Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Grad Hvar

Nous avons passé 3 jours dans l’appartement de Tonci. L’endroit est très calme et la vue depuis la terrasse est très belle. Situé à 5 minutes en voiture du port des ferrys et de la ville de Stari Grad. Nous recommandons !

My friends and I had an amazing stay at Edmond's place. The apartment is peaceful, spacious and decorated with taste. It is located in the center of Hvar, 5min walk to Hvar pier and is surrounded by plenty of nice restaurants. Edmond and his wife were friendly and welcoming hosts, sharing with us lots of recommandations and tips to visit the island. This place was all we could wish for a lovely stay in Hvar.

Beautiful property with wonderful hosts. On the night of our arrival, the hosts accommodated a very late check in and even went to the store for us to get us everything we needed and more— which we appreciated A LOT. The private beach (and the property at large) is gorgeous and the location is super convenient (15 min to Hvar center). The water pressure is low due to the conditions in the bay, which we understood, so just a heads up that only 1 person can shower at a time. We will definitely be back when we visit Hvar!! Hvala :)

Jelena's house was spotless and beautifully decorated in the vintage Hvar design. The house was located close to the center of Hvar so we could easily walk to all the shops and restaurants and leave the car in the secure parking spot next to the house. The surrounding garden is a very nice addition to the house. You have a quiet time while sitting outside and provides a feeling of not being surrounded by concrete. Jelena went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home and provided all we needed.

The pictures do not do this home justice. It is nestled in a small village 18 minutes from hvar. 10 mins from lovely milna beach . The surroundings are absolutely stunning. You have a Mountain View on one side and an ocean view on the other. You definitely need a car or driver to get around and the streets are not for the faint of heart. We did take a taxi home one night, so they do go out there. The interior was pristine; decorated to perfection. The kitchen had all the essentials. The pool was refreshing and beautiful. The bathrooms were immaculate. But the most important part of this stay was our hosts. I cannot describe how lovely these people/family were.They went out of their way to make us comfortable. Directions/recommendations/meals anything we needed. We had a wonderful meal their family restaurant Kod kapatena .This was a stay like no other.While it was remote. It was so very much well worth going. Highly recommend this home

Nothing compares to the accommodations at this home. The hosts and cleaning staff were incredible and the home has to be one of the best options in Hvar.

Perfect villa; one of the most beautiful places we’ve stayed. We felt at home from the beginning. It is super relaxing, every amenity you could think of and the outdoor space is amazing. It’s also 5 minutes walk from town, while still feeling private and peaceful and a 2 minute drive from the ferry/supermarket. Ivanka is a wonderful host, she was really helpful and responsive. Plus super flexible when we arrived and left. I can’t praise it highly enough; we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else - can’t wait to come back!

Biserka and her family were incredibly kind and hospitable to my friends and me and helped make our experience in Hvar magical :)). Not to mention her adorable puppy!!!! Would most definitely stay with her again if I make it back out to Hvar —highly recommend! And the balcony along with the insane view was awesome.

Very thankful being three nights in Milna at Ilonas house - a very nice, clean and quite environment with a beautiful view on the sea. The house is perfect for everyone who is searching an alternative to Hvar City but being close enough for a visit. Milna itself is a romantic town with a lot of traditional restaurants and nice beaches. The conversation with Ilona was flawless! Fast reply on messages, great support and always very helpful to make our days worth remembering without any obstacles. We can highly recommend Ilona as person and as accommodation for a beatiful and unique vacation.

Ótima localização, para quem viaja de carro tem estacionamento grátis na habitação, muito fácil para caminhar até ao centro de Hvar. Habitação impecável 🥰 os anfitriões foram muito simpáticos, deram nos indicações de praias, restaurantes e supermercados, receberam nos com doces típicos da zona. 5⭐️, aconselho esta habitação.

We spent a week staying in Fanita's apartment. It was very clean and comfortable and we immediately felt at home. The things which stood out for us were the lovely balcony with table and chairs, spacious lounge, modern & well-equipped kitchen, and excellent shower. Fanita was an outstanding host, collecting us from the ferry terminal and really going out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Our stay was beautiful, my husband and I went but went the whole 4 room villa out. We read reviews and didn’t want to share the home, there is also only one room with AC so we were happy to have that! You are located in a small village which is beautiful but there is two restaurants and one very small market. It’s a little bit of a difficult walk to the water / bottom but the views and little beaches are well worth it! I do wish there was coffee and water supplied with the stay, but she did provide beach towels which was nice. The local pizzeria was our favorite, we ate multiple meals and drank tons of beer there! The water and sunsets were great! Bring goggles so you can swim with the fish! There is also an upstairs and downstairs rental so you may be sharing the pool area with other guest but it wasn’t bad.

This is a great find. Stenko is a great host - very responsive. His place is so comfortable and convenient to Stari Grad - only a 10 minute walk. The kitchen was well stocked. He has a beautiful balcony that overlooks the hills and the town. Definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed Marija's place. It was even more than we expected. Everything is very clean in the apartment. You have your privacy although hosts live in the house next to apartment. Apartment is in the quiet neighborhood and have nice terrace on which you can enjoy in the morning and at the evening, because throughout a day it can be very sunny and warm. Location of this apartment is in our opinion perfect. Around 15-20 minutes walk from Stari Grad port and Jadrolinija ferries. Along this walk on the shore are a lot of beautiful small rocky beaches (both wild and arranged) where you can enjoy whole day because there are a lot of shaded places due to the beautiful pine trees (you do not need a parasol). Also, the place we most enjoyed bathing and swimming was 5 minute slow walk from the apartment and near that place were cafe, changing booth, toilets and shower. Hosts are lovely and very friendly. We highly recommend this place to everyone who is looking for peaceful vacation.

You cannot beat the view! Comfortable bed and good kitchen. Definitely best for more able bodied people due to the stairs. But the view was worth it 100%

Outstanding! we arrived just before sunset and our concierge was there to check us in and show us around. the villa is superb! Clean, spacious, comfortable, with all the modern amenities in an old world setting. The home has been built/restored in a manner that blends seamlessly into the historic fabric of Zarace village. there are two wonderful beaches a short walk away and Hvar town is 10 minutes by car. If you are looking for a quiet and private retreat close to town but out if the hubbub, this is the one!

Es war eine wunderschöne Zeit im Refugium von Marta- der schönste Sonnenuntergang, mit Liebe eingerichtet und sehr zum wohlfühlen. Nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß vom Meer und eine herrliche Landschaft und Umgebung..

Wir hatten eine fabelhafte Zeit. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist wunderschön und zu Fuß ist man in ein paar Minuten am Meer. Goran und Janica waren immer ansprechbar, haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns mit super Informationen versorgt! Wir würden auf jedenfall wieder kommen.

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in de Terra Dolce Villa. De villa ligt in een rustige omgeving 10 minuten van Stari Grad en 25 minuten van Hvar stad. De communicatie met Goran verliep heel soepel. Hij reageerde snel op onze vragen en heeft ons veel tips gegeven. Ook de communicatie met Martina (locale host) liep erg soepel. Het huis is voorzien van alle gemakken. Kortom, een ideale plek om met een groep te verblijven als je op zoek bent naar rust en vakantie gevoel.

We have had a great time in beautiful Stari Grad! The villa is im a great location and extremely well equipped, with copious comfortable outdoor seating. Eva has been so helpful in local knowledge and even picked us up from the port and took us to the villa. The villa is in walking distance to stari grad which has a wide selection of bars and restaurants. We would highly recommend the villa and would like to thank Eva and Dragan for looking after us so well!!!

Mario’s villa was the perfect escape for my group of friends. The home is tucked away on a very private street close to the main attractions on the island. Everything we needed was provided by Mario such as towels, soap, as well as plates, glassware, etc. for a meal at home. I highly suggest you book the private chef that Mario recommends - it wound up being one of the best meals of our trip, if not ever. The pool and backyard was perfect for lounging in the sun. I could not be more satisfied with our stay, it was truly an amazing experience that will not be forgotten. If you don’t rent a car, I would suggest bringing comfortable shoes as you need to walk up and down hill to get to and from town.

We had a wonderful stay at Elisabeth’s beautifully decorated house. Based in the old town, restaurants and sights were easy to get too. Highly recommend a stay here!

Our group rented Ante's place for a few days, it was a great quiet place to relax and we all loved the pool. Would definitely come back
