This house is an absolute gem. Perfectly located for exploring Castelnaud Chateau and other local sights. The garden view is lovely and is great fun when the balloons float past! A beautiful, characterful cottage in the heart of this historic village.

Beautiful house, clean and pleasant. 9 km from Sarlat. Very well located for visiting the best sites and villages. A very large enclosed garden for our 4-legged friends or safety for our children, not to mention the small swing. Not to mention the very kind welcome and the delicate attention for our arrival. And very important, good bedding. Don't hesitate.

Very well equipped accommodation with all the necessities. The place is clean and typical. We were able to enjoy a terrace in the evening and the quiet of the place. 30 minutes from sightseeing and beautiful walks. Recommended without hesitation, the house is very comfortable.

Wow! That's the impression we had when we arrived. True to the description, this little house in the meadow is very pretty. The stone was highlighted inside. The sheepfold has been restored with great taste and optimization. This cottage is really made for nature lovers. 100% disconnection. Far from everything. Even the path to the cottage (200 m on foot, allows you to soak up this feeling of freedom). Avoid bringing too many things or plan several trips. 😀 After all, walking is good for your health. No neighbors. A pure moment of happiness to recharge. And our dogs were the happiest in these spaces. We went really well. We can only recommend this cottage.

This stone accommodation is very pleasant, especially in the hot weather, and its layout is well suited for a stay for two. Comfortable bed and sufficient dishes. Peaceful place in the vegetation, ideal for visiting Padirac and Roquamadour less than 28 km away. Véronique is a welcoming and communicative hostess while being discreet. We would recommend it without hesitation.

Charming little house very nicely decorated, quiet in the countryside on the edge of a greenway (many tourist sites accessible by bike via roads/paths with very little traffic). Diane is very concerned about your well-being. Very nice place to recharge and enjoy this corner of Périgord away from the noise and the crowd.

What can I say?! A little spot of paradise in the most beautiful part of France. We had 3 nights of relaxation after getting married in the south of France and this was just what we needed. Robert and Stephane were the best hosts; responsive and attentive but also gave us our privacy. The cottage was just beautiful, cosy and very well equipped. The garden and the pool were simply stunning. Don’t think photos can do this place justice, just go and see for yourselves! We’ll be back!

Serge’s place is amazing. We spent a lovely 10 days there in May and it was exactly what we were looking for. It’s walking distance into the village which has everything you need, and the place itself is clean, well appointed and in a beautiful setting with its own lake. Serge was so responsive and kind to us during the stay too - he went the extra mile to make sure we enjoyed ourselves!

the region itself is so beautiful but if in addition we discover a peaceful, welcoming, very functional chalet with lovely hosts, you have the necessary ingredients for a perfect stay. we will come back to Fabienne, that's for sure!!!

The cottage is great, it has the charm of the old and a lot of character while being extremely well-equipped. It's a great place to meet with friends. Everything is there, the pool, the hot tub, the tennis and pétanque courts, the barbecue... Anne is very welcoming, available and understanding. In short, we can only recommend staying here!

House with a lot of character, very well equipped and very beautiful potential perfectly exploited. Laurence and Jean-Michel are very welcoming, considerate and available. Jean-Michel, a passionate bakery enthusiast, has concocted excellent pastries and bread for our breakfast. (Order on request). Ideal place to spend a very good time relaxing. Many picturesque villages to visit in the surrounding area. Thank you to them, and I look forward to returning.

We had a friendly welcome from Deborah, Simon, and their dog. The Coquet Cottage was beautifully decorated with lovely touches like linen bedding and a nice kitchen area. The grounds were beautiful, our dog loved spending time outside. The outdoor tub was very welcome on a hot day. The hosts recommended the local lake and some dog walking routes. A beautiful part of France, only wish we could have stayed longer!

We had a wonderful week in this house. You lack nothing, beautiful furniture and very tastefully decorated with attention to nice details. Also outside, ample and comfortable furniture and lighting for when it gets dark. The swimming pool is really fantastic, we have used it from early morning until late evening. The area is very quiet and idyllic. Limogne-en-Quercy is within cycling distance with a good supermarket, bakery and organic shop. Communication with Joffrey and Elsa is excellent, friendly and you get a quick response to questions.

Our stay was a lovely dream. The outdoor kitchen and pretty garden with bath was a place you might envisage in a fantasy. We were welcomed with a lovely bottle of wine and chocolates. Although the weather was unusually hot we were nice and cool within the traditional thick stone walls of the house. It was wonderful to sit in the garden and watch the canoes floating round the bend of the the winding Dordogne river. We are very grateful for the experience. Thank you Steve and Eve. Gite des Reves was a fabuous find. It is in an idillic spot right on top of the Lot with dramatic views of the surrounding cliffs. Melody & David have created a small haven - so peaceful - we immediately fellt relaxed & at home as soon as we checked in. The owners are on sight but we stll felt we had privacy with our own terrace & use of the lovely salt water swimming pool. The hosts could not have been more friendly & welcoming & it was lovely chatting over the terrace gate - we had some great recommendations of things to do in the local area. Best of all our dog Mabel had a great time given the run of the grounds & she made great friends with Blanco - a real holiday romance! Thanks Melody & David for such a lovely week in the Lot!

An unforgettable and wonderful stay. The meals, the environment, the house, the hosts – everything was perfect. This is an exceptional place for those who want to rest their heart and body. Next time, we'd like to stay for at least a week. Many thanks to Mira and Steven!

We spent 2 days in Sabine and Norbert's accommodation. Everything was very good, as described. It was perfect. 😉

A lovely peaceful place to relax. The house is very cosy and has a nice area to sit outside and enjoy the view. The pool is nice and large, and along with and the many other leisure facilities very well looked after. Alan and Fanny were very friendly and gave us some good tips on places to visit. It's a very short walk into the village where the Forge restaurant is well worth a visit.

Staying here was a dream come true! Our family had the best time! The hosts were so sweet. Hope to be back someday.
