Be our guest and come enjoy a romantic date night or if you need a place to stay for work, we have Wifi. Our place is simple, cozy, and offers a fun night away. Walking distance to historic downtown Shiner, Welhausen Park and the Spoetzl Brewery. Come and enjoy yourself in the "cleanest little city in Texas." Our cottage is one big room, queen size bed, shower/tub bathroom. It is set back from the street to the left of the "Sunshine House". We have a kitchenette with a full size coffee bar.

Take it easy at Wildacres Cabin-a unique and tranquil getaway. Leave the city and traffic and view a night sky full of stars. Hike and explore all 62 acres. You might see rabbits and deer as well as beautiful wildflowers & songbirds. There are 2 ponds where you can catch small fish just be sure to bring your own fishing equipment. Enjoy yourselves at the outdoor firepit, or eat at the picnic table after you've grilled your meal on the BBQ pit. Inside there are boardgames, cards & puzzles.

With 900 sq ft of living space, the open concept combines the kitchen, dining, living, bedroom & private bathroom. The space includes a washer & dryer, carport & fenced kennel area. Pets are welcome to stay inside the guesthouse. Our arcade machine featuring 39 classic games is a hit. We hope you find this is your ‘home away from home’.
