We LOVED it here!! Everything was clean and the best location to all of the restaurants and the beach! We will definitely be back!

This is our second time staying at this property and we have already booked it again for next year. For us, you can't beat the location, which is very close to downtown but far enough to feel more neighborhood like and peaceful. The townhouse concept is great especially if you have a pet.

This place is great. 27th floor great views, very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Around 1000 Sq feet of living space. It was my wife and 4 year old and we had plenty of space. Look forward to staying again the hotel gym, pools, beach and vibe is first class.

Service was good. Host was responsive. Utilized the hot water and microwave but it would’ve been nice to have it in the unit instead of in the lobby . Business center was nice to have and be able to print needed papers. Front desk was kind and polite.

From the moment we checked in it was a great experience. The building was clean and felt secure with consistent security on premise and added security with wristband access to go to correct floor. The beach service was great as well. All of the employees were fantastic. The unit was spotless and the views were breath taking. I would stay again in this unit again in a heartbeat.

It was a great experience — the apartment matched the description perfectly. I was extremely satisfied: pleasant, beautiful, comfortable, it felt just like home. I truly enjoyed spending time in that apartment and would definitely do it again. A small vacation that was absolutely worth it. Very satisfied — I highly recommend it to everyone.

We hosted a small gathering of 14 and couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place. The home is stunning, with beautiful turquoise tones and a serene waterfront backdrop—ideal for pre-wedding photos. The outdoor kitchen and waterfall added elegance and made the space feel extra special. It had everything we needed and more. Whether for a celebration or a relaxing family getaway, this house is truly exceptional.

I love this place location its perfect the place was comfortable nice views and nice vibe. I would def stay here again, only complaint is the parking spot I have a big truck and could barely fit in space other than that it’s perfect.

The house is well-appointed and has all the amenities you need. The pool is clean and has a salt-water system, which is terrific. Leo's team is very responsive and helpful and they don't have a long list of chores for you to do on checkout.

This was the most amazing Airbnb that we have ever stayed in for family of 5 adults. Every detail made our stay feel like a resort vacation. The communication and responsiveness was amazing! Every fancy item in the kitchen you would ever want including a nespresso machine, tons of pool towels, beach accessories, all high quality hair dyers, steamers, so many tvs, a speaker and even a bench and weight set. They literally thought of everything! The pool and outside seating areas made our stay even more perfect. We essentially lived in the pool! We didn't want to leave. We would go back in a heartbeat! Thank you for an amazing kick off to our crazy summer!

Absolutely amazing stay at this Airbnb in Fort Lauderdale! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how spacious and clean the place was. We were a group of six, including three of us experiencing Florida for the first time, and this Airbnb couldn’t have made a better impression. The layout was perfect for a group, with plenty of room to relax, and the location was just unbeatable — right across from the beach, with incredible views. One of our favorite parts was the tiki bar downstairs — such a fun and convenient spot to hang out without having to go far. And, the Mahi Mahi fingers were sooo delicious. The valet service was also a great touch, making it super easy to come and go without any stress. We loved exploring the nearby restaurants and beachside spots, all just a short walk away. We loved our stay here! Peaceful, clean, walkable to beach and great hosts. The kitchen was the most stocked I’ve ever seen in a rental before, with everything you need to cook and store food. Would absolutely stay again!

The house was very well kept with a lot of useful utensils, basic groceries, clean rooms, refreshing room fresheners and much more. Svitlana was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend the place to anyone visiting Miami!

Amazing place to stay

This was such a great, peaceful, and relaxing stay. The location is just a short drive from all The A12 restaurants, and is located within a quiet and private community. I very much appreciated how clean the bathrooms and kitchen was, they included the right amount of towels and that was a must because we were in and out of the ocean throughout the days we stayed there. The IT part of the whole experience was the fact that you step right outside and you are on the sand. No need to drive or walk several blocks to get there! It was peaceful and serene! The host was very communicative and responsive. We will certainly be back!

We stayed at Derek’s house for almost 14 days and we all loved it. Such a beautiful home and even better in person than the pictures! The house had everything we needed and more. This property was amazing. Just like the description and then some. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. My family enjoyed our stay and I was even able to attend a business meeting in the quiet office space. The 8 minute walk to the beach was safe and simple. I highly recommend this host and location for families or a friends trip.
