We spent a wonderful holiday as a family in this great holiday home in Sardinia! The house is very well maintained, tastefully decorated and equipped as described. We were particularly enthusiastic about the wonderful pool, which provided a welcome cooling on hot days and was extensively used by young and old. The location is quiet and relaxing, perfect for switching off, and yet you can quickly reach beaches, shopping and beautiful excursion destinations by car. The spacious terrace overlooking the mountains was our favorite place - simply fantastic! Communication with the host and the locals was very friendly. They were very helpful and always available if questions arose. We felt completely comfortable! An absolute recommendation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was responsive and provided great recommendations for near by spa and in-home massage therapist, both of which were great. The home was clean and spacious. Highly recommend this place!

Massimo is an outstanding Host! We encountered some issues independent of Massimo, and he was always available by email or physically on site. She's a warm, welcoming person with one obsession: Your comfort Thank you Massimo ... because we had a great week in a quiet and superb environment. In April the sea is still cold but the landscapes are sumptuous, and the beach 70 m from the cottage is a small jewel. Also check out the beaches on the Chia side... a real little paradise! Wow ! This place is an absolute gem! Just totally homely, pool and gardens amazing and loved seeing the turtles! We were able to chat every day via translation app with Ben and Franca what wonderful people! A definite return!

what a great experience this was. large rooms, beautiful garden (lemon, lime, pomegranates etc) with 2 swimming pools (not very large but fine to cool off in) Highly recommended for holidaymakers seeking peace and quiet. we were invited by Simone to a pizza party where his family was also present. Very nice and tasty. We will definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay at this property—perfect for families! Francesco was incredibly helpful and responsive from start to finish, making everything smooth and stress-free. The home was spotless, well-equipped, and very family-friendly, with thoughtful touches throughout. But the true highlight was the pool—absolutely beautiful and the center of our experience. Our kids loved every moment spent there! The location was also ideal, with quick and easy access to the grocery store, the charming town of Pula, and the historic site of Nora. Highly recommend for a relaxing and convenient Sardinian getaway!

I would definitely recommend this villa, such a great location, 5 min walk to the beach and the little supermarket was just around the corner. The garden was kept beautifully and the view was stunning. We will definitely be back.

We have just returned from a wonderful week in Paola’s home near Pula. The accommodation was exactly as advertised and the location was lovely and peaceful. It has a fantastic view with a relaxing outside area, comfy beds and spotless clean. Perfect for a chilled week in the sun. Paola is a wonderful host. Lots of timely and useful communication and was always available if we had any questions. She also offered lots of great recommendations for places to visit and eat and made us feel right at home.

We couldn't have wished for a better accomodation in Pula! The house is cozy, well equipped, was spot clean and we loved the outside area. On top of that, Claudio was one of the kindest hosts we ever met with great recommendations for beaches and restaurants.

Traditional house paired with modern Amenities. We loved the fireplace and enjoyed our breakfast on the balcony with a nice mountain view.

We LOVED our stay at Nella’s place. The location is perfect for those that want a peaceful, private, and relaxing stay. But it’s still very close to Teulada for dinners or popping to get amenities. The view of the ocean and hills every morning and evening was incredible. It’s a great location to explore some of the best (in our opinion) coastline and beaches in Sardinia. Nella and her daughter were very responsive and responded quickly when we had any question. We hope to be back next year!

Beautiful apartment a stone's throw from Portovesme and a few dozen minutes' drive from the beautiful beaches of the south west coast. Kept in order, very clean and with everything you need. They really thought of everything, making sure we didn't miss a thing. Francesca is an exemplary host, communication with her was excellent, she was available and welcomed our requests regarding check-in and check-out without any problems. This house was absolutely amazing. I took a bunch of my friends here for my birthday and we had the best time. The house was very clean and modern with comfortable and clean beds. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking equipment which was very helpful. The host was very responsive and check in and check out was very easy. This house is gorgeous and right on the beach (perfect for swimming). It is very remote (which makes it feel safe). I would definitely recommend renting a car if you are staying here as its driving distance from everything and cabs have a hard time finding it. I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Elisa welcomed us in a very friendly way and showed us the great house on the outskirts of the city. The house is nicely restored and has a huge garden with grapes, apples, pomegranates, figs, lemons and Italian herbs. Everything was available in the house, bed linen, kitchen with basic amenities and many nice little things for the household. We had plenty of space and peace as the nearest neighbors 200m away weekend. It is outstanding for a family. There were four of us with a dog. In addition, Elisa gave us a lot of tips for the area and also recommended a great restaurant. There are many supermarkets in the area and many excursion options. You come to the house via a dirt road, which is relatively narrow. The gate is opened via a remote control. We didn't want to leave at all and would keep coming back. The family vacation at this vacation rental was excellent. Erika's check-in instructions were accurate, very easy to find the exact location. Erika provided us with plenty of information about sights to see, restaurants. The cottage is in a very good location, very pleasant to stay in, well-equipped and very close to the beach. It was lovely.

Very spacious house furnished with care and equipped with every comfort for a very pleasant stay. The large terrace with sea view is very nice, with a huge table for eating and equipped with sun loungers and armchairs for sunbathing or relaxing with a view of the island of San Pietro. Very convenient covered parking space on the property. Portoscuso is a small town but there are restaurants, two large supermarkets, an excellent ice cream shop and some shops. In ten days we visited the beautiful beaches of the area reaching Piscinas, Porto Flavia, the islands of Sant'Antioco and San Pietro, the city of Iglesias. Sulcis was a beautiful discovery; to be recommended. Paola welcomed us very warmly, also available to give us flexibility in arrival and departure times.

We had a great stay here, even though we stayed a little shorter than planned the hosts were very understanding and friendly! The house was just as expected with everything we needed. Bonus points for the washing machine, so great to be able to do your own laundry! Everything was clean and we were very satisfied overall!

We had a wonderful start to the vacation in Raffaela's accommodation. Communication in advance went smoothly. We were warmly greeted with an incredibly delicious wine. The entire facility is well maintained and clean, the equipment extensive and in very good condition, so we could cook every evening. Raffaela thinks of everything, from the dish sponge to the conditioner, in principle we could have arrived without any equipment. Also for a beach visit, everything is on site (parasol, etc.) I have never experienced such a well-equipped accommodation, in which I immediately felt at home. At the property you have absolute peace and quiet and yet you are only a few minutes by car from the beach, and there are shopping facilities. Be sure to try the delicious figs in chia, which are also sold at fruit stalls.

Spacious, cozy apartment in Calasetta with a well equipped kitchen with oil, pepper, salt and a great terrace (sunset and sea view, dining table, grill, sunbeds). The communication and checkin with Sandra and Daniela was very easy and they were extremely helpful. The apartment is located in a quiet street in Calasetta with parking right in front of the house, the beach and restaurants/bars are only a few minutes by feet away. Also they provided us a beach and a shower towel.

It was nice staying at the holiday home. The apartment is small but equipped with everything, a quiet area, within walking distance of the center. The host was very helpful and kind. Excellent starting point to visit the surroundings.

Nice cottage with all necessities, traditional but with enough luxury. We were warmly welcomed even though we arrived late, and got a lot of explanations about the house and surroundings. The rest of the week the owners were not there, but otherwise madre lives in the basement, and she has her own garden. We especially loved the big garden with flowers and lots of places to sit down. There were often sweet cats walking around, very cozy. It was incredibly quiet at night. We used the bikes to discover the many beaches, very convenient. In many places, beach bars were already open, even though it was still pre season. A somewhat larger supermarket is a 15-minute drive away. The walk along the coast on the old Roman road is recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The house is not only beautifully decorated, but also excellently equipped – we really lacked nothing. The private parking directly at the accommodation was particularly pleasant, which made the stay even more relaxing. The location is quiet and ideal for escaping the hustle and bustle of everyday life – perfect for city dwellers who long for a break. Everything was very clean, well-maintained and hygienic, from the living space to the spacious, lovingly designed garden. A big plus are the windows equipped with fly screens, through which you can enjoy the peace and quiet without having to worry about insects. The hosts were extremely friendly, uncomplicated and always helpful – you immediately feel welcome. All in all, we can highly recommend the accommodation with a clear conscience.
