We have a small forest, animals, horse riding, carriages, bonfire/grill, swimming close by. Forests & large Pond next to us. Your own vegetable garden... Families enjoy nature, peace & freedom here. By car we are 8ks from Gorlitz DE & 10ks to CZ border. 1hr from Dresden, 2hrs from Wroclaw, 2.5hrs to Prague and 3hrs from Berlin.

A historical Mill in unique cultural environment

The Wlosien Mill is located in a small village in Poland on the borders of three countries, Poland, Czech Republic and Germany with the possibility to dine each evening in a different cultural environment. An area of natural beauty, mountains, lakes, waterfalls as well as many places of historical and cultural interest, palaces, castles, churches and medieval towns. For the more energetic there is skiing, mountain climbing, hiking, white water rafting, cycling, horse riding and much more.

Built with ecological materials and with own hands, the house is located on the foothills of Giebułtów, from where there is a spectacular view of the Mirsk valley, Świeradów-Zdrój, and on clear days, Śnieżka. The facility has two separate rooms on the mezzanine, a bathroom, an open living room with a kitchen and a stove to warm up on colder days. We offer a wood-fired sauna on request (charged additionally). Guests have at their disposal peace and quiet ad libitum.

Děti jsou u nás jako doma - mysleli jsme na ně. Najdou tu paradní domeček se skluzavkou, pískoviště, záhon borůvek, vlastní potůček a všechno ostatní, co mohou potřebovat.

Villa Larix – Full wooden house directly on the nature - lake

Villa-Larix is a wooden house with a very special living ambience. We built the wooden house to live healthy living and limited to the essentials in a relaxing location. Most of the materials come from Germany and some oak woods even come from our own Upper Lusatian Forest. You can admire the sunset directly on the lake and really relax. Please note that you currently have to expect construction site noise at a distance of about 150 m.

DZIK near Karpacz cottage with sauna & fireplace

Staniszów 40 is an ideal starting point for hikes and tours in the beautiful surrounding area. The cottage is suitable for small groups, families or friends. Cooking together or relaxing by the fireplace is fun here. We hope that our guests will only spend peaceful and happy hours in our Dzik cottage. The house is situated on a hill, close to a road with light traffic.

We have a functional and cozy studio with a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom at your disposal. The property is located in a quiet district of Świeradowa-Zdrój, Czerniawie-Zdrój, near Singletrack. The studio has a private entrance and a separate terrace. Our mini-apartment will be a great choice for people who value peace and independence.

Enjoy the great surroundings at our romantic place. Spend your time in nature withou others. During the construction of our tiny house, we focused on material sustainability, which is why it's built using locally sourced wood and hemp insulation.
