This place was perfect for our small group getaway for a wedding that we attended. Cute, cozy and spotless! Love the decor and the fenced in yard for our dog made it super convenient! The host was great with quick and friendly communication! Highly recommend others to stay here, it has everything you need and more…we will be coming back!

Merle's place was absolutely pet friendly! we loved the backyard, the patio area was beautiful.. it was indeed a good time, bbq'd and relaxed the whole long weekend! big backyard space for the little ones to play in and for the fur babies (separate areas too) It was clean, everything that we needed (and forgot to bring) we found at her place! I loved that the cleaning stuff were available for the guests to utilize. Vacationing with toddlers can get really messy, that's when proper cleaning supplies come in handy! It was a short walk to Victoria Park (with splash pad), short walk to little downtown (happened that there was a fair on the weekend of our stay! was a bonus). Also, we just walked down the beach, enjoyed the peaceful vibe and some ice cream. Highly recommend Merle's place for those who are looking for a nice, quiet, relaxing and peaceful stay in a small town...

Cozy place for a holiday getaway. Close drive to restaurants and town of Lexington. The lake was beautiful and stars at night were very visible, a huge plus for us during the evenings to use the telescope we brought along for the trip.

We had a lovely time! From the moment we walked in, it was clear that Katherine had put a lot of thought and care into every detail. The little extras made all the difference. We’d definitely love to stay here again!

The house was perfect for our two families to share while in town for a hockey tournament. The place was nice and clean and had everything we needed. The place looks even better than in the photos. Would definitely return

Elizabeths home was absolutely amazing. I could not be more happy with my stay. The detail and effort she has put into her Airbnb shows in so many little ways. It was a beautiful and pristine home, we will definitely be back. I would truly recommend it to anyone.

the house has been in the family since 1934, however has been updated and additions built that adds to the charm. Super cool sauna lay out and the bedrooms were spacious and clean...we had a great stay and even managed a few cider tours in the surrounding area. so fun...

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and the temperature inside was just perfect. We really enjoyed our time here and felt right at home. The only small downside was that the Wi-Fi was a bit slow, but everything else was great. We would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place is exactly what we are looking for. Very cozy and quiet, nice hikes and most of all, the amazing animals. The girls spent hours hanging out with the horses and the pigs. Our time here was very memorable. There are amazing hikes nearby, small towns like Markdale and Flasherton and both have small restaurants, shops and cafes. John and Andrea are simply great! They are extremely kind and generous with their time. Excellent advice all the time, great conversations and will offer anything to make our stay more enjoyable. John let us help with the daily shores and feeding the animals. He also gave us excellent ideas for hikes, local attractions, etc. We are really looking forward to going there again next spring or summer.

Had a group of 10 stay here very comfortably with multiple options , house was clean and organized. Brendan was very helpful and kind and made us feel right at home. Blue mountain and surrounding area was awesome had lots of activities and restaurants and the golf course was amazing. Thank you again for this great experience!

Our stay at Kate’s condo was wonderful, she was responsive and answered any questions we had. The space was beautifully furnished and clean. Parking was plentiful and easily accessed. (and free!) Although it rained us out the tennis courts and pool looked fun, if we go back to Blue Mountain we will definitely book our stay with Kate again!

Would highly recommend! A very spacious spot with lots of activities and lovely surroundings. The place is very cozy with the wood burning stove and plethora of candles. Annette was very pleasant, responsive and accommodating! We had a great time playing with her dogs in the snow. We will be back!

Charolette took us in when our car broke down and let us stay as long as we needed till the repairs were finished. Not to mention the place is beyond anything I’ve ever experienced! The duck pond, art work by her husband, trails, amazing swing, comfortable sleeping, fire pit, the list goes on! My favourite Airbnb experience yet! Everything was amazing including the host! My husband and I wanted to have a weekend away from the noise of the world and we were able to find that in Miranda and Vince’s place. It is away from all the noise, yet close to many places in case someone needs to get something. We did not want to leave the property, so opted to cook our meals at Sunny Pines. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the tennis court, and the weather helped us enjoy the place even better. Overall, our stay was amazing, we loved our time there and we will for sure be booking the place again!

Janna, your place is beautiful, well managed and taken care of and just perfect for a weekend. Your directions and email welcome letter were so appreciated as they gave me the confidence that I could find the place solo, t You can tell when a host cares about their guests, it comes across even before you arrive. I also really appreciated that you had coffee pods, and told me the type of maker so I could buy before arriving. From the view, to the comfy beds to the little details your place is perfect. I can’t wait to visit again.

We stayed for 2 nights with our 2 children. It was a beautiful location and the cottage was exactly as we expected from the photos. There was a park right behind the cottage which was very convenient for the kids and They enjoyed the games and toys throughout the cottage. It was a beautiful location and we walked down to the water to explore the rocky coastline and also spent a day at Christopher beach nearby. We had a very relaxing and peaceful holiday and we would recommend Shelly's place.

Staying at Elizabeth’s place was truly an unforgettable experience. First, the location is perfect—just the right distance from Toronto, not too close and not too far. Second, Elizabeth is incredibly warm and welcoming, making you feel like an old friend. She went above and beyond to provide everything we needed—and more. Lastly, the place itself is a hidden gem, nestled in an ancient cedar forest right by the river. We especially loved watching the beautiful sunset by the fire pit. Will definitely come back again. Great location, the wide range of sports equipment with the large property is a big bonus for people who want to be active!

This place is a real gem that we just happened upon and I still can’t believe how well it fit for a family. It has everything, it’s super close to the town and it’s super quiet. We loved it.

Spent three days and two nights at this super cute and cozy newer built lake house. The house is a little out of the main town (but only about 5-7 minute drive back into town) in it's own private little neighborhood close to the lake. The path across the street that leads to a nice grassy area to sit and enjoy the lake was great! You couldn't walk to the lake itself from there (too steep), but you probably just want to go into town to the sandy beaches anyway. Fall was a good time to visit as the leaves were beautifully changing colors. The house was super clean, well furnished, and I'd seriously decorate it almost exactly like they did if I had a lake house. My 9 and 12 year old kids enjoyed it as well. We may never come back to Goderich again, (this was sort of a once in a generation trip back to where my dad was born but hadn't been back in over 50 years), but if by chance we do, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Just wish we had a little more time there! Thanks!

Beautiful spot, I really enjoyed the peaceful quiet with proximity to conveniences. Only suggestion would be that the amount of stairs (quite treacherous at times too - I'd hate to go down them in wet weather) is worthy of mention in the description. It'd be hard to carry small children that long way or if you're not in great shape. It was definitely challenging for my older dog who I'm used to helping up stairs but needed several breaks carrying his hind legs up and was quite out of breath before making it to the top... definitely not a situation where you go back and up down to get a drink or something.... just would be nice to point out for people perusing the site. Of course the privacy once you get to the beach was sublime. Also really enjoyed the wood stove and cozy comfort of the cabin. I was fasting so didn't use anything in the kitchen but it all looked fine. Appreciated the water cooler and the responsiveness of the host for any and all questions.

Our second stay at Relive for romantic weekend. The yurts were great, we tried this first. This chalet offers more amenities shower, tv with dvd's and is well stocked with all kitchen appliances for different experience on same property. Laundry including dryer were appreciated for wet towels after sauna or hot tub. Hosts are thoughtful and responsive if you need anything. Several yurts on property but all spread out so still very private. The back porch and swinging chairs were wonderful for reading. Beautiful peaceful forest setting. We brought our yoga mats to use on outdoor deck or indoors ( big bay windows and lots of sunlight in main room). Short hikes on property or longer ones at hoggs falls 15 min away. Fireplaces/firepits made it xtra cozy. Thanks Millenia and Johnny!
