Beautiful place to stay! Lan provided lots of tea, coffee and water for us. Bedding was great, views stunning. Lots of firewood for the fireplace as well, great cooking amenities. Great for a family stay or a weekend away

This was a perfect spot for the 5 of us to have a really restful getaway with our dogs, with plenty of different spaces to relax in as well as great communal spots both in and outdoors. This place fit the brief of what we were looking for perfectly and definitely lived up to expectations. So close to a pristine beach and had all of the amenities we needed to enjoy our time at the accommodation. Brent was very responsive & his information was very clear; we all highly recommend staying here.

Overall a wonderful stay for our family of 6 (3 adults + 3 kids) & 2 dogs. We especially loved the deck around the property as our dogs could move around and rest in different spots as the weather heated up during the day. Place was cosy, well-furnished and well-equipped (which makes sense considering the limited options available at Golden Beach). Instructions were clear and we were greatly appreciative of the flexibility shown with check in & check out. Our dogs also enjoyed resting under the house (gave us a scare when we couldn’t find one) and as it’s a fully secure place, we had absolute peace of mind. Thoroughly recommend Megan’s & Mark’s if you’re looking for a peaceful beach retreat away from the hustle and bustle; in idyllic, blissful, beautiful Golden Beach. We will be back again !!

Home away experience and it was worth every penny spent!

We love Bianca’s little beach house so much that this is the second time we’ve stayed here. The house is super comfortable and clean, and the proximity to the beach (which is often completely empty) is unbeatable - literally out the back gate and over the sand dune. We look forward to staying here again!

We had a fantastic time at Metungpearl. Amazing views on both sides of the apartment. Very cosy place, the bed was so comfortable, friendly host, great location, we will sure be back.

The house is very clean, and equipped all you need. It is really nice walk way across the road through seaside to 800 Metre long jetty. The view from house windows from ground floor living room and upstairs balcony is not able to compare to any other.

We had a blissful four day stay here, emersed in nature with all the creature comforts to make our stay a pleasure. With access to the water, and walking tracks, natural beauty was all around us. You could also just sit on the back porch and watch amazing birdlife during the day and see kangaroos pass by at night. Thanks for making us feel at home and for providing clear and quick responses too. Everything was perfect - can't wait until we can come back.

Impeccable home - presented and decorated really lovely. Some lovely surprises (bottle of wine, chockies and a welcome note) made the stay so much more welcoming and personal. Was able to get a late checkout. Astra is very quick to respond to any messages and is super friendly and sweet. Will definitely be coming back!

Simply the best! This is our second time here and it didn’t fail us. We will come to stay and unwind again and again 😊 Location is perfect! Lake facing deck - that’s where I ended up spending most of my time doing nothing! Simply watching the world pass by. Sun set is magical. Will come again.

We had a fabulous stay at this lovely home. Plenty of space to spread out for our group of 6 with lots of seating and a cosy wood fire. The views from this house are absolutely amazing and we were very lucky with great Autumn weather to make the most of the deck. Perfect location with an easy walk to cafes and hotel, and 5 minute drive to the hot springs. Highly recommend.

The house was very clean and tidy and the location was perfect. When we arrived, a bottle of chilled white wine was waiting for us in the fridge and ninety nine miles of uninterrupted sandy beach at our doorstep. There is a Foodworks store - also selling fish & chips, nearby. A short drive to Loch Sport, Sale and Lake Wellington. Paynesville is 1 hour and 23 minutes away and Metung 1 hour 45 minutes. Lots a board games, DVDs and CDs in the house. Kids loved them. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot thank Dean for his hospitality enough and we highly recommend this property. Thank you so much Dean 🙂

What an amazing place it was. One of very few where we would like to spend time again and again. You have access to sea, comfy home inside, private with 4 bedrooms. We spent 5 days in perfection, tranquility!
