PAY ATTENTION: when renting the whole apartment is yours. My house is a duplex apartment of 2 floors, on the 1st floor. Is the living room with an open kitchen. Through the open kitchen, you can continue to the balcony. There is a toilet on the first floor. Also on the first floor, there is a sofabed. on the 2nd floor is the room+ private balcony. 2nd fl. bathroom with a shower cabin and a sink with mirror and cupboard under the sink. Feest geven is verboden, hier staat een boete op ! 🚫
