Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Golden Beach

Comfortable accommodation at a good price. Small and simple, but perfect for my needs. Very clean and quiet, comfortable bed, and the kitchen was well appointed with everything I needed to make my food. Strong AC. The off-street parking out back felt secure. Nice outdoor space to eat my breakfast. 20 minute drive from the Hard Rock Casino where I was attending a work event. I appreciated that they accommodated a late check out, even though I was asked to pay an extra $30 for just one hour which seemed a bit pricey. That said, some Airbnb’s don’t allow it at all, so at least it was an option. Overall it was a good stay and I recommend it for a single person or a couple looking for an efficient but comfy place to stay.

I had a great stay! The place offered way more than I expected. The beach chairs, umbrella, and sand toys were such thoughtful additions, especially for families. The private garden was a lovely spot to relax. It's very close to Walmart and also quite near the beach, which made everything super convenient. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. The only small suggestion would be to add a few more kitchen essentials for baking, like a proper oven tray or parchment paper. Other than that, everything was perfect!

It’s a good place to stay for at least a couple of days. It’s quiet, well-furnished, and has everything we needed. The Hollywood beach was much less crowded than Miami’s beaches, beautiful, and located about 7 minutes from this apartment by car. Some nice restaurants were close to this as well. Maria and Michael answered all our questions rapidly. We definitely recommend this apartment to everyone!

Worth the price and a great spot for a quick weekend trip!

We really enjoyed our 5 day stay. The apartment was homey and clean and everything we needed was readily available. The neighborhood was quiet and lovely and it was a short distance from all the places we wanted to visit while in Hallendale. Would definitely book again on our next visit. Host was very proactive and always reached out from time to time to make sure we had everything we needed.

We had a peaceful stay at Hernando’s place before we left out to fly out. It is very convenient and close to the airport. The place was detailed and cleaned.

The hosts were flexible and graciously allowed some date changes. Self check in was a breeze. As a guy who removes shoes indoors, I loved how absolutely clean this home was! Floors, kitchen, and bathroom were all spotless! The unit was well appointed and well maintained (far far better than the average Airbnb), making it easy to cook. We noticed that the washer was tagged as out of order one day and replaced super quickly, showing how attentive the hosts are to their property. I wish all properties were managed to this standard! We really felt at home here!

Very nice place for a weekend visit. Lots to do around and easy to travel to near entertainment. The place was clean and well kept, the neighborhood was nice and quiet. I recommend!!

the place was exactly what I needed, beach within walking distance and kim has everything, beach umbrellas, chairs, cooler, etc. Wish the pool would have been open, seems like it has been closed for a while, and found this out after I booked. Not a big deal to me since I wanted to spend most of my time at the beach. I would book again and would recommend booking Kim's place for a quick getaway.

I stayed two nights at this apartment. The location was excellent, very close to the beach. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. The host was very responsive and provided all the necessary details, so I didn’t encounter any issues. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again

We were 6 adults and a baby who spent 3 nights in Sunny Isles Beach. The apartment was large and spacious enough for all of us, great views and the necessary amenities were in place. Ines was extremely accessible and easy to communicate with both before and throughout the rental stay. Recommended!

Modern place with everything you needed to cook and have a great stay in Miami.

Great place to stay for any vacation . This place has a great view of the beach and also walking distance. Fast working elevators were a bonus. Host was great at communicating and giving clear instructions. Will stay again in the future!

This was my second time staying in this apartment. and definitely not my last! it is an absolutely fantastic place - very clean, perfectly located, and offering a priceless view from the balcony. the host, Adlene, is super helpful and highly responsive, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience both times I stayed here. Everything about this apartment makes it feel like a home away from home. I would like to return, and without a doubt, this is the only apartment I'll be staying in wheneve I visit.

This is our 2nd time staying at one of Edvard’s places in this building and we had a great time again. The host communicates extremely well and the apartment is very spacious, clean, well equipped with everything you need, has an incredible view of Aventura and Golden Beach, and is in a perfect, close location near the beach in Sunny Isles.
