Holiday rentals with a pool in Grad Korčula

This house is as generous as the people who built it. Lucija and Peter were perfect hosts, both before & during our stay. It is easy to see that they have carefully considered every detail so that all you have to do is settle in and enjoy everything you imagine a holiday to be. If you stock up on supplies en route there really is no need to leave. As much as we would love to keep it all to ourselves, I cannot recommend it enough. Enjoy.

One of a kind place on Korčula! The pictures don’t do it justice. Extremely relaxing and private - we pretty much lived in the pool. It does get hot and a bit buggy. There is no AC and you need the windows open for a breeze but there aren’t screens. So expect mosquitoes. The kitchen is small but functional. Keep the door shut and clean up counters quickly and the bugs won’t bother you in there… There are a couple of beaches nearby but there is hardly a reason to leave the pool :) There are some great restaurants nearby (drive) - we really enjoyed Bistro La Tache and Konoba Maha. Definitely recommend if you want something secluded, beautiful views and your own pool!

Perhaps the best AirBnB we’ve ever experienced. Ideal location just a 5-minute walk to Korčula’s old town, and with a parking space to boot. Amazing outdoor space - featuring the beautiful pool, but also the dining area with grill. All with perfect views of the old town. The just-renovated and expanded indoor space has everything you need in the kitchen, including coffee pod maker and separate espresso / latte professional unit. And the fridge has an ice maker, which is critical to anyone making Aperol spritzes every evening while traveling around the Mediterranean. The bathroom with walking shower is spectacular. The pool, of course, is the star of the show, but the entire place exceeded every expectation. Plus, Niko and his dad Pero were great hosts. When we return to Korčula, we’re reserving this place first, THEN booking air fare, since we wouldn’t want to stay on the island unless we were staying here.

Absolutely stunning location, you are on your own with a superb pool with great views and a rocky beach with some of the best snorkelling opportunities. The terraces are brilliant, with nice shades and lovely wind coming from the sea. The road towards the house is a bit tricky, but nothing to be afraid of - I have fear of heights and here I had no issues to go back and forth. As mentioned in other reviews there is no WiFi so prepare for a digital detox - there is 4G but not the fastest one. Due to the solar panels electricity is limited overall, only 1-1 free electric socket on both floors and no aircon. We were in mid July when outside was 35-37, this meant sometimes 28-30 during the night in the house. Similarly to other beaches in Croatia there is a significant amount of mosquitoes, prepare for that. Other than that it was one of our best holidays, whole island is very nice, Korcula city is gorgeous. There are really great restaurants at 15-20 mins by car.

What an amazing place! Peaceful, private, with a wonderful view and your own beach. We took advantage of the paddle boards and had a wonderful time. As others have said, it’s some distance from town, so you’ll want a car or be prepared to bike a lot (bikes are provided). But that also means it’s very quiet. Lots of birds and butterflies. The accommodations are compact but clean and well-appointed. More than adequate, since you won’t want to spend much time inside anyway. We also appreciated the tasty snacks left for us. Hope to visit again!

Although the house was not modern and felt a little undermaintained, it was comfortable, and the outside space, pool and the location were perfect. It was great having the free use of canoes and bike too. A free ranging tortoise family in the garden was lovely too!

We can recommend this house for families with kids. Very nice swimming pool and summer kitchen.

We absolutely loved staying here. A lovely house, with a nice warm pool that is bigger than it looks in the photographs. The view from the terrace was amazing, so much so we stayed and cooked every night on the bbq. The hosts are lovely people who cannot do enough for you and made us feel so welcomed. Even Ivan the neighbour Ivan dropped us off some fresh fish he caught that morning for our bbq. If you like peace and quiet in a beautiful setting and a cosy house that’s only 15 mins drive from shops and restaurants then this is the place for you. We will definitely be back!

This could not have been more perfect. I wanted to stay forever. The location was exactly what I wanted. Easy walk into town on a one way street with restaurants, 2 markets an ice cream shop, a wine tasting room and a lovely breakfast place on the water. 3 minute walk to the beach. The owners were actually also there and told us about great beaches and hiking paths just minutes from the property. The pool was so nice after a hot walk from Lombarda. If I could give this place 10 stars, I would.

Can’t fault the apartment, location or hosts. Could have happily stayed longer. Loved it.

Korcula has been one of our favorite stops in Croatia. Smilja's place was delightfully peaceful and private, but an easy walk to the hub. We loved the use of the pool.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor. From the terrace there is a view directly to the sea and Korcula. There is a restaurant nearby where you can have breakfast and lunch and dinner. The beach is 150 m away ( 2 minutes walk) in the kitchen there is everything for cooking. But I would like to have salt and sugar ))

Wow, what an amazing place! Firstly we were welcomed at the front of the property, Jure and his family were very friendly and incredible hosts. Jure gave us a tour of the property and the family had left a plate of food in the fridge, some home baked cookies and some alcoholic beverages. They also surprised us with a whole meal one evening, so lovely to taste locally produced and very tasty food together with more cookies and a bottle of red wine! I don’t think we have ever been looked after that well and it was so appreciated. The accommodation and pool were lovely, comfortable beds and very well equipped kitchen. There were also many resident tortoises which we loved seeing. Such a lovely base and Vela Luka was great for restaurants, boat trips and seeing the sunset! I would strongly recommend staying in this lovely accommodation, we have left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Thank you to Jure and his family. :-)

Perfect accomodation for a calm stay in this beautiful place. Modern apartment with all what we needed. Truly recommended

This was our third stop out of four destinations in Croatia and it was idyllic the views from the beach about twenty steps away is like nothing you’ve seen. We had the most wonderful and will most definitely return and stay here. Do not hesitate to book this private apartment with private pool and outside space. Thank you Daniela for a lovely stay.

The host was welcoming and always accommodated us. The place was clean and fully equipped.

We had a great stay at villa Anita as a group of 4 adults and 3 kids. 4 bedrooms (bathroom en suite for each!) with fantastic views overlooking the sea, great pool and spacious communal area. The host Ivan was very responsive and welcoming, speaking German (almost) on a native level. The kitchen was small but well equipped. The only two things that could be improved are the couch in the living room - way to small to seat everyone and uncomfortable - and the BBQ which is in a separate dark hut and therewith not very tempting to use. Thanks for hosting us, we had a wonderful time!
