Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Golden Beach

Pictures don’t do this place ANYYYY justice! Had the most amazing anniversary trip at this condo! Literally the only place to stay when in Miami! Complete luxury! Will definitely be the only place I stay any time I’m in the area! JC was very responsive and kind! Also Sunday brunch buffet at Terrazas on the 9th floor 10/10!!! Loved everything about our stay! ♥️♥️

Awesome experience. Everything was clean, looked just like the listing description, and the perfect location to the beach. The place is also great if you are traveling with little ones because a pack n play and baby bath tub were available for use. I would definitely book again.

the place was exactly what I needed, beach within walking distance and kim has everything, beach umbrellas, chairs, cooler, etc. Wish the pool would have been open, seems like it has been closed for a while, and found this out after I booked. Not a big deal to me since I wanted to spend most of my time at the beach. I would book again and would recommend booking Kim's place for a quick getaway.

I absolutely loved everything about this property. It was right on the beach and the views were incredibly amazing! It came with everything we needed and everything www nearby and convenient. Check in was easy and instructions were prompt. I would definitely recommend to anyone that needs a peaceful getaway. Thank you for a beautiful stay!

Place exactly like what the photos show, the location is very good, the space is reasonably spacious about all the bathroom and the bedroom

We were 6 adults and a baby who spent 3 nights in Sunny Isles Beach. The apartment was large and spacious enough for all of us, great views and the necessary amenities were in place. Ines was extremely accessible and easy to communicate with both before and throughout the rental stay. Recommended!

Perfect for two families traveling for F1. I liked the separate space of the mother-in-law suite. The pool was amazing.

House is perfect if you have car and traveling like us. But if you don't have car and want to see something (beaches, Miami Beach, downtown) it's a bit too far for walking. For example nearest beach is about 1hour walk, if you have car, like 10-15min and very easy to reach.

Nice place to stop in for the night, clean, newly renovated, and cold ac and lots of space to park.

All the areas was cleaned Except for the master bathroom Some need to be done in that bathroom Other than that everything was perfect

Randy’s place was just as described! Randy was helpful from the start of the trip and accommodated all of our needs for a single nights stay prior to cruising. Randy was also prompt in communicating a minor situation upon departure.

For the second time we have stayed in this beautiful apartment of Peter, and I repeat what I said before, it is the best we have stayed in Miami. Very complete, as well as beautiful, elegant and spacious. We had everything we needed. For the beach we had an umbrella, deckchairs and even a cooler to bring fresh drinks! The view from the 15th floor is unparalleled. The building is in very good condition and we always find a place in the parking lot. It was another excellent stay. We recently stayed at Vlad and Irina’s wonderful apartment in Sunny Isles Beach, and it was one of the best rental experiences we’ve ever had! The apartment is in a perfect location — just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. We especially appreciated the convenient parking, located right near the entrance, which made getting around easy and comfortable. The apartment itself lived up to all our expectations: spacious, bright, and fully equipped with everything we needed — from kitchenware to appliances. Having a fully stocked kitchen made our stay even more enjoyable. We also want to highlight how clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged everything was — it’s clear that Vlad and Irina genuinely care about their guests. Everything was top-notch, from communication to the welcoming atmosphere in the home. We were very happy with our stay and would gladly return again. Huge thanks for the wonderful hospitality!

The place was clean, the host very responsive, and the view spectacular. The only minor compliant was the A/C rattled in the wall occasionally but I am am very particular so many might not even notice. The value for the money was great.

From the moment we checked in it was a great experience. The building was clean and felt secure with consistent security on premise and added security with wristband access to go to correct floor. The beach service was great as well. All of the employees were fantastic. The unit was spotless and the views were breath taking. I would stay again in this unit again in a heartbeat.

Carmen's apartment is the best choice in the area by far. You basically get double or triple the space for half the money and the plus is Carmen is the most responsive and accommodating host I ever had in this platform. The apartment is in pristine condition, beach is steps away, restaurants and everything including the Aventura mall are 5 min away. 24hr reception, valet parking, laundry room, parking space and more. I really can't recommend this option enough. Reviews don't lie. It's a solid 5 star. Thanks, Carmen!
