"Tuscan villa" light and bright in quiet location

My villa is ideally situated just 15 minutes from the Geelong CBD and the surf beaches of Ocean Grove and 13th Beach. Most of the outstanding wineries on the Bellarine are within 30 minutes, and 5 minutes away you have Melbourne's biggest water theme park Adventure World. A very spacious light and airy one bedroom 'shed' on a small farm in Freshwater Creek. Quiet and peaceful. Wander round the 1.2km track looking for wildlife or jump in the car and go to one of the many nearby beaches for the day. Dogs are welcome but not allowed in the living areas. They can be left in a nearby shed for safety overnight. Stable facilities and paddocks are available on request and for an extra fee if you would like to holiday with your horse.
