Family-friendly holiday rentals in Gloucester County

It was a great experience at a place with a lot of amenities and close to Busch Gardens (15-19 minutes or so).

Very nice place, but just note that this is a time share place and the rooms/furniture may not look exactly as they are in the photos on airbnb.

Great place in a great location. We loved having our own space with two bedrooms and a full kitchen only a short drive from Colonial Williamsburg.

I appreciate Brooke for her very timely customer service & response time. I originally tried to book with another host within the same resort and he was so nasty, that I wasn't going to look again within this resort. I looked again and it was GOD who guided my fingers to her listing. I'm glad I didn't give up and So glad Brooke was the Angel to respond IMMEDIATELY! Perfect for Thanksgiving vacation in Williamsburg with family. Exactly what we needed.

Good location next to the water park and Target. Quick response for short notice trip. Stronger than. Good quality furniture and new flooring.

The neighborhood is clean and nice, a security guard will always great you as your drive through the entrance, any time of day. This little community does have a pool that’s great for kids, a large playground, and other amenities you will have access to. It really is a 5 minute drive to Busch Gardens, and the roads near the community seem to get very little traffic. It’s even closer to Water Country USA. There is a shopping center with a Target, as well as a Food Lion not too far. As for the AirBnB itself, it wasn’t what we were expecting based on the photos. We thought we were staying in a detached cottage with two stories inside, but instead wound up in an attached single level townhome with the entrance on the second floor. The unit was spacious inside and mostly updated, except for the kitchen area which felt outdated compared to the bathrooms.

A spacious home by the water. We celebrated Thanksgiving at this location and it was very special. The views are beautiful, had a fire right by the water and relaxed by the beach. A perfect getaway with family and friends. It has everything you need, the living room is super comfortable and great to relax with the family. The kitchen was spacious making it easy to cook and entertain the family. We loved the hot tub, playing pool and having family dinner. Overall a fabulous experience!! Great host- great communication. Highly recommend

We loved our visit to Cape Charles! This Airbnb was the perfect place for us and we were pleasantly surprised with the fended in backyard. The space was just a described and fit our needs perfectly. The fenced in back yard was perfect for our pups and the neighborhood was friendly and so peaceful! The walk to the beach was easy and the local shops and restaurants were fun as well! We hope to be back soon!

We had a great stay at Eddie's place! Very close to restaurants, Colonial Williamsburg, and Busch Gardens. The unit we stayed in was spotless and had all of the amenities that we needed during our stay. Highly recommended!

Charlene is a wonderful and very responsive host. This was our second time staying there when we visit Williamsburg. The location is great and only a few minutes from everything. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our week. We look forward to staying again in the future.

T’s place was absolute perfection! It was beautiful, tastefully decorated and the homemade muffins and cookies were amazing! She and John were so lovely and accommodating. Relaxing on the dock on the river was a sublime experience as well! I really can’t say enough about my time spent there and if I’m ever in the area again I will definitely be staying at T’s! Why would you stay anywhere else!?

Relaxing, well-kept property and house with a view. Plenty of good food in next town over. If you haven't been to Northern Neck, stay here and enjoy some peace and quiet.

It's great when reality meets expectations - and the posting for this place was exactly that. In addition, Lynn was quick and responsive to our questions - which was a great help in moving in. The past month in this setting was just what we needed!

Perfect location for travelers. Entertainment, stores, restaurants. Just about anything to do or see. Comfortable and clean accommodations. Very enjoyable.

I have stayed in Williamsburg before but this stay was the best by far. There was plenty of room for the family to spread out and the amenities were great. My family and I had a wonderful time. Would definitely rent again. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable!

Very nice place. 10-15 minutes drive to amusement parks . Kids had good time at resort pool during rest days. Originally we were planning to stay for 4 nights but Igor informed we have the place for 7 night so enjoyed couple of extra nights. Thank you Igor!

We were in town for college graduation. Property is less than a 10 minute drive from campus and extremely close to anything else we needed. Great little coffee shop on the resort grounds. Condo had everything we needed for the trip and the resort was responsive if we needed extra towels or anything like that. Tara was very helpful when I had questions or needed to make changes.

We really enjoyed staying at Wyndham Kingsgate although we ended up there last minute due to an overbooking (out of Igor’s control) of our original place. Igor made everything right and stayed in communication with us throughout the transition. He was great! Location was great for tween/teens with the arcade and mini golf being an awesome option when we weren’t off site. We enjoyed how convenient it was to everything. Great vacation!

Igor’s place was excellent! The space was clean, in a fantastic location, and exactly as described in the listing. Everything went smoothly, and we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful holiday – a perfect gathering place for our multi-generational family reunion. Our lodgings were as described, spacious, clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Our host Igor was an excellent communicator – timely replies with answers to all questions, providing information and confirmations throughout. Through no fault of the reservation process, we did have an issue at check-in at the location, but we understand that “things happen” and appreciated how Igor worked with us until we all were happy with the resolution. We will definitely love to come back again!

This is a very very clean and friendly place the whole place was gorgeous his his hotel rooms were unbelievable from the kitchen to the bathroom to the living room you had a great time when we were there for all the amenities and everything to do with the parking how close you are next to water country you can walk to it Williamsburg and Busch Gardens we were there every single night both places thank you again
