Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Goleta

Great spot - close to restaurants & beach. I stayed here with my mom & my only complaint was that the pull out couch was super hard & the mattress topper was even harder. It did feel like I was sleeping on the floor. It would be worth replacing so that people can get a good nights sleep. There are people above you, so we heard a lot of running around at night which made it hard to sleep. Other then that, it was a cute place!

Sandy's place was an excellent find. It's location was perfect, you can easily walk to the Funk Zone, beach, restaurants, wineries, breweries and coffee shops. The rooftop access was incredible and wish we had more time to enjoy. We would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at the mama dux with my 17 month old and my family. Everything was as described. The location was hard to beat as you could walk to everything you need. Debbie was such a wonderful host and helped us out a high chair in the room and offered to provide a crib which we didn’t need. Great communication and a beautiful place. Thank you so much!!

Austin had great communication from the start and really easy check-in and check-out process. The space was clean, welcoming and had everything we needed. It was perfect for the 4 of us cozy space to regroup after our conference everyday - to eat around a table and chill out at night. We'd definitely stay there again!

What a gem! Leah really takes care of the unit and it shows. From the cleanliness, to the comfort of the towels and bed, this place was a treat.

What a magical getaway! The house is adorable and very well stocked with quality supplies. Our kids (8 and 5) loved exploring the beautiful yard and we all slept soundly. Walking to butterfly beach and the coast village shops was just the best. Can’t wait to return!

I’m so pleased we found Casa Alamar, because it turned out to be the perfect home base for our visit to Santa Barbara. Charming, immaculately clean and well-maintained, tasteful and luxurious without pretense. Maybe « welcoming » is the right word. Everything we needed was provided and everything worked. (This was one of the few Airbnbs I’ve stayed in where I didn’t need to call the owner for instructions on how something worked. ) The location was super convenient, with good restaurants and cafes around the corner. I hope it’s available for our next trip to SB!

This 'Garden House' really is just that! The grounds are beautiful and the house is so welcoming. So many places to gather and/or lounge! The kitchen is large, well-equipped and was perfect for family meals. Beds are comfy and bathrooms clean and spacious. The outside entrance for the studio bedroom was different, and though we didn't use the kitchenette, I could see that it had everything needed to be a standalone unit. The casita is down a small hill, next to the fire pit. Although it doesn't have its own bath, it is a cozy and quiet bedroom, probably best for someone who doesn't need bathroom trips at night! We were a group of senior citizen siblings and loved the chance to walk the nearby nature preserve, though not everyone made it down the neighborhood's steps to the beach, lol. FYI, Google maps didn't quite take us far enough on the street - be sure to look for the house number.

Hilary’s home was wonderful. Great location just minutes away from downtown Solvang. The home was well stocked and the gourmet kitchen was wonderful to cook in. The kids enjoyed the pool and I enjoyed the views and coolbreeze on the pool deck. It was super relaxing! We loved the 2 pianos in the home which we enjoyed playing a few tunes on. We did a zip line tour which was only minutes away from the home. Multiple fruit trees and flowers enhanced the manicured property. Our doggy enjoyed the lawn but did pick up ticks on our walk around the neighborhood. We were able to brush them off him. Thankfully he’s on tick and flea prevention. Overall we had a fantastic time and the kids were sad to leave. We could’ve used a few more days! Thank you Hilary for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Julie’s place is amazing!!! Better than expected. College friend reunion. We really enjoyed the pool and the yoga studio and outdoor area. Julie is a delight!

From the moment we arrived, everything about the Shoreline Retreat exceeded our expectations. The home was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity we could possibly need - even kid friendly amenities! The beds were incredibly comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked with cookware and amazing appliances, and the outdoor space with the big sliding door was a dream—perfect for morning coffee and evenings under the stars in the hot tub. The location was ideal—just minutes from the beach but still tucked away in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. Our host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, even leaving us a welcome binder with local recs and a few treats! This place is a gem, and we’re already planning our next trip back. Highly recommend!

I LOVED Shannon's place so much that it was hard to pull myself away when we had to leave. It was so comfortable, airy, comfortable, clean, peaceful and basically, perfect. I really really enjoyed my time at Shannon's little oasis. It was a reminder of all the things I love about Southern California indoor / outdoor living - outdoor shower and dining table outside, fire pit, hammock, etc. Honestly, best Airbnb I have stayed in in ages! HIGHLY recommend.

My son and I loved our stay at Glenn’s boatel. Our only regret was not being able to stay longer. We hope to come back next year and highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone who wants a unique and fun experience in surprisingly comfortable accommodations. Plus, the boatel is just a short walk to several great restaurants and shops !

This was probably the most favorite Airbnb I have booked thus far. Truly the cutest little apartment in Ventura. It was extremely walkable, and I thought the street parking would be difficult, but it was not a problem during our stay. I will say that although the location is convenient, you are right next to the street - so if you are someone who needs earplugs to rest or needs complete silence I recommend bringing some as it can be loud out there in the late hours. This place was exactly as described and was perfect for what we needed to do! Thank you so much David! We plan to visit again!

Jane’s place is so nice. My husband and I stayed here and it was close to everything and the perfect size for us. We really loved the little sun room and hope to be back in the future!

My wife and I stayed here while I attended a conference 45 minutes away, inland. I’m so glad we stayed where we did because of the views. Not difficult to get around. Grocery store and restaurants are not a far drive away. The place had everything we needed. Older adults, so pretty quiet. You can see and hear the ocean from the condo. Host was quick to respond to any questions.

Such a beautiful large condo Great location and Terri was so kind and helpful. Had access to e bike which was so fun. Hot tub was relaxing and really enjoyed having an outdoor warm shower after going to the beach. Loved this spot and would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I spent a weekend at Eileen’s and all I can say is, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had on AirBnB. Eileen was super helpful and responsive, sent clear instructions, the place was exactly what we were hoping it would be, and Carpinteria is a beautiful town, wonderful people. We cannot recommend Eileen’s place strongly enough!

Michael has a really nice spot near Ventura. Located near both the bay and beaches I would gladly stay again if in the area. Ventura is a beautiful town with a ton to do.

Great host, great location, fun stay. Highly recommended. Jumped on the surfliner Amtrak and took our kids to the Santa Barbara Zoo. Hung out on the beach just down the road from the apartment. Awesome time!

We had a great stay with Avi, visiting our son at UCSB, and will for sure be back! After several visits staying at hotels we wanted something where we could cook and have more down time space but still be close to downtown. Avi’s place was perfect - he was super responsive, the apartment looked exactly at pictured and the location can’t be beat. As a bonus the bed was super comfortable. :) Would highly recommend!
