Lovely setting, spacious and clean. Parking right outside the door which made it easy to load luggage. The property offers many activities, especially for families. Location was central to all the places we went. I would definitely book this place again.

Elizabeth was very proactive and responsive to my inquiries. The place and location were great and as described, clean, modern and updated. I would highly recommend and I would stay again. FYI - parking in front of the building is limited because it is shared with other building; however, there is additional parking around the corner with a short walk.

Tara and Brendan are excellent hosts who handled everything professionally and promptly. After booking, I was upgraded to a different unit, so I can’t say much about this one specifically, but I highly recommend working with Tara.

Place was awesome, just wish I could have got downstairs for my mom who had a knee problem. But Todd's place is great. Will stay again!

We would absolutely stay here again. Very well kept unit in a beautiful, multi-unit resort style complex. The units were spotless and very inviting. The decor had a touch of elegance with what felt like premium linens and furnishings. I wanted to take the bed home with me, it was soooo comfortable. The Keys were wristbands with RFID or NFC cards on them, which were pretty convenient and we never once misplaced our key. The host was proactive and very communicative. I would suggest this host and location to anyone, with or without a family.

Great place, it is a retreat so you get an apartment but with the comfort of an hotel. It was clean and the staff was amazing and super friendly. Would definitely recommend

Stayed with my 10 year old son. - communal board games for fun - nice amount of space/ good ventilation system - perfect location for walking to colonial Williamsburg - bakery across street is amazing - clean, good host communication - bathroom slightly narrow/ awkward but it was fine. - not located directly above lower unit We would stay again!

Amazing host and beautiful home.

Loved the two bedroom, two bath condo. It was perfect for my mother in law to stay with us. Enjoyed the heated pool with our grandkids. Everyone had a great stay. We even grilled steaks for dinner one night by the pool. Thanks Steve.

Great place for a short stay, but very fortunate to have been able to stay here! Host was very very helpful and I would recommend this stay to anyone else!!!

The place was very spacious with lots of activities. We enjoyed our stay there. The only draw back was the stairs. Our unit was on the 2nd floor and there wasn't an elevator. Also, be aware this is a time share, and they will try to talk you into a 90 minute presentation.

Great place to stay! Would definitely recommend and stay there again. It is located close to shopping and dining as well as Busch Gardens and other attractions.

We stayed during a recent trip to Colonial Williamsburg, the condo was about 5 minutes away from the visitor center.

I've stayed here a couple times now. Elizabeth is a great host, and I've really liked Patriot's Place as a base while working in the area. Highly recommend.

Very clean and roomy , everyone was friendly . They did try to get you to listen to time share stuff but I said I wasn’t interested and they didn’t push further . Overall very nice .

This was a nice place for an affordable price and easy access to classic Williamsburg attractions. Perhaps worth noting, this is a timeshare location, which is fine but the staff at check in were “assertive” about trying to sell us timeshare when we simply wanted to check in. Perhaps not a big deal for most but worth noting. Ryan was great! The location was great. :)

Perfect for our family of 6! Both areas were nice and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was clean and tidy. The bathrooms were spacious!

The grounds were really beautiful and well-maintained. Great location and Brooke is fantastic to work with. Great midway point between Busch Gardens as well as Colonial Williamsburg/Merchant Square.

Family of 7 including a toddler stayed here. Flexible about adjoining rooms. Great to take walks in between a busy schedule. Very conveniently located to campus with lots of close food options.

Steve’s is exactly as described. Easy communication with Steve and the front desk at the property made checking in seamless.
