This cute unit worked great for my business trip and I was especially thankful to be able to bring my mini Bernedoodle!

Jessica is a top-notch host and the place is even better than the photos! It was bigger than I expected. It was the perfect home base for visiting family and friends around the valley. I grew up here and lived in this neighborhood for over 20 years - it is still the best area in Phoenix if you ask me! 10 minutes from the airport, walking distance to great restaurants, my fav nail salon, cool nightlife - everything you could ask for! Super clean, quiet, stylish, comfy beds, comfy sofa, well-equipped kitchen, 1 covered parking and extra spots for guests. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

I stayed here for a business trip and although I wasn’t in the room much, I thought it was a great place. It was extremely clean — much cleaner than most Airbnbs I’ve stayed in, which I really appreciated. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a huge bonus during my stay. The host was very responsive and answered all of my questions before I booked, which made the whole process easy and stress-free. The only thing I would mention is that it was a little hard to find the unit in the dark, since there are several identical-looking buildings and the parking lot, stairs, and walkway areas are not very well lit. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I’d definitely recommend it!

Ashley’s place is fantastic! She responds quickly to messages. I actually live in the community and love to have my family and friends so close when they visit. The place is centrally located in Phoenix with restaurants within walking distance. It is a great central base for exploring the surrounding areas of Phoenix!

Area is great and surrounded by lots of restaurants. Quiet neighborhood and the view of the mountains was a touch. They were very responsive and had a very detailed instructions of how to get in to the apartment. Amazing place wish i stayed longer. Thank you Tiko and Co for an amazing experience in Phoenix !

The place was exactly as described in the pictures. Satisfied with how quickly he responded and how easy it was to check in and out. Loved how peaceful and beautiful the place was. Very clean home only bad thing was the floor was dirty, had to mop eventually there was cleaning supplies to do it. The apartment was perfect for what we needed. It was in a nice building, clean and in a great location close to good restaurants and the airport.

Hopes place was just as advertised. A beautiful minimalist space with great views and very quiet. It is a corner unit so you get those floor to ceiling windows around the great balcony. You’re able to see planes take off/land and it comes with 0 noise. The place was clean, instructions were easy to follow, and overall the time was great. There is a good bit to do in the immediate area and getting to most places was fairly easy. Great stay and would come again for sure.

Amazing stay!!! Close to so many great restaurants and shops, very spacious and clean, and the host was very friendly as well as responsive! Anything we needed he was ready to help, which I greatly appreciated. Not to mention how affordable it was! I'd highly recommend to anyone visiting Phoenix!

We enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean and modern. The location was great, close to lots of restaurants, the Westgate Shopping Center and State Farm Stadium. Taylor was very responsive and made check-in simple. We would definitely stay there again.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this apartment in Chandler, Arizona! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. It had everything I needed—from a stocked kitchen to fast Wi-Fi. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe, with easy access to nearby shops, restaurants, and highways. I'm still new to all of this. I usually stay in hotels. I looked and Jean's place was the only one that stood out the most to me. I'm a traveling Electrician and now that I had a great experience with Jean and how much more comfortable it is to just do BnB, I'm hooked. Jean was very friendly and attentive from start to finish! The condo was very cozy and perfect for me. I really enjoyed the week there. Neighbors are quiet and don't bother no one. Parking is hit or miss, only once I had to park around the corner of the condo. Other then that, it's well worth a stay! Thanx Jean for accommodating me!

I appreciated the quiet neighborhood. I actually prefer King size beds but the mattress was comfortable which is most important since I have back issues. The apartment was a little cluttered by too much furniture for my taste which makes the unit appear much smaller but that is just my individual opinion. Everything was clean and the book of instructions was very well done compared to other Airbnb units. The kitchen was extremely well stocked for cooking at the unit! The unit supplies almost everything anyone would need!
