Holiday rentals with a patio in Goodyear

This is a very nice and clean apartment. Communication was quick and easy. There is a lot of road traffic noise but there is a sound machine for sleeping. Overall it was perfect for our visit. Loved having a garage for our car.

Host was super helpful and super nice! It was a great stay had everything we needed. Everything was clean and instructions were clear. Felt cozy and safe! Would highly recommend!

Joseph’s house was easy to find, clear instructions. It is sparkling clean, roomy, all the linens smell great! The appointed parking spot was great!

Lodging was as described, and as others have noted, more than we needed! I was in town for a show at MIM, so the location was terrific, being proximate to HWY 51. I would stay here again. Communication was clear and friendly, and very responsive.

Beautiful modern suite with sunset view to mountains from deck on 7th floor on popular Roosevelt Row. Less than mile to convention center with outdoor private pool, many great restaurants and beer gardens nearby plus live jazz many nights nearby. Hosts very responsive.

I booked this location needing it less than 24 hours. Adena was extremely easy to work with and accommodated my early check-in along with my exit being a day earlier than planned. Water was in the fridge and coffee was available for me when I arrived along with a very welcoming environment.

The place was perfect for my needs and as described. It was comfortable, private, and at a great location for me. As opposed to downtown hotels, it was easy to navigate and had convenient parking. I will certainly make this my first choice when I need to stay near downtown in the future.

Definitely one of the nicest Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in. Beautifully furnished and decorated, great backyard, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds. Alan and America were very responsive and we appreciated the small touches, like labeled light switches, and detailed instruction manual. We had an amazing stay! The home was overall nice—comfortable, well-located, and had a lot of charm. The home was , beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. However, there were a few areas that could use a bit more attention when it comes to cleaning. Nothing major just a little more attention to certain areas of the home. Still, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the host’s hospitality.We had an amazing stay! The location was nice, peaceful and quiet. We truly felt at home and would absolutely stay here again. Condo was just as described, very homey and welcoming. Everything was clean and just like a home, dishes, soap, iron, pads, tampons, shampoo, everything incase you forgot something!! The area was nice, would have loved to have access to the pool but overall the stay was perfect

Edith’s place a nice cozy home away from home! My family and I felt very comfortable. I like that she provided options for laundry detergent, made sure we had more than enough bedding and bathroom linens. She was also very communicative with prompt responses. When we arrived, the porch light was on which made the residence easier to find. I would stay here again as it’s out of the way, quiet and close to many attractions in the local area.

Had a great stay! Ryan was more than hospitable and the place was perfect! I missed in the description that there was an attached garage. Talk about a life saver in the hot Arrizona sun! Will look to stay again when in town :)
