Beachfront holiday rentals in Grad Kaštela

Dani is great host.he explains everything thing to you about the stay and beyond. He is welcoming.He got some drinks and local wine for us to welcome us. Unfortunately I don’t drink. Stay is approx 20-25 mins from split city Center depending on the traffic. We were with car so easily accessible. Lots of paid parking space available but also have 2-3 open free space to park depending on your luck. Good view out of the window and balcony. Room has metal bad which makes sound when you move on it. Other then that all good.

We loved our stay here. The views were amazing the hosts were lovely and we had the best time. The apartment was amazing with anything you could need. Ante gave us lots of advice and recommendations and we had the most lovely and peaceful holiday. We would definitely return. Thank you very much.

Nikola’s place was very comfortable, we felt at home instantly. His son was kind enough to guide us to good beaches and markets around. They were also kind with our late check out. Would totally recommend for a group of friends or a family, beautiful house in a strategic location.

Adele was a lovely genuine host. The accommodation was very well equipped. Sea right outside the door...many restaurants nearby ranging from Mala Mora to Fast food ...which we had the most amazing burger ! Parking was an absolute bonus. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Thank you Adele.

Gorgeous spot outside of split (about 20/25 minute drive into the city centre) and same distance from Trogir. Lovely to be in a quiet place outside of the city with its own lovely restaurants, ice cream parlours, bakeries and beaches. Apartment was lovely, beds were comfortable, AC was a dream! Jelena was really helpful and instantly responded to my questions about parking in the city and recommendations.

Thank you for sharing your home with us. We had an amazing time visiting Croatia and your apartment made us feel right at home. The apartment itself was clean, spacous, had everything we needed but the real treat for us was the balcony area, where we spent most of our mornings and evenings...wonderful views overlooking the sea. Shops close by which made things easier, local bars and restaurants a couple of minutes walk away and a few lovely beach bars approx 15 mins walk down the coast..great local beers. We hired a car, which made getting around so much easier and enabled us to make the most of our time. We would recommend the island speedboat tour (Toto adventures ...amazing) leaving from split, great way to explore the beautiful islands, a trip to the skywalk, Biokovo Nature Park, coastal town hopping (Makarska & Baska Voda). A visit to Klis Fortress is a must along with a visit to the Town of Trogir & Krka Waterfalls. Your apartment was perfect We will be back Emma & Jack xxxx

We had a great time and we were really happy to meet the owners cause they are super kind and sweet. I would definitely recommend to stay in this sweet tiny apartment and pretty city.

Lovely apartment so close to the beach - my 2 friends and I had the best time! The balcony was perfect for a morning coffee with a sea view and the beds were comfortable. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming!

Well, where do I start. I often wonder about reviews and question the really positive ones. However, this home was beyond expectations. Beautiful, well equipped and soo clean. Lovely kitchen and lounge. Big bedrooms and plenty of storage and hanging space. Beds very comfortable, I sleep well but both my friends say they had the best nights sleep in years. Great balconies. Amazing pool and relaxing area. Big private space and plenty of sun to relax under, It really is as good as previous reviews say.. even better. From the start of my interest, Iris responded quickly and gave suggestions and ideas for local experiences. This villa is perfectly located, minutes from an amazing quiet and almost private beach. Local supermarket 2 min walk away. The village centre with many bars approx 5 mins away. Split 25 mins and Trogir 15 mins by very reasonable uber. I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough. We also saw Iris smaller 2 bed apartment located 5 mins walk away. Again spotless!

Absolutely recommend Ivan and this stay. We got in very late from London and he still came out to greet us. Ivan did a fantastic job of showing us what to do and even gave us good local tips that we used later on! Honestly, insider knowledge goes a long way. The bed for the children was very spacious and our bed was super comfortable too. We do wish we were able to stay for longer and Ivan was gracious enough to offer the pool even after check out. So good!! Would highly recommend. Thank you so much!!

The apt was clean, modern, great views,. Host picked us up and dropped us off from airport. She was friendly, quick to respond and hospitable. Love loved our stay!!

We had a fantastic stay in Croatia. As many people have commented, the house is better than the photos give it credit for. It is modern and clean. The pool is fantastic. The house is a short walk from the beach and restaurants and is about 20 minutes from Split. Ante arranged pick up from the airport and numerous trips around the area. The house is highly recommended for a large group.

Perfect place for us with private pool and walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach. Tidy and clean and great service from the host! So nice and accessible throughout the stay and arranged if there was anything. Highly recommended! ⭐️

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! Ivan was incredibly proactive in his communication, ensuring we found the place easily and settled in comfortably. He went above and beyond by greeting us with a delicious meal upon arrival and surprising us with crepes on a rainy day. Their thoughtful gestures made our visit truly unforgettable.

This was truly one of the best apartments I have ever stayed in. The unit was very clean, exceptionally well maintained, and offered outstanding amenities – particularly the kitchen, which was fully equipped with everything one might need. The location is excellent, directly on a beautiful white pebble beach, with a spacious terrace offering a nice view on the ocean. Our host was extremely courteous and thoughtful, surprising us with several welcome gifts during our stay. The availability of a private garage was another notable advantage. The only minor downside was the beach-bar nearby, which could be a bit noisy at night, especially on weekends. Nonetheless, our overall experience was outstanding, and I would not hesitate to return.

its spacious, has four floors, each bedroom is on its own floor. the airconditioning is a bit odly placed, but ground floor has a ventilator so it isnt too hot. two tvs and a massage chair with the one on the highest floor

A very nice place to stay, between the airport and Split. You can get everywhere quickly with a rental car, but the buses do it too. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well-equipped. The only drawback is the church next door, which sometimes rings in the middle of the night and very often in the morning. At check-in, we were greeted very nicely and check-out also went great. Highly recommended

I highly recommend this airbnb to anyone .. It was the cleanest airbnb I have ever stayed , all the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms are very clean and neat . Vinco and his family were very friendly and helpfull . house location, view and comfort were really enjoying.

Staying in a castle…with all the modern amenities…yes! Dina’s Kastela was such a fantastically fun stay. Old word castle on the outside, then step inside to a spotless, comfortable apartment. We were pleasantly surprised by all of the conveniences this place had to offer, AC, washer/dryer, dishwasher, best shower/water pressure we experienced traveling. The icing on the cake was the rooftop deck. We spent every evening relaxing there after long hot days of touring Split (a short bus ride away). There was always a cool breeze and it was incredibly quiet and peaceful on there. Great location if you like being out of the fray. There’s a great walking path along the sea, with quite a few restaurants along the way. Dina was most accommodating with last minute changes to our schedule. She was super responsive and helpful, answering any questions we had throughout our stay. I would highly recommend a stay here! Mobility issues beware though, lots of steps!

We stayed with our family in Kastel Luksic. It's a nice base to explore Split and Trogir. We had enough space in the apartment. If we come back to this region again, we would definitely want to stay here again.

The place was very good and clean for the price. The location itself is also very good at the front door, you can eat and drink in a few steps. You have the sea right outside the front door. Was very satisfied.
