Very nice loft style apartment with really big windows and a beautiful balcony overlooking the entire city with view of the mountains in the background as long as you look for the name of the building, you will be OK

Our stay at this condo was truly unforgettable! The space is just as beautiful as the listing shows—clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The view from the condo was absolutely breathtaking; we found ourselves soaking it in every morning and evening. We loved the convenience of having several great restaurants just a short walk across the street, which made dining out easy and stress-free. The area felt very safe, and getting around was simple with easy access to transportation. What really made our experience stand out was the host. They were incredibly responsive, checked in to make sure we were comfortable, and gave us wonderful suggestions that helped us make the most of our time in Costa Rica. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area—and without a doubt, we would stay here again. 🇨🇷 PURA VIDA!

This is one of those gems that if happen to be fortunate enough to find, jump on it right away!! Caveat… As you are approaching the place the neighborhood may seem kinda scary but once you get to the location you’ll be incredibly surprised at the pace and tranquility that you’ll have. The view from the unit is absolutely breathtaking. Just the view of the city is worth the price you pay to stay there. Everything inside the condo is pristine! Never saw any bugs or worse (roaches) . I will definitely base my next trip to Costa Rica 🇨🇷 based off the availability of this place. Yes, it is that good !

Additionally, it's conveniently situated with a variety of restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping options just a short walk away. The apartment itself is always impeccably clean and well-furnished, providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. I felt right at home during my stay. Moreover, the neighborhood is extremely safe, which adds an extra layer of peace of mind. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting San José. Excellent place. Very nice and cozy. The decoration was very nice. The building has a fabulous view, a bar in the lobby and I liked the decoration of the floors with different concepts. 100% recommended.

Mainor was super nice to us, we arrived with 5 young people and he offered to be our adoptive dad so I think we got along well. He even offered us a bottle and suggested activities, I really recommend it! Thank you so much for this stay!!!

The best place we've visited in SJ! The place was clean when we arrived. Check-in was easy. Indoor parking is ideal in these rainy seasons. The place is perfectly equipped. Having 1 and 1/2 bathrooms is super convenient. It will definitely become our #1 in East SJ.

Frederico’s place was just as described. It’s brand new, everything works perfectly and in a very quiet location. Frederico was very hospitable. He gave us perfect directions and the code to get in the gated community. He bought us a bender too! We would definitely stay there again if in the area. It’s very convenient to dozens of great restaurants and grocery stores.

We had a wonderful short stay at Francisco’s house! The place was spotless, beautifully designed, and had a perfect balance of minimalism and functionality. As parents of a little baby, we felt completely at ease letting him explore, knowing the space was safe and well-kept. Francisco was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely love to come back!
