Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Gotthun

An apartment in a restored building, managed by the community. Has all facilities plus a lovely garden.

We liked it in the apartment, especially the possibility of using the balcony. The pool was also a nice change. It is a very nice place to rest for a short time.

I was able to book Marius' accommodation for my colleagues. The booking was very short notice on our part, as we received a message from another accommodation at 2 pm that unfortunately we cannot check in due to a double booking. Marius made it possible for us that my colleagues were able to check in a short time later! The communication with Marius was very nice and fluent. He also provided new bed linen for a change of employee. The apartment was clean and well appointed. We are very happy to recommend Marius as a host and his accommodation!

Since it led me to the Baltic Sea for work, I spent my first 6 months in Rostock with André. The contact with André was always great, quick and pleasant. I was even able to have my mail sent to him, which made life very easy. The apartment is well and quietly located and has a parking space under the carport. From Sievershagen, I was able to easily reach all my stations in the training on any side of the Warnow. In addition, a shopping center is within walking distance. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is accessible via a spiral staircase. It has a fully furnished living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. All rooms are well equipped and all separate, so you can also cook without the whole apartment smells like it. For example, an ironing board, a clothes dryer and a vacuum cleaner are also provided. I enjoyed the time with André and was able to arrive in Rostock excellently.

We had a flexible check in, helpful hosts, very clean rooms and comfortable beds. There are various ways to stay on the large property and direct access to the lake and adventure playground.

I came on a solo getaway from Berlin and wasn't expecting such a unique and enlightening trip! Melanie and Flo are super welcoming and communicative but also respectful and are very good in giving you your space. So you can enjoy being secluded and having your silence. I went on meditative walks in the fields next to the house and used the sauna. . But the highlight was definitely doing the horse therapy with Melanie. wow, a truly special experience that will stay with me. Can't wait to come back, thank you Melanie & Flo!

Rooms are newly decorated and renovated and very clean. Centrally located directly on the market square with various cafes and bakeries where you can also have breakfast. Nevertheless, quiet at night as there is practically no car traffic in the city center and there are only a few parking spaces for residents. The underground parking "Am Markt" recommended by the accommodation before arrival is max. 5 minutes on foot. Easy check-in even late at night with key safe. All in all, a great place to stay for our weekend trip to Greifswald and surroundings.

It is a beautiful spacious house. We were there with 9 adults and 3 kids. Beautiful enclosed garden with Jacuzzi and sauna. The beach with the fishing pond and the playground within walking distance made it complete. It is close to Schwerin and Wismar.

I was traveling with my daughter, she was preparing for the interview for the University of Greifswald. The space was perfect for that. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and walked a lot. Dirk had heated the house and we could enjoy the first evening. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the place to be, totally relaxed and very beautiful.

We felt very comfortable and had a really great host with Susanne. Our dog especially liked it! :) Iven is as quiet as you imagine, but you can take a few nice trips by car. The accommodation and especially the garden made us feel at home very quickly. Thank you!

Clean house, high-quality equipment, great amenities.

We (two couples) had a great time at the accommodation in Rerik. Everything was very clean, well equipped and the house is very quiet. Especially great for four adults is that there are two full bedrooms and two fully equipped bathrooms - so you have enough privacy. The sauna and the fireplace were real highlights. The kitchen was great for cooking together, in the evening we could make ourselves comfortable in front of the fireplace. Only the pans were already heavily worn. All windows had fly screens - very pleasant, especially in summer. The host was friendly, the check-in via key box uncomplicated. A small information booklet with tips on the surroundings and the use of the devices was particularly helpful. It is about 15 minutes on foot to the beach, but for excursions in the area (e.g. Kühlungsborn, Warnemünde, Rostock, etc.) you definitely need a car – the location of the accommodation is wonderfully quiet. We would come back anytime!

the holiday home has also been used as a permanent home, so there were no things to improve. The house also looked like new, rarely seen such a well-maintained stay. Ingo and Regina built and decorated this house with a lot of love and knowledge. The kitchen was very complete as well as the bathroom. The beds are also of excellent quality. And Ingo and Regina are particularly nice and regularly inquired whether everything was to their liking

We liked Frank and Pia's apartment very much from the beginning. We had a very nice time there. The apartment is located in a very stylish house, has large, very bright rooms and is very tastefully decorated. From the large bedroom, you have a wonderful view of the beautiful garden with old fruit trees and many flowering perennials. The same beautiful view can be enjoyed from the very large and bright living room, from which you can directly access the garden via a terrace, where there are various idyllic seating options. The spacious kitchen is superbly equipped. We were very warmly welcomed by Frank, so that we immediately felt very comfortable. Frank and Pia are great, very friendly hosts. It is also very nice that the beds of Frank's nursery are directly behind the holiday home, where we were able to harvest very tasty organic vegetables (salad, herbs...) ourselves. A wonderful place in a varied landscape.

Wonderful house with large garden in an idyllic setting. The amenities of the house are great and we were very happy that there is even a beach volleyball court on the city meadow. Thank you for the nice and uncomplicated communication!

Fantastic location!! Super friendly couple who take care of the complex and are helpful! only filter coffee machine is not so mine...

We could have easily spent several days here. Apartment and especially garden invite you to relax, socialize and get into gear - at the same time there is the opportunity to experience the area (by car). Great host couple who are available and hugely helpful. Louie (3 years) has already asked when to go back - and otherwise misses the chickens 🥰 Lovely holiday🤩

Hello, I was with my sister 3 days in the great apartment, it is just like in the pictures, a small private bathing place, canoes for free, great garden with many seating areas. You can also see the water. I can only recommend this apartment also because Plau am See is a beautiful place. I'll be back Regards, Martina

Good place

For us as a large family, it was wonderful to have another lounge next to the kitchen-living room. It is a great place to be, the lake in front of us, we were allowed to take our kayaks with us and store it in the meadow and could paddle at any time. We would always love to come back!!!!!

We rented the apartment to escape the insanity that happens in Berlin on NYE and it was the perfect getaway. It was well equipped with everything you need to relax and enjoy nature. The bed was very comfortable and check in was a breeze. You’re also close to coffee shops and restaurants which are in walking distance. You can even walk to the Rewe! I highly recommend this rental and would rent again in the future.
