Holiday rentals with a patio in Gondolići

This is a large modern Airbnb with very comfortable and stylish furnishings. It’s a short walk to all the highlights in Pula, yet very quiet and private. As others have mentioned the balcony is special. It’s a perfect spot to watch the sun setting and the acrobatics of the swallows swooping by all the historic rooftops. Caterina was very helpful and responsive when we had any questions. We’d absolutely choose this Airbnb again!

Victoria's apartment is very cozy and we felt comfortable right away. You can also stay very well on rainy days. Even better in the sun, with many seating and reclining options in the garden. Even on the beach, directly below the house, you can reach it via a hiking trail in 30 minutes if you are traveling quickly.

We enjoyed our stay at Marija's place. The location of the apartment is really nice. You can walk to the beach in 10 minutes. The terrace, which is shared with the other apartment, is in the shade in the evening, which is very pleasant. Basically, the apartment was clean and well appointed. In addition to towels, we were also provided with shower detergent, shampoo, body lotion, a mosquito repellent as well as apple juice and ice cubes. The communication with Marija was always very friendly and fast. On site was her grandmother who was very nice! The apartment gets very warm during the day as there is no AC as indicated. However, there is a fan in the apartment, which makes the temperatures bearable. Most of the time it is possible to park in front of the house. Since it is relatively narrow there, you can also comfortably stand at the beginning of the street in a shaded, free, natural parking lot. Thanks Marija, for the great hospitality!

The apartment is exactly as described and as the photos show. Everything was very clean. The view from the terrace is incredible. Vesna welcomed us and helped us bring the luggage to the apartment. However, you should be able to climb stairs well, because the path from the apartment to the parking lot from the car has about 90 steps. Thank you for the great time🙂

The location is perfect and the apartment was every bit as good as we hoped. Very quiet and pleasant yet only a few steps onto the walkway with shops and restaurants offering excellent food choices. We shared with another couple and having separate bathrooms and large bedrooms gave us all privacy while enjoying the communal areas especially sitting in the garden in the evening together. Sanja was very friendly and always responded quickly so for us the apartment and Pula itself was a 10/10 experience.

We especially loved the minimalistic design—clean lines, calming tones, and a clutter-free vibe that made the space feel extra peaceful. The bed was super cozy, the kitchen well-equipped, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was easy and quick. The location was perfect—quiet yet close to everything. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing escape with great taste in design!

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. This is a gorgeous place, approximately 15 minutes away from Pula & Airport. I would highly recommend this stay, the pool, sauna and hot tub are a beautiful touch. This is great for relaxing and is extra stunning when the sun is shining. The only fault I had was that the power tripped quite easily however host was responsive to try and resolve issues.

Host super friendly and efficient. The villa is really nice with nice furniture and well equipped. Highly recommended.

Our family of four had a great week at Maya‘s guesthouse. We loved the private backyard with nice garden, heated pool and jacuzzi. The small house has everything we needed and there is a good outdoor kitchen as well. The beach is a few minutes away and at least in fall there are good chances that you have it for yourself. There are hiking trails to the secluded northern part of the island steps away from the house as well. The communication with Maja is easy and very friendly.

We stayed at Tina's place for a month and had a great time. A perfect place to have a quiet and relaxing vacation. Tina was very welcoming and helpful, with very fast replies to our questions. The house came equipped with plenty appliances and kitchenware, good Wi-Fi, and a nice pool with view of the nearby mountains. We couldn't use the pool as often as we would've liked due to weather, but Tina was very consistent with cleaning it anyway 😊

It was a wonderful stay. The house has everything you need and is perfect for a large group.

If you are looking for a different rental, this is the one for you. It’s miles away from the standard ikea furnished rental, it has tons of charm (both from the period it was built and the care from the owner), it secluded, and it’s challenging your habits. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is great. The terrasse is awesome. Marina sent lots of instructions and was easy to reach. Highly recommend

Lovor was a beautiful apartment with everything you need for a stay. Plenty of dishes to use along with coffee and teas to try. The bed was comfortable and came with an extra blanket if you get cold. Elena was a great host and always responded within minutes. Nothing negative to say about our experience. Thank you Elena!!

We spent 14 pleasant days in September with Mate in the large, modern apartment. Everything very clean and very well furnished. The view from the balcony is very nice. It was very relaxed. Mate took care of everything and was always available. Perfect location. Nice and quiet, only 5 minutes' walk to 2 different beaches. Also only 20 minutes to walk to the old town of RAB.

Very comfortable and tidy place would stay 10/10 there again. Also the apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. 😁

The apartment was very modern. It was very well equipped, the dishwasher was nice. Our dog loved the outdoor trails.

Everything is great, nice, comfortable and spacious apartment. Hosts friendly, we were greeted with cake and homemade wine. Lovely backyard and garden, quiet location. All recommendations.

Very friendly and responsive host. Apartment was exactly what we expected and needed for a weekend trip to seaside.

Great stay at Marina's place. The place is as described, clean, well located (20min on foot to the city centre). Marina was very helpful with check in as my flight was delayed and she still made herself available despite the fact I reached her place close to midnight. A note in case that's useful, the place doesn't have a lift so you need to be able to walk up the stairs as well as carry your luggage up. Highly recommended if you find yourself going to Pula.
