Excellent house, well equipped, clean bed and bath linens, TV with Net, ample space and a very polite and always available host. They were very peaceful, and if we need to return to Goiânia, we will certainly consult this house again!

I gathered friends at the fds for a wedding in Goiânia and we couldn't have better lodging. The house is clean, very well-equipped, especially the kitchen, and the beds are comfortable. The host has always been helpful and provided the necessary support to our group.

We sincerely thank the hosts Carlos and Fabrício for their attention, empathy and willingness throughout our stay. From the beginning, they were helpful and welcoming. Unfortunately, our experience was impacted by external situations beyond the hosts' control. We had a problem related to the use of ambient sound through an Alexa, which resulted in a fine for alleged excessive noise by the condominium. We emphasize that we have always been careful to maintain an adequate volume and, when notified, we promptly turn off the device to avoid any inconvenience. Therefore, we consider the penalty unfair and disproportionate. Despite these inconveniences, we recognize the care and respectful attitude of the hosts, and we hope that we can resolve this situation in a fair and friendly manner.

Enoque is one of the most thoughtful and responsive hosts on this platform. Plenty of space inside and a nice grapevine in front. His house offers a place to get away from the busy city, but still has the necessary things nearby like markets, pharmacies, and some restaurants. There is a community market every Saturday evening on the street outside Sol e Mar mercado. Continued success, Enoque!

The stay at Anna's place was simply perfect for our group of friends! We managed to hold our event exactly as planned, with all the necessary structure. The accommodations were impeccably clean and comfortable, and everyone felt at home from the very first moment. The heated pool was a differential that made all the difference everyone loved! The check-in and check-out were fairly easy. The electronic system of the port of the apto. is practical, as it does not require the use of keys.
