Beachfront holiday rentals in Grafton County

I wanted to write a thorough review as we were the lucky first renters of Camp Bushwood! The "camp" itself is way better than any glamping I've ever done! It's really well done in knotty pine and has some lovely extra touches. Chris & Melissa thought of everything right down to fresh-picked wildflowers and some local beer in the fridge. The kitchen is small, but has everything you need down to a dishwasher, a cast iron waffle press, blender, and a cupcake pan! Lots of cookware and utensils and dinnerware. We were a group of 7, so having the dishwasher was fantastic. There's even a very cool popcorn maker for the fire pit (Tip: spread soap on the bottom of the pot, it won't blacken from the fire). There is one bedroom with a full bed downstairs and a full bathroom that also houses the washer/dryer. Upstairs is a full bath off the bunk room and you walk through the bunk room to get to the other bedroom with the queen bed. This room does have a sliding barn door to separate them, but it has open windows in it, so be aware it's not a private master bedroom. We're a family of five and stayed upstairs with our kids and we gave my in-laws the room downstairs. Also, there's a treasure chest full of board games upstairs. The camp is tucked away and makes for a perfect spot to relax and chill. Be prepared that there are several miles of dirt road to get to camp, so it is not a quick in/out spot. But, once you get in, you'll not want to leave! The lake is very close to the house. There is a small grassy area behind the house going to the lake. They have a hook up for a dog run, which our dog Timber loved to just sit in the grass and sniff the breeze, guarding us from pesky chipmunks. There were 4 kayaks and a peddle boat stowed under the house, along with corn hole and some other games. Our kids loved paddling around the lake! The water was clear and warm and we saw lots of loons! At night, the fire pit is right on the water and we enjoyed sitting out as the sun set. Chris & Melissa were very responsive to any questions we had and I would definitely recommend their "camp" if you're looking for a place to get away from it all. This is a great spot to do just that!

Another amazing stay at Allison’s lakehouse! My family loves this location and the house is so charming and eclectic . Such a fantastic location on the lake - extremely peaceful and beautiful and Allison is a phenomenal host. Looking forward to future stays!

We had an amazing time at the cabin. The sunrises were gorgeous, cooking on the grill, kayaking/paddle boarding, cozy fires, and everything we could have needed! We made such great memories and appreciated you and Matt’s hospitality so much. The cabin was great and so were you guys. We will definitely be back!

Very convenient to Loon and nearby restaurants and attractions. It snowed while we there and Jenna was very responsive and coordinated to have the driveway and walkway cleared so we could get out early to head to the mountain. Would stay here again!

The lake house was everything we were looking for. There were plenty of towels, linens, kitchen supplies, etc to make staying for a week less of a hassle. we loved the lake and the screened in porch! If you're not afraid of some spiders (can't be helped, you're in nature!) and can make do with a TINY shower, then this place is definitely worth it.

Was in plymouth for our daughters commencement ceremonies and was perfectly located to get anywhere along campus and the main st area. The cottage had everything we needed for the weekend.

We had a wonderful time. The house was just right for 6 adults and a baby. There was great lake access with several kayaks to use and a canoe. The kitchen had everything we needed. Wendy was easy to reach and responded to our questions quickly.

Barbara's place is a real gem. So clean, with a beautiful mix of antique and woodsy modern furniture, and a wonderfully comfortable living area overlooking a meandering brook which a few hundred yards down the road leads to the lake. The kitchen was well-equipped and modern, and beddings and beds were very comfortable. While the house was close too a busy road, we didn't hear a thing, and for summer users the deck is completely away from the road, overlooking the brook. Even more than we expected.

My husband grew up going to South Down and his family is still there. It's great to have a place of our own when we visit. The condo is very nice, check-in was super easy (just a code!), and there was a binder with everything we needed. We didn't have any issues while we were there, but our host was still very responsive to our updates.

After my third stay at Justin's condo, I can say that he is a top notch host. He is super friendly and communicative, lets you know when the unit is ready for early check in. The place is clean and comfortable. I will absolutely be looking to stay with Justin again when next summer's concert season comes around.

This is a fabulous small cottage with a spectacular front porch view of Lake Morey, just 10 yards away. It has all the conveniences, is very clean and modern. Particularly valuable is having access to all the benefits of the Lake Morey Resort, which the cottage is attached to. That includes free canoes, kayaks, paddle boards, tennis courts and rackets, bikes, pool and work out room. It is a little pricey up front, but all those assets make it worth the expense. And the lake is so wonderful to spend time in and on!

Fantastic place. Matched description perfectly. Very short ride to Loon and everything else Lincoln, NH had to offer. Our family was very comfortable in this spacious condo. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

stayed here for my first time at Loon! loved the location, amenities, and just how comfortable the place felt (especially the fireplace)! definitely looking forward to returning.

This was a great stay for the family. Everything is close or just a quick ride away. The only thing we wish there was a bigger field area so our boys can play catch. Other than that the place was great vacation for our family we had a blast!!! Thanks

We can't say enough about how great this apartment was for us and how great Sandy and Tom are both as hosts and as people! Sandy is very accommodating and makes her guests feel so welcome by providing everything they might need (and also things they didn't know they needed but were glad to have!). The unit is well stocked and furnished very comfortably. The location by the lake is beautiful and it's so convenient to be right on the lake and also a short walk into town (and an even shorter drive). Our daughter and granddaughter had a lot of fun on the 2 paddle boards, and we used the canoe as well to explore the lake. There are plenty of chairs to sit by the lake, and it was really nice to sit around the firepit in the evening. We hope we'll have the opportunity to go back to Meredith and stay with Sandy and Tom again.

This cabin was perfect for our Fall weekend getaway. It was cute and cozy, and just enough space for our family of three. We were just able to fit our daughter's pack n play in the second bedroom, and with the beach/lake right outside our door, our baby monitor was easily within range while my husband and I were able to sit outside at night and relax. It was also very close to many local attractions and restaurants. I'd definitely stay here again.

The view was amazing!All the neighbors are very friendly and welcoming. Everything you need is close by.

We stayed at Denise's place over a long Memorial Day weekend. Denise and Kyle were both super friendly, making sure everything was going well with us when we ran into them coming and going. The cottage was a great size for my wife and I, not that we spent a bunch of time there as we were exploring the area around the lake. Both the front porch as well as the couch had great, unobstructed views of the lake. We made use of the beach associated with cottages, having our morning coffee out there each day we were there and spending Memorial Day, which was the best weather day we were there lounging in the beach chairs. We made use of all the cottage was equipped with, from the coffee maker and coffee, to grilling up steaks on what looked like a brand-new BBQ. All in all, it was a great stay, and we would absolutely stay here again the next time we are in the area.

We were two couples and enjoyed our stay at the lodge. It is well organized and located in a beautiful setup on the lake. A relatively short 30 minutes drive allowed us easy access to the white Mountains attractions. Vanessa was proactive on closing the open space above the bedroom doors just before we came - so this issue as reported in some other reviews has gone away… in short - highly recommended!

Terrific stay! The wildlife watching from the large living room and kitchen windows was entertaining. We enjoyed using the kayaks and fire pit. The bike path is right out the front door. Camp is cozy and comfortable. Colin and Robin are outstanding hosts!

Bjorn and Elaine's stay was absolutely incredible! We went up to see foliage and it was the perfect stay for it! Overlooking the lake and the leaves was stunning! Close to many local restaurants and hiking spots, you couldn't ask for anything more!

Thank you Bob for letting us rent your home! It was so peaceful and beautiful to sit outside looking at the lake, lots of grass for games and best of all a sandy beach area that the little kids loved! We definitely recommend staying here and hope to come back again. Denise
