fenced in yard, will definitely want to come back and stay again when it’s not raining!

This was one of our family’s favorite Airbnb stays! The weather wasn’t the best, however even in the pouring rain it was a beautiful location. We plan on returning.

We loved staying at this home. Everything was as just what we wanted and more. Especially having toys and a play room for the kids is always a plus. Very local and central to everything we wanted to do. James and the others were very responsive with any questions we had and super easy to communicate with. Will definitely be looking to stay again.

My childhood friend and I had a nice reunion 4 day stay at the end of September so we could take a King Arthur class. We really enjoyed the hideaway beauty of the rustic cottage and its peaceful surroundings. Jane proactively reminded us that the cottage is unheated, so we brought warm sleeping clothes; still a couple of mornings were quite chilly. We felt like we were glamping.

We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend for Laconia Bike Week. Our only regret is not giving ourselves more time! The cabin was very peaceful and the views in town were amazing!!!

We have stayed at Pioneer cabin several times now- and it is peaceful and welcoming in each season and with every visit! The kitchen has everything you could want for cooking, and the setting is serene. Our teen sons made memories grilling out, challenging each other to a dip in the chold May lake, and huddling around the firepit telling stories and laughing. My husband and I sat on the porch listening to the loons and soaking up the peace in the mornings. The beds were comfortable, and even on the chilly rainy Saturday the heat and electric fireplace kept it a cozy space to curl up with a good book. Our family is already eyeing the calendar to plan our next visit. Thank you for giving us the joy that Pioneer cabin provides with every trip. We can’t wait to come back!

Great spot! Clean. Bigger than you think. Easy to access just get off the highway!

Had a great time catching up with college friends at Robert’s place! The location was amazing and the indoor amenities were great to have given it was a rainy weekend. Just a reminder to pack towels if you have more than 6 going (as described in the listing- just two are provided per bathroom). Only complaint would be that there’s blinds but no curtains so just be aware if you wanted to sleep in but get woken easily with the sun. Overall- had such a great time and would recommend to all! Thank you.

The view is spectacular!!!!I could not stop looking at the view,the condo flat was clean and comfortable and the hot tub was perfect .Highly recommend .

Booked last minute for a couple nights, and Mike’s condo was definitely a great place to stay!! Great location, and just as described!!! Unit is just upstairs from the pools, which my son loved!! Place had new, comfy carpet, and kitchen was well equipped. I would stay here again and had another night been available I would’ve!!

We had an amazing stay at Russ’s place in Campton, NH! The home is tucked away in a peaceful spot, surrounded by nature — perfect for anyone looking to relax and unwind. The privacy was top-notch, and everything was incredibly clean and well-maintained. You can truly feel the care put into the space.
