Townhome holiday rentals in Grafton County

This is second year we've stayed at Tina & Robby's place and we love it! Cozy cabin vibes & close to Waterville Valley for skiing. Kitchen and baths are well stocked with the essentials and the wood fire place is always a hit! Thanks for a great stay!

This condo was the perfect size and had all of the comforts of home. Great views and amazing location. Tom was very responsive and helpful. He has a great list of restaurants and local activities. 10/10 recommend. Would stay again.

We spent a beautiful weekend enjoying the fall vibes and exploring all of the beautiful nature destinations in the Franconia area and Kancamagus highway. Honestly, the space was a lot bigger than expected and the residences were secluded enough for privacy. The kitchen was fully equipped and everything we needed was right around the corner, so location was perfect. My children enjoyed the space, however, they couldn’t wait to just be out and active. I would definitely love to come back any time of the year. Only downside experienced was hearing running up/down steps that sounded from the next door townhouse which stopped before midnight and that we couldn’t really watch any tv/videos since the tv systems were outdated. A minor detail, but everything else compensated for it all and we loved our stay and amenities.

We had a wonderful stay at Lori’s condo with our two young children and another couple with their kids. The space was perfectly set up for our group, with plenty of room to spare. The condo’s location was ideal—right on the ski shuttle and within walking distance to the town square. It was cozy, comfortable, and the perfect base camp for a winter weekend filled with great memories. We’re so glad we found this booking and would definitely stay again!

The original reservation at another unit canceled on us, unfortunately that seems to happen all too often. Fortunately Jo’s place was open and it was exactly what I was looking for. Booking it was headache free….something I really needed at the time. The interior is tastefully decorated! All the rooms are clean. Appears to have a brand new smart tv. I went to some of the other cabins that my family had rented. I’m not sure how but Jo’s place seems to be more open and has additional room. I don’t get it! lol! Anyway, if at all possible I’ll be looking to book Jo’s place in the future. You will not be disappointed.

Great family place to stay for a ski trip! Exactly what we were looking for with easy access to Loon mountain and restaurants right next door.

We had a fabulous stay at the Bretton Woods Vacations. The house was well equipped, clean and beautiful. The hosts were responsive and helpful. Will surely come back ! Thank you for hosting us !

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Waterville. The condo is cozy and conveniently located in a quiet complex with easy access to the Rec. Center and the Town Square, where we enjoyed New Year's fireworks. Elizabeth sent us a lot of info ahead of time and was responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay here again. Justin’s place was such a great find. I was in town to see a show at Meadowbrook/Bank of NH Pavilion and this place was perfect as you can walk to the venue from Justin’s place. The beach was a great perk as well. Justin was wicked responsive and provided great instructions and recommendations. Hoping to stay for another trip this summer!

Great place! Kids love the house. Super clean and everything we needed. The rec center is amazing and kids had a blast. The place is super close to loon mountain. We definitely will come back. .

Kenrdra's place was a perfect spot for our ski weekend. It was close to 93, easy to find, and was much bigger inside than I expected. We had plenty of space for two families and the beds were comfortable. Highly recommend!

The place is across from Loon. And the view from the place is spectacular. The location was great. Jessica was quick to respond and gave clear instructions about the place. The kids loved the bunk beds! And we had a great couple days in the White Mountains. Pool, Hot Tub, and game room were nice amenities to take the kids after a day on the mountain. We had an amazing time.

Great spot for a weekend in the Whites! convenient to all the hiking in Franconia Notch, as well as dining in Lincoln and Woodstock. Cozy place, kitchen was great for meal prep. would definitely stay again!

Our group really enjoyed our stay. The game room in the basement was great for the kids and we were very close to the downtown restaurants, stores and skiing. Some more plates and utensils would have been nice for our large group size but the house suited our needs perfectly!

Fantastic location with a clean, comfortable home for our group. We loved relaxing in the new reclining couches after our busy days. Cherus was a perfect host and communication was great. Highly recommend.

Doug’s house was perfectly suited for our stay. It is equipped with handy items for young children and is comfortable for the adults too!

Maggie and Gary were amazing hosts. The stay was seamless and the house was so cozy, clean, and comfortable. They had great recommendations for the area and so thoughtful with their setup. I would definitely stay here again!

My stay at Mike’s place was clean with plenty of room. I would recommend staying here if you make a trip to owls nest resort in Thornton NH.

The place was great for our party of 10. There was a minor issue that Misty was super responsive on and addressed to our satisfaction. The clubhouse was great. One minor concern is that the clubhouse is not fully accessible for those with mobility issues (one member of our party).

What a great spot! The host thought of everything; right down to snacks on the bar. I cannot tell you how impressed we were! I would highly recommend them to family and friends. We are looking forward to retuning.

Mrunal’s Airbnb was a great stay! The place was clean, peaceful, and exactly what we needed to unwind. The views were absolutely beautiful — even better than expected. Perfect spot if you’re looking for some calm and natural beauty.
