“During the pandemic that is Covid19, Pete and Anna welcomed us when others wouldn’t. Having two days to unplugged, unwind and enjoy what County Donegal has to offer was spectacular. The space was everything advertised and more! When the world heals, we will be back!”
This is a renovation of the old cart house at Teach Neilí, which combines the character of the original stone walls with views of Loughfad in a warm, comfortable cottage. The cottage has one bedroom and has plenty of space and light throughout. There is central heating, instant hot water and a solid fuel stove. The kitchen is equipped with a four ring gas hob, kettle, toaster and fridge/freezer. There is also a counter top halogen oven.
“We had a wonderful week staying in Aileen & Neil’s cottage. From the welcoming touches of fresh eggs and milk to the spectacular view down to the Lough, we had a memorable week. Our hosts were very attentive to any of our needs and the cottage was very accessible to the beach and lots of country walks- a real taste of Irish hospitality and holiday experience. We will definitely be back.”
