Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Grad Kaštela

Very nice villa with great host even came with a gift mid way through the week, would defo stay again.

Sehr nett eingerichtet mit Liebe zur Detail.Alles da was man braucht .Mussten sich um nichts kümmern.Der Gastgeber sehr nett und hilfsbereit.Würden jederzeit wieder kommen!!!

Jure är en riktigt bra värd, och hans boende var vackert beläget lite utanför hektiska Split i mysiga Kaštel Lukšić. Gångavstånd till strand, nära till matbutik, och det fanns till och med en grill och en supermysig uteplats! 10/10 vill verkligen komma tillbaka 🌞

Die Unterkunft war einfach der Hammer. Sah auf den Bildern schon super aus aber in persona sogar noch viel besser. Der Strand +Strandbar und kleines Restaurant quasi direkt vor der Tür (2min zu Fuß). Super sauber alles. Außerdem wurde der großartige Pool alles 3 Tage von den Vermietern kurz gereinigt. Helena hat auch noch lokale Restaurants und Supermärkte empfohlen was sehr geholfen hat. Der Flughafen ist auch in Laufnähe (10min) aber man hört trotzdem kaum etwas von den Flugzeugen. Grundsätzlich hat man auch seine Ruhe und wird von niemandem gestört. Ich kann diese Unterkunft, sowie Helena als Gastgeberin, total empfehlen und würde selber auch immer wieder diese Unterkunft buchen.

I rented both apartments for 8 people for 8 days and was very pleased with the quality of the apartments (spacious and airy, well equipped, clean), outside property (well maintained pool and the deck, upper terrace - gorgeous view of sea, lower - next to the garden, privacy with the green space behind the yard), and the location. It's centrally located in Kastelas, 5 min walk to the promenade and the beach, 15 min to airport, 20-30 mins to Trogir and Split, quick walk to a great bakery, markets and restaurants, main bus route is right there to all the towns. The hosts are very accommodating and prompt to respond (flexible check in, help with beach towels, local suggestions, help with parking ticket :). Highly recommend either of apartments. A point of caution if you rent a larger vehicle (I had mini van Opel Combo) - a bit tricky to get into the turn into the property, but that's typical for that size car on a lot of roads in the area :)

We had a wonderful time at this place – it truly exceeded our expectations! The apartment was exceptionally clean and decorated with so much love and attention to detail. You feel at home the moment you walk in. A big thank you to Tonka for the amazing time – she is such a friendly and helpful host. The property offers everything you need to relax: a pool, hot tub, table tennis – perfect for unwinding and even spending a few days just doing nothing. 😊 We enjoyed every minute and left feeling completely refreshed. We’d love to come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

This home worked very well for our two families visiting. Very clean, nice location away from the busy, nice big pool. The kids had fun swimming and exploring the yard. Thank you for a great stay!

Very nice place to enjoy private pool with hydro massage corner, waterfall and olives trees garden arround. No neighbors is a big plus, very quiet, some noise from near airport, but not disturbing much, even enjoined to watch the plains. Already visited this place two times and will come again in future.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour, le logement était spacieux et proche de restaurants. Nous étions situé au centre des activités que nous avons fait pendant notre séjour, c'était très bien. Proche de l'aéroport également et au calme.

Mein Aufenthalt hier war einfach fantastisch! Die Unterkunft bietet ein perfektes Zusammenspiel von Komfort und Luxus. Die Wohnung ist nicht nur stilvoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sondern auch hervorragend ausgestattet. Die Küche ist modern und gut ausgestattet, mit allem, was man für die Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten benötigt, einschließlich eines großzügigen Grills auf der Terrasse – ideal für gemütliche Grillabende im Freien. Besonders beeindruckend ist der Poolbereich, es war eine wahre Erfrischung an heißen Tagen und bot den perfekten Ort, um sich zu entspannen, wie auch der Jacuzzi mit dem schönen Blick auf die Umgebung. Die Wohnung selbst ist komfortabel und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Schlafzimmer sind gemütlich und gut ausgestattet, und das Badezimmer ist modern und gepflegt. Die Gastgeberin war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, und ihre Empfehlungen für die Umgebung waren Gold wert. Alles in allem war dies unvergesslich!

Ich habe das Apartment für meine Tanten gebucht. Diese waren sehr begeistert von dem Apartment und haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Blick vom Balkon ist ein Traum. Man kann das Meer sehen und auch die Landebahn vom Flughafen, was sehr interessant zu beobachten ist. Die Gegend ist ruhig und schön. Es ist größer als es auf den Fotos aussieht und wirklich sehr ordentlich und sauber. Man hat alles da, was man braucht und sogar noch mehr. Für die Zukunft würden sie das Apartment noch einmal wählen.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von fünf Personen und hatten eine wundervolle Zeit bei Kristina. Die Wohnung war in einem ausgezeichneten Zustand – sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es gab viele praktische Extras wie einen Grill, TV und jeder hatte genügend Platz. Besonders der Pool war ein Highlight – wir hatten viel Spaß und haben dort viel Zeit verbracht! Kristina war sehr freundlich, offen und hilfsbereit. Sie hatte tolle Empfehlungen für Ausflüge und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Zudem hatten wir jederzeit das Gefühl, ungestört und privat zu sein. Die Flugzeuge kann man super beobachten und man hört es nach kurzer Zeit nicht mehr. Mit dem Auto konnten wir schöne Ausflüge unternehmen, zum Beispiel nach Split oder Trogir – beide Orte sind nur etwa 20–30 Minuten entfernt. Wir können die Unterkunft und die Gastgeberin absolut weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

The place was clean and well-equipped, with everything we needed in the kitchen, including coffee and matcha tea. The only small thing missing were garbage bags, but it wasn’t a big deal. Ivan was very friendly and gave us great tips on where to go and what to see. Would recommend for a peaceful trip.

A nice and clean apartment with parking spots in front of the house. The kitchen was well equipped it’s got everything you need. The host was very welcoming and is responding quick to messages. All in all we had nice stay at the apartment.

Es war eine wunderschöne Woche! Das Wetter war herrlich! Marina war sehr freundlich, hilfreich und familiär, aber nicht aufdringlich! Die Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet, kindergerecht und die Küche schön ausgestattet! Der Pool war rein und wir konnten zu jeder Stunde ins angenehme Wasser! Die Grillmöglichkeiten waren optimal!
