Holiday rentals with beach access in Gmunden

We had the very best time in the apartment! Everything was super clean and very well equipped. The pool was particularly convenient in the same building. The location is great – in a few minutes you will be at the lake or at the Schafbergbahn. Ideal if you like to hike or just enjoy nature. Check-in was totally straightforward and the host was super helpful – with lots of great tips for excursions and restaurants around. The view from the balcony to the mountains was also particularly beautiful – simply fantastic. We would come back anytime!

Travelling with our two adult daughters Andreas’s flat was perfect. His lovely wife popped over to welcome us. There were homely touches like fresh meadow flowers on the table & drinks in the fridge. We had a great 4 days exploring a beautiful area despite the damp weather. The flat is warm, beds were comfortable & we had everything we needed. We enjoyed the peaceful garden & the very convenient location for exploring the area on foot. One thing we were unaware of was that many of the local establishments would prefer payment in Euro cash rather than card (some were cash only) & ATM charges are high so make sure you take € with you. We would love to return again one day & explore further

We really enjoy our staying at Helga’s Landhaus. The house is so clean and beautiful! You can take a walk around the lake or take bus 150 to other lakes/towns. Helga is so nice to us and we all enjoy talking to her! She waited at the bus station the first day we arrived, and drive us to the market for shopping. Take a look at the painting on the wall-Helga’s Landhus, it’s so pretty!

The location was great easy walk to the main square. Apartment is just as listed would stay again .

The place was as described. Claudia was very responsive and friendly host. The location is great. It is literally 3 min. from the lake, located in a very quite neighbourhood. Enjoyed the balcony with partial lake view. The appartment has everything you need. We visted with 2 kids and it was comfortable. There is also a parking spot which is visible from the window, so you can check your car if you need. So eventually complies with price/quality ratio.

Gut Achort is a very idyllic place. The property, the historic buildings and the garden are fantastic. We particularly liked the private lake access. You can relax wonderfully there because of the peace and quiet. The view is enchanting.

Katharina’s place was incredible! The views were amazing and Katharina was super friendly. If you are looking for a peaceful, well kept place to stay, then this is it. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and wish we could have stayed longer!

The accommodation is greatly located. The garden is amazing and access to the lake is the best part. The apartment itself is not modern or somehow designed but it has everything you might need for a short stay. Markus and his parents were really nice and the communication was easy :) I recommend it!

We enjoyed the beautiful terrace with the lake view. However, the wide view from above also means that the lake or place is not so easily accessible on foot. However, a taxi to the apartment is comparatively cheap.

Great apartment and stay! We were made to feel very welcome and they helped us with local knowledge (thanks again for the reminder about the public holiday!). The flat is really big and clean. Lots of thought has gone into the extras that were provided, which we really appreciated.

We have been very lucky. We loved Claudia and Claudia's apartment. It was perfect for us. Warm, cosy and with everything we needed. The village of Fuschl and the lake are delightful and well placed for trips around. Her recommendation to use the bus for Salzburg was a good idea. There is a bakery and a grocer just a few steps away. We can't wait to go back.
